Description

      schnitt binden.

  In     Fig.    8     ist        eine        :andere        Pressform        (dargestellt,     die     teilweisse    die     gleichen        Teile        wie,die        Pressform,der          Fäg.    3-7     aufweist.        Diese        Pressform    weist     überdies     einen Wandteil 39, drei     Teil;

      Polymere oder Copolymere des Vinylchlorids mit bis 20 %RTI ID="0002.0245" WI="3" HE="4" LX="1572" LY="1258"> in Gewicht von Vinyl- @acetat oder Vinyhdenohloni;d. Polymere und Co- polymere der Acrylicester oder Methacrylicester, zum Beispiel:

         Copolymere    des     Methylmethacrylats    und     Alkyl-          ester    der     Acryliosäure,        wie        2-Äthyl-hexyl-acrylat,    Co  polymere des     Methylmeth.aorylats        und        Styrene;

            Polystyren, steife Copolymere -der @Butadien und Styrenc und/ oder Methyhneth@acrylat mit oder ohne Acrylonitril Aals zusätzliches Comonomer,

          insbesondere        Copoly-          inere    des     Acronitrsls        .mit        Butadien    und     Styren    oder  Mischungen von     gummiartigen        Copolymeren    des     Bu-          tadien    und     Acrylonitril    mit     Copolymeren        des        Styrens     und     Acrylomtrils;

            Polyäthylen,    und     Polypropylen        hoher        Densität;          verträgliche        Mischungen    zweier     ,oder        mehrerer     der     obigen        Stoffe        mit        irgendwelchen    anderen     Mate-          rialien;

       vorgezogen werden Copolymere und Polymere ,des Vmylchlorids mit bis 20 Gew. % (bezogen sauf das Gewicht des Polymere) von Vinylacetat oder Vinylidenahlorid und mit weniger .als 10 Gew. Weichmacher, als @diese Materialien meistens nicht brennbar und ,

B. Sperrholz, be steht.

  Prefabricated Service Room and Method of Making It The present invention relates to a prefabricated service room and a method of making it. In the following, service room is understood to mean rooms for service personnel, e.g. B.

   Bathrooms, kitchens, cloakrooms with washing facilities, shower rooms, darkrooms, sterilization chambers, etc., all of which are provided with some accessories, such as sinks, bathtubs, cupboards, etc.

  The prefabricated service room according to the invention is one that has at least one molded part, which forms at least a whole wall and part of at least one adjoining wall, whereby the term wall also includes the floor and ceiling, which:

  molded part made of plastic has bulges and / or projections which form at least part of the necessary accessories or means for receiving linings to form these accessories, and is characterized in that the molded part consists of a shaped,

  rigid sheet made of thermoplastic polymer material.

  According to the invention, such a service space is produced in that the said molded part is produced by molding a rigid sheet from a thermoplastic polymer material in a mold using a pressure or suction press process.

  In the accompanying drawing, execution examples of the service room and a form are shown schematically. 1 shows a diagrammatic view of a lower part, FIG. 2 shows a diagrammatic view of an upper part, FIG. 3 shows a diagrammatic view of a shape,

           4 shows a plan view of the form according to FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a section along line AA in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows a section along line BB in FIG. 4, FIG. 7 shows a section along the line CC in Fig. 4,

         Figure 8 is a plan view of another form for forming the lower part of a bathtub.

  In the drawing, the systems are shown with sharp edges for the sake of clarity. In practice, these edges are naturally rounded.

  In Fig. 1, a molded part 1 is shown, which consists of a sheet 1 of polymethyl methacrylate of 2.58 m and 6.35 mm wall thickness, which has been given the shape of the lower part (1.21 m) of a bathroom by vacuum molding. The procedure used for this is: already known and therefore not described in detail.

  The bathroom has four walls 2, 3, 4, 5 and a floor 6. The bathtub 7 is also formed from sheet 1 if it is. Furthermore, a soap dish 8, a toilet 9 and supports 10, 11 for .ein sink 12 are provided. The latter: is shown separately. Two bulges 13, 14 are also provided.

   The! First. Serves to receive a rod 15 for. Towels, which mach. The forms of the molded part 1 is mounted. The Ausbuch device 14 is used to later receive a door. Depending on the design of the house, the provisions of these bulges can be changed.

  The upper edge of the molded part 1 is provided with a flange 16 so that the upper half formed in the same way on the lower, z. B. by cementing, can be attached. A sheet of plasticized polyvinyl chloride was laid on the floor 6, which serves as protection against wear. It can then be easily replaced.

  The connection pipes are expediently guided under the bathtub 7. For this purpose, holes 17 are provided so that these connection tubes can be connected to containers, tanks, etc. at suitable locations. If this is possible, the pipes are z.

   B. for cold and hot water as well as for processes, in the injection molding or in the extrusion process, z. B. made of polythene, PPolypropylene chloride or P.olyvinylohlorsd. But you can also make of any conventional material, such. B. made of metals.

  In Fig. 2, a molded part is shown, which consists of a sheet of polyvinyl chloride, which in the ground: d rnss, had the same mass again molded part 1 and has been shaped to form the upper half of the bathroom ver.

   The walls 18, 19 correspond in continuation to the walls 2, 3, the bulges 20, 21 correspond to the bulges 13, 14. The corresponding bulge is cut out where the door is to be inserted. The other recess can be provided with shelves or a door to form a cabinet.

   Further bulges and recesses could be provided around the windows. The blanket 22 is preformed with the rest. Tanks 23,

    24 are provided for cold and hot water and a tank 25 for toilet water.

  A solution of polyvinyl chloride in a volatile agent is used as the adhesive to join the two halves. One could faber also the two flanges by means of a strip of thermoplastic material with a C-shaped transverse

      cut tie. An adhesive is also used for this. Such strips are known, e.g. B. from a French patent no. 1,391,778. You can then mount all accessories, such.

   B. taps, drainage pipes, lighting lines, etc., whereupon the whole thing including walls, floor and ceiling, for the purpose of reinforcement on the outside: is provided with a polyurethane foam application. But you could also z. B. use reinforced polyester resin with glass fibers.

  In Fig. 3-7 the various parts or mold are shown in which the lower half (Fig. 1)

       are deformed. The different parts of the bathroom are formed by the molded parts 27-30 grams. Part 27 is used to form the bathtub, part 28 to form the washbasin,

  part 29 to form the toilet and decorative part 30 to form its cabinet.

  The following parts are also provided: a part 31 for the bulge for the door, parts 32, 33 for forming the corners, and a part 34. The recess for the door is cut out after the deformation.

  Since the wash basin normally lies against the wall, the molded part 35 of this wall part consists of one piece with part 28. The molded parts for the walls are standardized parts 36-40. In order to be able to clamp the square sheet, blocks 41-44 are provided at a suitable location.

       The whole is arranged on a plate 45 which serves as a press-molded part for the floor.

  The various compression molded parts can be connected to one another in a manner known per se. It is useful to .sie z. B. to be fixed by means of pins, because they are thus combined quickly but with sufficient rigidity. The means of holding the die parts are not shown.

  In Fig. 8 is a: another mold (shown, which has partially the same parts as the mold, the Fäg. 3-7. This mold also has a wall part 39, three parts;

  , 46 other ground and a block 47.

  Starting from standardized press mold parts, you can put together a very large number of different press molds, also correspondingly. prefabricate many jet dreams.

  For use: thermoplastic polymeric plastics with a Young's modulus of about 700 kg / om, 2 or more, for example:

      Polymers or copolymers of vinyl chloride with up to 20% RTI ID = "0002.0245" WI = "3" HE = "4" LX = "1572" LY = "1258"> by weight of vinyl @acetate or Vinyhdenohloni; d. Polymers and copolymers of acrylic esters or methacrylic esters, for example:

         Copolymers of methyl methacrylate and alkyl esters of acrylic acid, such as 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, copolymers of methyl methacrylate and styrene;

            Polystyrene, rigid copolymers - of @butadiene and styrene and / or methyhneth @ acrylate with or without acrylonitrile as an additional comonomer,

          in particular copolymers of acronitrile with butadiene and styrene or mixtures of rubber-like copolymers of butadiene and acrylonitrile with copolymers of styrene and acrylonitrile;

            Polyethylene, and high density polypropylene; Compatible mixtures of two or more of the above substances with any other materials;

       Preference is given to copolymers and polymers of vinyl chloride with up to 20% by weight (based on the weight of the polymer) of vinyl acetate or vinylidene chloride and with less than 10% by weight of plasticizer, as these materials are mostly non-flammable and,

  are therefore safer to build and yet cheap enough.

  The acrylic and methacrylic polymers and copolymers are also preferred because they are hard and durable after deformation.

  You can also introduce pigments and fillers and materials into the mixture that slow down the combustion process, e.g. B. phosphoric acid or chlorine substituted alkyl esters of phosphoric acid.

  Service rooms produced according to the method described consist expediently of two parts, the upper and the lower part, since in this case the connection of the two parts is easy and has greater rigidity than other combinations.

   They can be combined using known methods. You can use glue in a volatile solution or in accordance with the French patent no. 1391778 mentioned or in combination with bolts and nuts. Furthermore, you can see between the flanges before documents such. B. from Siiikongummi to absorb bumps.

  The sheet: on thermoplastic; polymer material is: deformed in a pressing process, whereby a vacuum can optionally also be used.

    Such procedures are well known. But you could also use a melt casting process. The service room parts are, however, preferably manufactured by vacuum forming or blow molding. All accessories and fittings can: also be manufactured using the deformation process.

  Sometimes it is advantageous to provide linings in the shape of the fittings, as this can result in greater resistance to wear and tear. You can z. B.: Place a sheet of polyacrylic ester in the form of a bathtub.

  Thanks to this technique, different parts can be made from different materials, so that these parts consist of the most suitable material. The linings can be colored so that the service rooms can be designed according to the wishes of future users. The outer linings are manufactured in a known manner, for example by vacuum molding, compression molding or injection molding.

   For larger parts such as bathtubs, inflation or vacuum forming is preferred. After the molding, the lining can be glued or welded or fastened with bolts and nuts.

  But you can also use thin sheets of linear polyesters, such as amorphous Pal'yäthylenterephthalat, as the lining maternal. These sheets are: Manufactured using an extrusion process, whereupon the melt is quickly extinguished so that no crystallization can take place.

   Such materials are very resistant to chemical effects (oil, fat).

  If the lower part of the service room z. B. made of Polymeihylmethaerylat or: consists of a corresponding copolymer, the various accessories: can be made without using a lining. Other polymers and copolymers can be used in the same manner.

  Accordingly, a wide variety of polymeric materials can be used, so that @ d @ ass or service room is made of the best material. It is therefore advisable to

   Make the upper part from polyvinyl chloride and for the lower part a homopolymer of methyl methacrylate or a copolymer of methyl methacrylate with:

  to use an alkyl ester of acrylic acid. In addition to the accessories, other parts, such as cupboards, seats, electrical fittings, etc., can be provided.

  In order to improve the resilience of the soil, a lining made of a different material, e.g. B. made of plasticized polyvinyl chloride: are inserted.

  Usually you will get leaves of e.g. B. use 6.35 mm thickness. However, if very large parts are made, thicker sheets will be used.

  The thermoplastic materials have an additional advantage: they allow good thermal insulation to be achieved. This is desirable in service rooms, such as bathrooms or kitchens, where there is a relatively humid atmosphere. Since the good thermal insulation keeps the walls warmer, the condensation of water on the walls is much smaller.

   The walls are also more watertight and have: very good surface qualities; If there is no lining on the outside, e.g.

   B. polyurethane foam, is used, then one will provide a lining of 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm thickness. This lining is preferably applied by spraying.

  In order to increase the rigidity of the service room parts, the walls can be designed with hollow recesses, for example ribs. You can also glue stiff elements on the outside using: the Polymeth:

   In order to increase the stiffness and resistance: at least one lining made of a polymerizable resin (e.g. polyester or acrylic resin) with fibers (e.g. glass or Asbes.tfa lern) can be attached to the outside.

   They can be attached in a manner known per se, e.g. B. by syringing or laying on of hands. Light concrete, foam material with reinforcing fibers, etc. can also be used as the outer cladding. be used.

  It is advantageous that the lower side of the parts that make up the floor is made of (a flat sheet: made of layered material such as plywood. This facilitates: assembling the room with the walls assembled vertically can be.

  After the completion of the room, i. H. After mounting: all accessories, the room can be brought into the building shell and attached. It is then sufficient to only make the connections; the pipes, lines, etc. This can be done without the workers: having to enter the office.

  One can also carry the two parts (of the room separately into the building and; unite them there.

       Different rooms or parts of rooms can thus be produced and a whole bil that contains most of the lines. So z. B. the bathroom above the kitchen and: a cloakroom with a sink.

   With careful planning, the lines can be made fairly simple and therefore light. The free space. between these service rooms can be used as a conduit for conditioning air.

   Every service room or group of service rooms can be mounted in a chess-like framework made of wood, metal or plastic, so @dass. he easier im. Building can be anchored.
