Description

  

      Abreibgerät        für        Verputzarbeiten       Die     vorliegende        Erfindung        .betrifft    ein     neuartiges          Abreibgerät    für     Verputzarbeiten    an     Gebäuden,     Mauern,     Wänden    usw.  



  Im Baugewerbe     wird    zum Glätten von verputzten  Flächen     .aus        Mörtel,    Zement usw. heute im     allgemei-          nen    ;so     vorgegangen,        @dass    die durch     Abreiben    zu       glättende    Fläche stark     angefeuchtet        wird,    worauf       mittels        .eines    .auf einem     Brett        befestigten        Filzstückes     das     Glätten.    vor sich gehen kann.

    



  Das beschriebene     Verfahren    hat     den        Nachteil,     dass zur     Erreichung    des Zieles,     nämlich    einer glatten       Fläche,   <I>zwei</I>     Arbeitskräfte    oder zwei     Arbeitsgänge     notwendig sind.

       Ausserdem    kommt     es    häufig vor,  ,dass beim Anfeuchten des noch     nicht        ausgehärteten     Verputzes     mittels        Druckwasser,        zum    Beispiel aus  einem     Schlauch,        starke    Unebenheiten     idurch    Aus  schwemmen, oder bei Benutzung     eines        Pinsels    Ab  drücke     desselben        entstehen,        die    später     nicht    mehr  ausgeglichen werden können.  



  Das     erfindungsgemässe        Abreibgerätbeseitigt    diese       Nachteile;    es ist     .gekennzeichnetdurch        einen        einseitig     an eine     Wasserzufuhr        mittels    Schlauch     .anschliess-          baren    hohlen     Griff,        der    mit einer     dreiseitig    abgekante  ten Platte verbunden     ist,

      an welcher ein     die    Platte  an     der    nicht abgekanteten     Seite    Überragendes     Glätt-          kissen        @angebracht    ist, wobei (das in Aden     hohlen        Griff          ,eintretende    Wasser das Glättkissen     @durchnässt    und  durchspült.  



  Die     beiliegende    Zeichnung, die     aus        zwei        Figuren          ,besteht,        zeigt    ein     Ausführungsbeispiel        der        Erfindung,          das    diese aber in keiner     Weise        einschränken    soll.

   In       Fig.    1 ist     die    Draufsicht und in     Fig.    2 eine Seiten  ansicht mit     teilweisem        Aufschnittdargestellt.       Die Platte 1, die     vorzugsweise    aus     verzinktem          Eisenblech        besteht,    ist an drei Seiten nach     unten     abgekantet,     damit    das     Glättkissen    2 aus     Füz,    Kunst  stoff usw.

       seitlich    gut geführt     ist        und        beim    Arbeits  gang     nicht    von     der    :Platte 1 .abgleitet. Eine Seite der  Platte bleibt     un.abgekantet,        damit        einspringende        Kan-          ten    und Ecken :der     zu        glättenden    Flächen     bearbeitet     werden können.  



  Auf der Platte 1 ist     der        rohrförmige        Griff    3     an-          gebracht,        dessen    Schenkel 4     und    5 in     entsprechenden     Bohrungen der Platte 1 fixiert sind. Die     Wasser-          zuleitung    geschieht durch     ,das        Seitenrohr    6 und Aden  Hahn 7.

   Am Schlauchstutzen 8     wird        ider    zur     Speisung          dienende        Wasserschlauch        angeschlossen.     



  Zur Inbetriebnahme     des        Abreibgerätes        wird    nach       erfolgtem        Anschluss    des     Wasserschlauches    bei 8 der  Hahn 7 so     weh    geöffnet,     @dass    das Glättkissen 2     gut     mit     Wasserdurchtränkt    ist.

   Darauf     wird        oder        Verputz          in.        bekannter        Weise        durch        kreisende    oder     streichende     Bewegungen     mit    dem     Abreibgerät    geglättet, wobei  ständig Wasser durch das Glättkissen     hindurch    über  die     Arbeitsfläche    strömt.  



  Das Glättkissen 2 wird :im allgemeinen durch       Kleben    an der Platte 1     befestigt.    Es ist .auch möglich,  andere Verbindungen, wie Nieten, Schrauben usw.,       zu    wählen.
