Description
Durch Druckveränderung eines Steuermediums betätigbarer Durchflussregler Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist ein durch Druckveränderung eines Steuermediums betätigbarer Durchflussregler für ein Fliessmedium dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass in einem die Durchdringung zweier quer gerichteter Rohrleitungen bildenden Gehäuse ein von einem gummielastischen Schlauch umgebe nes Einsatzgehäuse mit Wanddurchbrüchen einge setzt ist, welches das Steuermedium aufnimmt,
wo durch der genannte Schlauch im Masse des An steigens des Steuermediumdruckes von der Aussen fläche des Einsatzgehäuses bis zum vollständigen Anliegen an der Innenfläche der Querdurchführung im Reglergehäuse weggedrückt wird.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie<B>A -A</B> von Fig. 2, die einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie B-B von Fig. 1 zeigt, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach den Linien C-C von Fig. 1 oder 2.
Ein. Gusskörper 1 ist als Durchdringung zweier quer zueinander orientierter Rohrleitungen ausgebil det. Ein Durchflusskanal für ein Fliessmedium er streckt sich im Innern des Gusskörpers 1 zwischen den Anschlussflanschen 11 und 12. Der quer dazu orientierte Steuerkanal für ein Steuermedium er streckt sich zwischen den Stutzen 13 und 14 des Gusskörpers 1. Ein Gusskörper 2 ist darin eingesetzt und wird durch Abschlussdeckel 33, 34 gehalten, die unter Verwendung von Dichtungsringen 30 in die Stutzen 13 bzw. 14 eingeschraubt sind.
Ein gummielastischer Schlauch 4 umgibt den Einsatzkörper 2 und wird durch Druckkörper 21, 22 gemäss Fig. 1 gespannt, welche Druckkörper 21, 22, in Achsrichtung des Hauptkanales 11-12, unter Wirkung einer Zwischenfeder 20 stehen. Die Wandung des Einsatzkörpers 2 enthält Durchbrüche 200, durch welche ein unter Druck stehendes Steuermedium, das durch den Einsatz körper oder in denselben geleitet wird, zur Innenseite des Schlauches 4 durchtreten kann.
Diesem Druck des Steuermediums wirkt der Arbeitsdruck des zwi schen den Flanschen 11, 12 des Gusskörpers ausser halb des Schlauches 4 durchfliessenden Fliessmediums entgegen.
Im einen Extremfall des vielfachen überwiegens des Aussendruckes über den Innendruck wird der Schlauch 4 in Fig. 3 vollständig an die Aussenkon turen des Einsatzkörpers 2 angepresst, mit der Wir kung, dass der Durchlassquerschnitt für das Fliess medium zwischen der Aussenseite des Schlauches 4 und der Innenwandung des Gusskörpers 1 maximal wird, d. h. dass das Durchfliessen des Fliessmediums praktisch nicht gehindert wird.
Im anderen Extremfall des vielfachen überwie- gens des Innendruckes auf den Aussendruck wird der Schlauch 4 in Fig. 3 vollständig an die Innen wand des Gusskörpers 1 angepresst mit der Wirkung des vollständigen Absperrens des Durchflussweges für das Fliessmedium.
Zwischen diesen Extremfällen kann jeder Zwi schenwert eingestellt werden.
Die Enden des Schlauches 4 können auch an den Enden des Einsatzkörpers 2 anvulkanisiert sein.

An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a longitudinal section along the line A-A from FIG. 2, which shows a longitudinal section along the line BB from FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the lines CC from FIG . 1 or 2.
One. Cast body 1 is ausgebil det as a penetration of two transversely oriented pipes. A flow channel for a flow medium it stretches inside the cast body 1 between the connection flanges 11 and 12. The control channel for a control medium oriented transversely thereto extends between the nozzle 13 and 14 of the cast body 1. A cast body 2 is inserted therein and is passed through End cover 33, 34 held, which are screwed using sealing rings 30 in the connection 13 and 14, respectively.
A rubber elastic hose 4 surrounds the insert body 2 and is tensioned by pressure bodies 21, 22 according to FIG. 1, which pressure bodies 21, 22 are under the action of an intermediate spring 20 in the axial direction of the main channel 11-12. The wall of the insert body 2 contains openings 200 through which a pressurized control medium, which is passed through the insert body or into the same, can pass to the inside of the hose 4.
This pressure of the control medium is counteracted by the working pressure of the fluid flowing through between the flanges 11, 12 of the cast body outside the hose 4.
In the extreme case of the multiple predominance of the external pressure over the internal pressure, the hose 4 in Fig. 3 is completely pressed against the outer con tures of the insert body 2, with the effect that the passage cross-section for the flow medium between the outside of the hose 4 and the inner wall of the cast body 1 becomes maximum, d. H. that the flow of the fluid is practically not prevented.
In the other extreme case, where the internal pressure often outweighs the external pressure, the hose 4 in FIG. 3 is pressed completely against the inner wall of the cast body 1 with the effect of completely blocking the flow path for the flow medium.
Any intermediate value can be set between these extreme cases.
The ends of the hose 4 can also be vulcanized onto the ends of the insert body 2.
