Description

       

      Mairatze    oder Polster    Die bisherigen Matratzen und Polster aus     Zell-          körpern    mussten speziell für Personen mit Rücken  leiden zu hart verschäumt werden,     damit    sie auf  weichen Unterlagen     nicht    durchhängen.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass ein     plattenförmiger          Zellkörper,    der im     Innnern        mittels        mindestens    einer  Reihe von parallel zueinander angeordneten federn  den Lamellen armiert ist,     diesen    Nachteil nicht auf  weist. Ein derart     armierter        Zellkörper    hat dasselbe  geschlossene Aussehen wie ein     gewöhnliche        Zell-          körperplatte    und eignet     sich    ,sowohl für Matratzen  als auch für Polster von Couches, Sofas, Stühlen,  Fauteuils und dergleichen.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei     Ausführungsbeispiele     des Erfindungsgegenstandes für Matratzen.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt das erste     Ausführungsbeispiel    im  Mittellängsschnitt nach der Linie     1-I    in     Fig.    2,  welche einen Grundriss darstellt.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt in Seitenansicht das zweite Aus  führungsbeispiel.  



  Die Matratze gemäss dem Ausführungsbeispiel  nach den     Fig.    1 und 2 besteht aus zwei     übereinan-          derliegenden    unter sich     gleichen        Zellkörperplatten    1  bzw. 2, zwischen denen eine Reihe von in der       Querrichtung        verlaufenden    federnden Lamellen 3  angeordnet     ist.        Die    zweckmässig aus Holz bestehen  den, z. R. etwa 6 cm     breiten        Lamellen    3 sind in  gleichen gegenseitigen Abständen angeordnet und  etwas kürzer als die Matratzenbreite gehalten.

   Sie  sind gleich lang und in gleichem Abstand von den  beiden Matratzenlängsseiten angeordnet. Sie     erstrek-          ken    sich über den mittleren, am     stärksten    bean  spruchten Matratzenteil. Die     beiden        Zellkörperplat-          ten    1, 2 sind fugenlos miteinander derart verbunden,  dass die Lamellen 3 gegen Verschieben gesichert  sind.

   Die Verbindung erfolgt     vorteilhaft    durch Ver-         kleben    der beiden Platten 1, 2     ,einschliesslich    der  Lamellen 3, deren Abstand von den beiden Längs  seiten der Platten 1, 2 so gross ist, dass die Matratze  an den     betreffenden    Stellen oder Längsseiten     kerne     Fugen     aufweist.     



  Das     Ausführungsbeispiel    gemäss     Fig.    3 unter  scheidet sich von     demjenigen    gemäss den     Fig.    1 und 2  dadurch, dass die Matratze aus einer einzigen     Zell-          körperplatte    4 besteht, die     mit        Querschlitzen    5 ver  sehen ist, in welchen je     seine    der federnden     Lamellen     3 festsitzend eingesetzt ist.

   Die Schlitze 5 können  von der einen Längsseite der     Zellkörperplatte    4 aus  hergestellt werden, von welcher anschliessend     die     allseitig mit     Klebstoff    bestrichenen federnden Lamel  len eingeschoben     werden,    wonach die leeren     Schlitz-          teile    bis zur betreffenden     Plattenlängsseite    verklebt  werden.  



  Der     Zellkörper    besteht     zweckmässig    aus     Schaum-          kunststoff.
