Description

  

      Porte       La présente invention a pour objet une porte qui  est caractérisée en     ce    qu'elle comprend deux pan  neaux en bois croisé fixés sur au moins une partie  de leur périphérie de façon à délimiter un espace  entre eux dans lequel sont disposés des éléments des  tinés à assurer la rigidité de la porte, l'un au moins  desdits panneaux étant constitué par une coquille  moulée en bois croisé dont au moins un bord est  recourbé en direction de l'autre pour permettre sa  fixation à ce dernier.  



  Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme  d'exécution et trois variantes de la porte.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue en coupe horizontale de la  porte selon cette forme d'exécution, et  les     fig.    2 à 4 sont des coupes correspondantes par  tielles de trois variantes.  



  La     fig.    1 représente, en coupe horizontale, une  porte 1 constituée par deux panneaux 2 et 3 constitués  chacun par une coquille moulée en bois croisé. Ces  coquilles présentent chacune un bord recourbé 4. Les  deux coquilles pourront être de mêmes dimensions et  déportées l'une par rapport à l'autre de l'épaisseur  du bois croisé de façon que les bords 4 puissent être  collés l'un contre l'autre, ou de dimensions différen  tes de façon à s'emboîter l'une dans l'autre.  



  Dans l'espace délimité entre les deux coquilles  sont prévues une première pièce de bois 5, destinée à  la fixation de la serrure non représentée, et une se  conde pièce de bois 6 de     forme    allongée dans le sens  de la hauteur pour la fixation des gonds également  non représentés.  



  L'espace compris entre les coquilles 2 et 3 est  rempli par des feuilles de carton gaufré 8 collées les  unes contre les autres, les nervures de ces feuilles    étant orientées perpendiculairement au plan de la  porte 1.  



  Le bord recourbé 4 s'étend sur tout le pourtour  de la porte 1 ou, suivant une variante, seulement le  long de ses bords verticaux, les bords supérieurs et  inférieurs de la porte étant chacun constitué par une  liste de bois.  



  La     fig.    2 représente une variante dans laquelle  deux coquilles de mêmes dimensions sont fixées en  semble par une liste en forme de I 9, dans les rainu  res de laquelle sont collés les bords recourbés 4.  



  La     fig.    3 représente une variante dans laquelle la  coquille 3 est de dimensions plus faibles que la co  quille 2 de façon à pouvoir s'emboîter dans     cette     dernière.  



  Les bords recourbés 4 sont fixés l'un à l'autre par  collage à un joint intermédiaire 11. Ce dernier fait  saillie hors des bords 4 de façon à servir de joint  d'étanchéité entre la porte 1 et la battue de son  cadre.  



  La     fig.    4 représente une autre variante dans la  quelle le panneau 2 est plan, tandis que le panneau 3  est constitué -par une coquille dont le bord 4 présente  une partie 12 par laquelle les deux panneaux sont  collés l'un contre l'autre.

  The curved edge 4 extends over the entire periphery of the door 1 or, according to a variant, only along its vertical edges, the upper and lower edges of the door each being formed by a list of wood.



  Fig. 2 shows a variant in which two shells of the same dimensions are fixed together by a list in the form of I 9, in the grooves of which the curved edges 4 are glued.



  Fig. 3 shows a variant in which the shell 3 is of smaller dimensions than the shell 2 so as to be able to fit into the latter.



  The curved edges 4 are fixed to one another by gluing to an intermediate seal 11. The latter protrudes out of the edges 4 so as to serve as a seal between the door 1 and the battue of its frame.



  Fig. 4 shows another variant in which the panel 2 is flat, while the panel 3 consists of a shell whose edge 4 has a part 12 by which the two panels are glued against each other.
