Dadurch wind erreicht, dass insbesondere bei einem runden Querholm @die in .der Verriege- lungsstellung befindliche Lasche bei Aufwärtsstossen des Querholms von der zur Bordwandseite .abwärts führenden Rundung ;
Die Erfindung ist anhand ;der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert, ohne sich darauf zu beschränken. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht, Fig.2 eine zugehörige Frontansicht und Fig. 3 einen Teil .einer Draufsicht ;
der Variante einer Aufhängevorrichtung.
Die Aufhängevorrichtung besteht aus .einem an einer Bordwand 1 eines Kraftfahrzeuges mit Schrau ben 10 befestigbaren Grundkörper 2, an dem von der Bordwand wegragende Haltebaken 3 zum Einhaken von Querholmen 4 eines Transportkarrens befestigt sind (die Querholme 4 sind in Fig. 3 ebenso wie die Längsholme 5 ;
Die Lasche 6 stösst in ;der (in Aden Zeichnungen stark aus gezogen gezeichneten) Lage an die Anschlagkante 11 oder an den Grundkörper 2 und lässt sich nicht wei ter verdrehen. In dieser Lage verhindert ;die Lasche jedoch, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, ;das Herausneh men;
Die Schwen kung ides Hebels in die (stark ausgezogene) Lage ist so weit möglich, bis die Unterfläche ;der Lasche 6 durch. Anstossen an ;die Anschlagkante 11 gesperrt ist (stark Busgezogene Lage ;
Device on motor vehicles for hanging up trolleys The invention relates to a device on motor vehicles for hanging up trolleys with a tubular frame made of longitudinal and transverse spars, consisting of holding hooks attached to a base body, into which the trolley can be hung with a cross member is
and a disengageable lock to hold: the suspended cross bar.
Devices with hooks: in which the crossbars of the tubular frame of the rear wall of a Transportkar rens are hung, are known. It is enough to hang in a cross. The longitudinal bars are pressed against the hanging wall, preferably in front of a side wall of a car, and prevent the suspended cart from tipping out. In general, two holding hooks are sufficient for fastening. A problem with: these devices are the fixation of the trolley.
Particularly when it is suspended from cars, a suspended cart is subject to vibration, which can result in the cart being shaken out of the hook if it is jolted violently. An additional lock is therefore necessary to prevent this.
The previously known locks are cumbersome to use and require a relatively large construction effort. These are pivotable latches, which are attached to a flap projecting away from the ship's side, on which a flap is attached when pivoting the transverse beam in a U-shaped manner.
These latches would have to be fixed with a bolt throughout; .this makes the operation cumbersome. In particular, the bolt can loosen due to vibrations and the locking becomes ineffective. do.
The invention aims at a structurally and operationally simpler locking and achieves this goal in that the locking consists of a tab which is rotatable on a rotation axis of the base body on the edge of a stop edge which is suspended above the transverse beam, approximately parallel to it
exists, wherein the plane of rotation of the tab is inclined laterally to the cross bar, so that the tab abuts the stop edge in one direction of rotation and slides over it in the other.
Appropriately, the tab in my direction of rotation can easily be swiveled so far that the extension and insertion path for the cross bar is released for hanging the trolley. In this position, the tab is then pivoted over the Grundkör by in the direction of the hanging wall, generally a car board wall.
After hanging the crossbar, then: swivel the flap away from the ship's side and forward into the extension path of the crosshook. As a result of the inclination of the axis of rotation, the tab can only be pivoted until it hits the stop edge of the base body.
The spit is still in the extension path of the cross bar and therefore prevents it from accidentally sliding out of the hook. Due to the inclination and its own weight, the tab in this training tends to automatically:
@The lowest possible position, that is the position in which it hits the stop edge and locks to slide. Even in the event of vibrations that result in a brief shifting and pivoting of the tab, the tab is therefore further locked and the end locking device returns automatically.
It is further proposed as advantageous that the width of the flap is smaller than the distance between the center of the pipe of the suspended cross member and the base body and greater than the distance between the suspended cross member and the edema, the base body.
In this way, it is achieved that, particularly in the case of a round transverse spar, the flap located in the locking position when the transverse spar is pushed upward from the curve leading down to the side wall side;
hit the crossbar. and is pushed through this rounding towards the side wall. This, however, further strengthens the locking position and prevents it from being released due to theft.
It is also suggested that: at least one; Haltehaken .ein hole at the level of the upper edge of the hooked; Having crossbars for hanging a locking lock.
This lock protrudes into the plane of rotation of the tab and prevents it from being turned into the release position. At the same time it protrudes into the extension path for the cross bar and forms a second lock.
Since this lock can be designed to be lockable, you can easily remove this trolley and steal it by simply arranging an additional hole and a lock; prevent:.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, without being restricted thereto. 1 shows a plan view, FIG. 2 shows a corresponding front view and FIG. 3 shows part of a plan view;
the variant of a suspension device.
The suspension device consists of .einem on a side wall 1 of a motor vehicle with screws ben 10 attachable base body 2, on which from the side wall protruding retaining hooks 3 are attached for hooking crossbars 4 of a trolley (the crossbars 4 are in Fig. 3 as well as the longitudinal bars 5;
of the trolley drawn fully extended, while their arrangement, in Fig. 2 is indicated by dashed lines). A bracket 6 with a rotary lever 7 can be pivoted with its axis 8 in a rotary bearing 9 which, according to FIGS. 1 and 2, is arranged in front of the base body, according to FIG. 3, just behind the base body.
The axis 8 is not arranged perpendicular, but inclined, so that there is a swivel plane for the tab 6, which is inclined to a stop edge 11 of the base body. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the pivot plane intersects the bracket 6 with the stop edge in the end area of the axis B.
In the position (shown strongly drawn out in the drawings) the tab 6 abuts the stop edge 11 or the base body 2 and cannot be rotated any further. In this position, however, the tab, as can be seen from FIG. 1, is prevented from being removed;
or unintentional slipping out of the crossbar and thus the trolley. The tab 6 can, by guiding; the rotary lever 7 by more than 180 due to the inclination of the plane of rotation beyond the base body, until it abuts the board wall 1 or if necessary .an a recess in the board wall.
As a result; the tab is pivoted out of the extension path. And the removal or insertion of the cart into the hooks; is possible.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the pivot bearing is arranged in front of the base body; ; this is possible and practical with curved cross members. Fig. 3 shows a detail of a variant for straight and! curved transverse bars 4. The pivot bearing is located on the rear edge of the base body 1.
The pivoting effect of the lever in the (strongly extended) position is possible until the lower surface; the tab 6 through. Butt against; the stop edge 11 is blocked (strongly bus-drawn position;
the tab 6). A locking hole 12 in a retaining hook allows the arrangement of a locking lock 13, which blocks both the pivoting path of the tab 7 and also the extension path of the crosshook 4 if necessary.
The exemplary embodiments show: only a few possible embodiments of the invention without being restricted thereto; in particular, the axis of the bracket can be mounted in front of, in or behind the base body, if only because of the inclination the stop and. automatic holding function is fulfilled.
The arrangement is to be adapted to the respective needs depending on the training; the crossbars. The tab can be covered with plastic, instead of two hooks, more hooks can be used and several holding devices can be used to suspend a cart.
