Description
Schall- und wärmedämmende Bauplatte Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine schall- und wärmedämmende Bauplatte, welche gemäss der Er findung zwischen zwei Schichten aus Schwerbeton eine Schicht aus Leichtbeton, der ausser Zement ein, expandiertes, glasartiges Gestein vulkanischen Ursprungs enthält, aufweist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Teilstück der Bauplatte gemäss der Erfindung im Schaubild, teilweise im Schnitt, beispielsweise dargestellt.
Die gezeichnete Bauplatte weist zwischen zwei Schwerbetonschichten 1 bzw. 2, eine Schicht 3 aus Leichtbeton auf. Der Leichtbeton dieser Schicht ent hält Zement als Bindemittel und expandiertes, glasar tiges Gestein vulkanischen Ursprungs als Füllstoff.
Bei einem Gewicht von 280 bis 450 kg/m3 be sitzt der Leichtbeton der Schicht 3 Druckfestigkeiten von 25 bis 40 kg/cm2.
Mit der niedrigen Wärmeleitzahl von durch schnittlich 0,037 des expandierten glasartigen Ge steins vulkanischen Ursprungs, verwendet für die Schicht 3 aus Leichtbeton, wird eine Bauplatte erhal ten, die vorzügliche Wärme- und Schalldämmung be sitzt. Die Schicht 2, die armiert sein kann, ist an ihrer Aussenseite mit einer Verkleidung aus Klinkerriem- chen 4 versehen. Anstelle dieser Verkleidung kann auch eine Putzschicht aufgebracht sein.
Die Schicht 2 ist an ihrer Aussenseite mit einem Glattstrich 5 versehen.
Die Dicke der Schichten 1, 2 und 3 beträgt bei spielsweise zwei bzw. fünfzehn bzw. fünf Zentimeter.

The construction panel shown has a layer 3 of lightweight concrete between two heavy concrete layers 1 and 2, respectively. The lightweight concrete in this layer contains cement as a binding agent and expanded, vitreous rock of volcanic origin as a filler.
With a weight of 280 to 450 kg / m3, the lightweight concrete of layer 3 has compressive strengths of 25 to 40 kg / cm2.
With the low thermal conductivity of an average of 0.037 of the expanded vitreous Ge stone of volcanic origin, used for layer 3 of lightweight concrete, a building board is obtained that has excellent heat and sound insulation. The layer 2, which can be reinforced, is provided on its outside with a cladding made of clinker strips 4. Instead of this cladding, a layer of plaster can also be applied.
The layer 2 is provided with a smooth line 5 on its outside.
The thickness of the layers 1, 2 and 3 is two, fifteen and five centimeters, for example.
