Description

  Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine     Daustahlbe-          wehrungsmatte    für die     Armierung    von     Stahlbeton-          bauteilen,    .bei welcher     die    einander     kreuzenden    Bau  stahlstäbe miteinander verbunden und an ihrer Ober  fläche zwecks Sicherstellung der Verbundwirkung       profiliert    sind, deren besonderes     Kennzeichen        darin     besteht,     d.ass        ;

was ein Höchstmass an Wirtschaftlichkeit ergibt.

Fig. 2.

<I>So</I><B>....</B> jeweils vertauschen.

Reinforcement mesh for. Reinforcement of reinforced concrete components For the reinforcement of slabs or other thin-walled components made of reinforced concrete, prefabricated reinforcement mats with crosswise arrangement of the structural steel bars are often used. As far as these mats are produced with the help of spot welding, the formation of the mats serves two purposes. Purposes.

On the one hand, the labor costs for laying the reinforcement of the concrete components should be reduced, on the other hand, the bars that run parallel to the edge ensure that the bars ending at the edge in question are anchored in the concrete. They replace, for example, the usual hooks or similar means.

The production of overlapping joints is also possible with such welded wire mesh. It is only necessary that the neighboring mats overlap a few fields. The width ider overlap and the cross bars necessary in this area to produce a sufficient composite are normally in special, z. B. Building regulations stipulates.

Since the surface dimensions of the reinforced concrete components to be reinforced usually exceed the dimensions of the steel reinforcement meshes restricted with regard to the manufacture, transport and installation, the use of the overlap joint during installation made extensive use of structural steel permits. Are the .mats formed quite regularly, .d. H.

with completely identical individual rod cross-sections and distances, the accumulation of dust in the cover area often results in very drastic economic disadvantages, which have already been discussed in detail in the literature.

In the area of a joint between the cross bars, the longitudinal bars are doubled in such mats, for example, without it being permissible to mathematically distribute the reinforcement excess over the entire width of the mat and thus make it usable. It is therefore practically worthless.

For these reasons, there has been no shortage of proposals to avoid such disadvantages in the case of welded structural steel reinforcement mats through uneven bar distribution. For example, it is known to double the distance between the bars running parallel to the edge in the overlapping area.

Here, with a pale bar spacing in the overlap area of two-jointed mats, the cross-section of the bars running parallel to the edge of each mat is reduced, in particular halved, or when using double bars in the inner area of the mat, only single bars are provided in the overlap area .

In this way any accumulation of bars in the overlap area can be avoided without the need to increase the overlap width.

It is also already known to accept doubling of the bars in the overlapping area of the mats, but this is compensated by corresponding doubling of the bars inside the mat at such intervals that the permissible arithmetical distribution areas of the accumulations touch each other. This also avoids any lost effort.

The pre-designated structural steel reinforcement mats are suitable for all types of welded reinforcement mats, i. H. for those mats in which a form-fitting connection .angestrebt and achieved at the crossing points of the bars, which ensures the composite effect.

In addition to welded structural steel reinforcement mats, other reinforcement mats have recently become known in which the connection of the intersecting structural steel bars is not made by welding, but by other means that are only used for transport and assembly purposes.

In the final state, however, do not create a form fit between the intersecting bars. To simplify matters, such mats are summarized below under the collective term non-spot-welded reinforcement mats.

With these mats, the composite effect is not achieved or increased by the transverse bars in the area of the crossing points, but must only be achieved by other means, such as hooks on the bar ends, anchors or preferably by a special surface profiling of the bars ,

       be ensured.

The irregular bar distribution described above, as is common with spot-welded structural steel reinforcement meshes, can also be used with equal success with non-spot-welded meshes.

  The subject of the invention is a Daustahl reinforcement mat for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete components, in which the crossing steel rods are connected to each other and profiled on their surface to ensure the composite effect, the special characteristic of which is that;

the edge bars are missing at one edge or at two parallel opposite edges in the overlapping edge area parallel to the edge. Thus, the ends of the bars extending transversely to the edge protrude freely to the outside.

The training and. the type of installation of the reinforcement mats according to the invention can take place in different variants, as can be seen from the following description.

1 to 6 of the drawing show several exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention schematically with the aid of a cross section through two reinforcement mats in their overlapping area, which are explained in more detail below.

In the reinforcement mats shown in Fig. 1. The bars usually running parallel to the edge are missing in the lower mat Mu in the whole overlapping area Ü, while in the upper mat Mo these bars are arranged at an even distance a to the outer edge.

In the present case, bottom and top are only used to indicate the sequence of the mats when they are laid, in the sense that: the lower mat Mu is laid first, the upper mat <I> Mo </I> is laid afterwards. After laying, both the transverse bars of the two adjacent mats Mu and Mo and their longitudinal bars are at the same height.

For the static utilization of the B, steel reinforcement mats according to the invention, there is a particular advantage in that, in contrast to the mats known since then, since the edge bars have been less or partly thinner, all bars can be inserted in the main direction of stress with the lowest permissible concrete cover,

which results in a maximum of economic efficiency.

In the reinforcement mats according to FIG. 2, the overlapping bars Su 'and So' of the mats Mu 'and <I> Mo' </I> lie over the parallel to the edge of the mats Mu 'and <I> Mo' </I> and bars lying across from the bars Su 'and So'. In this case, the edge zone with the missing bars is practical. At the top, i.e. H. subsequently to be laid mat Mo 'arranged.

The bars that are missing at the edge of the mats in the overlap area do not necessarily have to be missing exclusively at one edge of the mat; they can also be irregular or absent, in half, at two mutually parallel and overlapping mat edges, as FIG. 3 shows.

The free rod ends of the mats Mo "to be laid subsequently have to be partially threaded, ie pushed under the cross bars at the edge of the lower mat Mu" if you want to achieve an equally favorable bar position in the final state, as in the arrangement of the reinforcement mats according to Fig .1 or FIG. 2.

However, it is also possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to place the upper mat Mo \ in the overlapping area on the lower mat Mu "', whereby some of the bars of the upper mat Mo"' come to lie too high what is unfavorable.

However, as shown in FIG. 5, from one mat Mu "" to the other Mo "", the height of the bars Sü ""! Or <I>So</I> <B> .... </B> swap each time.

For the transport of the mats it can be moderate, according to FIG. 6 the free ends of the rods lying in the overlapping area through .one or individual thin,

to connect stiffening bars A running transversely to these. In the position shown, seeds do not prevent the mats from being nested together without loss of height. In the final state, such stiffening rods have no supporting function. Of course they have

Reinforcing bars also do nothing to improve the bonding effect of the overlapping bars or bar ends.

In order to ensure that the reinforcement mats have a perfect joint in the overlap area, it is only necessary to adhere to the prescribed overlap width ü.

   The reinforcement mats according to the invention have the decisive advantage that, through their shape, they automatically help prevent the formation of faulty and therefore dangerous bid clay reinforcements. The .necessary overlap width ü results;

inevitably through the clearly masked edge area in which the edge bars were not attached during the manufacture of the mats RTI ID = "0002.0219" WI = "8" HE = "4" LX = "1134" LY = "2446">. When laying the mats, every inexperienced person will proceed in such a way that the certain distances a between the bars running parallel to the edge are evenly maintained over the entire width or length of the reinforcement.

However, if a mat has been incorrectly installed as a result of an error, this means an irregularity in the image of the reinforcement, which must be immediately apparent when looking at it.
