Description

  

      Schraubbeschlag   <B>zum lösbaren Verbinden von Möbelteilen</B>    Die Erfindung     betrifft    einen     Schraubbeschlag     zum lösbaren     Verbinden    von     Möbelteilen,    der aus       einer    in einem Möbelteil zu befestigenden,     mit    In  nengewinde versehenen Buchse für die Verbindungs  schraube und einem in einer Bohrung des anderen  Möbelteiles gelagerten     Widerlager    für den Kopf der  Verbindungsschraube besteht.  



  Bei den bisher bekannten Beschlägen dieser       Art    hat das     Widerlager    für den Schraubenkopf die  Gestalt einer aus Metallblech gezogenen Kapsel.  Ferner sind diese Beschläge nicht ganz einfach her  zustellen. Ausserdem ist der Kopf der Verbindungs  schraube in angezogenem Zustande     unsichtbar,    was  zwar dem Beschlag ein gutes Aussehen verleiht, oft  aber auch als     nachteilig    empfunden wird.  



  Der vorliegende Erfindung     liegt    die Aufgabe zu  grunde, für     Schraubbeschläge    der     eingangs    erwähn  ten Art ein     Schraubenwiderlager    zu     schaffen,    das sich  denkbar einfach und     billig    herstellen lässt     und    bei  welchem der Kopf der     Verbindungsschraube    auch  nach der Montage sichtbar ist.  



  Nach der Erfindung ist das dadurch erreicht,  dass das     Widerlager    für den Schraubenkopf aus ei  nem dem Durchmesser der im Möbelteil vorgese  henen     Bohrung-    entsprechend teilringförmig     geboge-          nen    Flachstab besteht, der in der     Mitte        ein    Loch für  den Schaft der Verbindungsschraube aufweist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    der       Erfindung    dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen nach der Erfindung ausgebildeten       Schraubbeschlag,        in    übernatürlicher "Grösse, im       Längsschnitt,          Fig.    2 eine Teilansicht des Beschlages in Rich  tung A     (Fig.    1).  



  Der neue     Schraubbeschlag    besteht aus einer in  einem Möbelteil a zu befestigenden, mit     Innengewin-          de    versehenen Buchse b für die Verbindungs-    schraube c und aus einem in     einer    Bohrung d des an  deren Möbelteiles f _ gelagerten,     teilringförmig    ge  bogenen Flachstab h, der in der Mitte einen einsei  tig offenen Querschlitz i zum Aufstecken des Wider  lagers h auf den Schaft der Schraube c aufweist. Die  ser     Schlitz    i weist am Ende eine Verengung auf, wo  durch die Schraube c einschnappt und nicht her  ausfallen kann.  



  Die im Möbelteil f vorgesehene Bohrung k wird  vorzugsweise so gross bemessen, dass sich der Kopf  der     Schraube    c durch die Bohrung     hindurchstecken     lässt.  



  Der so     ausgebildete        Schraubbeschlag    lässt sich  denkbar einfach herstellen und montieren. Die Ver  bindungsschraube c wird zunächst leicht in das Ge  winde der Buchse b eingeschraubt     und    dann mit  ihrem Kopf durch die     Bohrung    k des anderen Mö  belteiles f hindurchgeführt, so dass der Schrauben  kopf innerhalb der Bohrung d     liegt.    Dann     wird    das       teilringförmig    gebogene     Schraubenwiderlager    h in  die Bohrung d eingeführt und     mit    dem     Schlitz    h  auf den     Schraubenschaft    c gesteckt.

   Danach kann  das Anziehen der Schraube erfolgen.  



  Nachdem die Möbelteile auf diese Weise fest  miteinander verbunden sind, wird die Bohrung d  durch eine nicht dargestellte Platte aus Kunststoff       od.    dgl. abgedeckt.
