Box with inner container and lid for receiving and dispensing pasty or rod-shaped materials. The present invention relates to a box with inner container and lid for receiving and Dispensing of pasty or rod-shaped substances, a piston which is adjustable in the inner container and is non-rotatably connected to the bottom of the can via a helical compression spring.
Cosmetic creams or pharmaceutical ointments and the like are suitable as paste-like substances, and shaving soap, perfumes in solid form or deodorants as stick-like substances.
Doses of this type and for this purpose are known in many designs, but have the disadvantage that the fingers on the hands are required to operate them.
In the can according to the invention of the inner half of the can rotatable inner container is secured against axial displacement and it is attached to the same engaging driver part for its rotation by the fingers of a hand holding the can.
In the drawing, some Ausführungsbei games of the can according to the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a vertical section through the can according to the first embodiment, Fig. 2 is a section analogous to FIG Axial section of the third exemplary embodiment of the can,
4 shows a cross section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3 and FIGS. 5 and 6 show two further exemplary embodiments, partly in view, partly in section.
The box of Fig. 1 has a lower part 1 and a lid 2, between which a ring 3 is arranged. This ring 3 partially protrudes into the lower part and is, for. B. by means of an adhesive firmly connected to the same. The edge of the cover 2 can be slipped onto a further part of the ring 3.
In the interior of the can 1, 2, an inner container 4 is arranged, the inner wall of which is provided with a thread in which a thread on the circumference of a piston 5 engages. The inner container 4 has an annular bead 6 on its outside which rests on the lower edge of the part of the ring 3 fastened in the can. The inner container 4 is held so ge conditions axial displacement in the can 1, 2, but can rotate in the same.
The piston 5 carries on the top depressions 7 for taking along a pasty, in the Innenbe container 4 located above the piston.
A conical helical compression spring 8 is held with one end on the piston 5 and with the other end on the can bottom.
To hold the spring, its ends 9, 10 are bent radially and inserted into radial grooves 11, 12 in the can base or in the piston.
A slip-on lid 13, which has a central outlet opening 14, which can be closed by a projection 15 on the can lid 2, is pushed tightly onto the upper end of the inner container 4.
The peripheral edge 16 on the cover 13 can be edged and the inner container 4 can be rotated by means of this edge 16. Depending on the direction of rotation, the piston 5 is adjusted by the thread on the inner wall of the inner container and a paste-like substance in this container is pressed through the opening 14 or sucked back into the same. After the can lid 2 has been lifted off, the can base can with held in one hand and with the index finger and thumb of this hand, the edge 16 is grasped and the inner container rotated.
The box of Fig. 2 in turn has the lower part 1 and the lid 2 and contains an inner container 17, the inner wall of which has no thread. The piston 18, which is smooth on the circumference, seals better on the wall of the inner container and moves with less friction than is the case with a thread according to FIG. 1.
On the inside of the upper edge part of the can wall, a ring 19 is attached, which serves as a stop for an annular bead 20 on the inner container.
The piston 18 with the recesses 18 'is connected to the bottom of the can via a conical helical compression spring 21. At the bottom of the can a ring 22 is rotatably mounted, with a flange 23 on the ring in a groove between the can bottom and one attached to the same, e.g. B. festgekle th disc 24 protrudes.
A transverse pin 25, which runs obliquely to the bottom of the can and penetrates the spring 21, is attached in bores in the ring 22. On the pin 25, two sleeves 26 and 27 are rotatably mounted. As a passage for the cross pin 25 17 slots 28 are provided on the Innenbe container. The upper end of the inner container is closed by a wall 29 except for a central opening, corresponding to the opening 14 of FIG.
A ring 29 'fastened to the upper end of the inner container 7 is used to rotate the former and also to attach the edge of the can lid 2.
When rotating the inner container, the spring windings screw themselves over or under the cross pin 25, the Federwin connections located above this exert their pressure on the piston 18 and move it. The sleeves 26 and 27 reduce the friction by being able to rotate on the cross pin.
In the case of FIGS. 3 and 4, an inner container 30 is clamped rotatably by means of a conical, slotted sleeve 31 in the can 32 with the lid 33. The edge of the cover 33 is pushed onto the upper part of the sleeve 31.
A transverse pin 34 which runs obliquely to the bottom of the can carries the two easily rotatable sleeves 35 and 36 and is mounted with the ends in bores in the sleeve 31.
A flange 37 at the lower end of the sleeve 31 protrudes into a groove on a disc 38 attached to the can bottom.
A helical compression spring 39, through which the pin 34 passes, is fastened at one end to the can base or the disk 38, while the other end is connected to a disk 40. The disk 40 contains a central opening 41 into which an extension 42 on the piston 43 projects. The opening 41 and the extension have a non-circular, z.
B. oval, square or triangular cross-section and the conical peripheral edge of the disc 40 lies in a conical bevel of a recess in the piston 43 Ver.
The inner container 30 carries a tightly fitting slip-on lid 44 with a central outlet nozzle 45 which penetrates the can lid 33.
On .dem cover 44 there is a disc 46 which is coupled to the cover 44 via two cams 47 on the latter. A ratchet wheel 48 is connected to the disk 46.
On the underside of the can lid 33, a shift fork 49 is pivotably mounted on a pin 51 in a slot 52 counter to the action of a spring 50. The free ends of the shift fork work together with the teeth of the ratchet 48.
To operate the shift fork, a push button 53 is used in the can lid 33 is displaceable Gela Gert. A hinged lid 54 on the can lid 33 carries a hook 55 which protrudes into a recess 56 in the push button 53 and is held in the same in the rest position of the latter. When the push button 53 is pressed, the hook 55 is released and the hinged lid 54 jumps under the action a torsion spring, not shown, on the hinge pin 57.
The pressing of the push button 53 but at the same time causes a pivoting of the shift fork 49 from the ge in Figure 4 drawn with solid lines in the Darge with dashed lines presented position.
The ratchet wheel 48 and thus the disk 46, the lid 44 and, over the same, the inner container 30 are rotated. The inner container, on the other hand, takes the sleeve 31 with it, so that the transverse pin 34 adjusts itself with respect to the turns of the spring 39, whereby, depending on the direction of rotation, spring turns are released above the transverse pin or pushed back below the same. The spring 39 in turn acts to axially adjust the piston 43, as in the embodiment of FIG.
The cans according to FIGS. 5 and 6 differ from that according to FIG. 2 in particular in terms of their diameter, which is relatively small. You the NEN for admission and delivery z. B. of toothpaste (Fig.5) or bars of shaving soap (Fig.6) or solid perfume (deodorant).
According to FIGS. 5 and 6, the ring 59 is fastened in the lower part 58 of the can and serves as a stop for the annular bead 60 on the inner container 61. In the inner container, the piston 62 is adjustable, which is a related party via a helical compression spring 63 with the bottom of the can. As in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 and 3, an obliquely to the bottom of the can ver running transverse pin for cooperation with the spring 63 is provided.
In the case of FIG. 5, a can lid 64 is provided which fits tightly onto a ring 65 which is attached to the upper end of the inner container, can be pushed onto. A connector 66 on the inner container protrudes through a central opening in the can lid and can be closed by a cap 67 attached. The box of Fig. 6 is for receiving a Stif tes 68 made of shaving soap, solid perfume or the like. Be true.
The can lid 69 is ring-shaped here and can be closed with a cap 70. The Innenbehäl ter 61 is rotatable by means of a ring 71 fastened to the edge of the can lid 69, in that it can be pushed onto the inner container 61 to fit tightly.
