Description

  

      Filter        zum        Entzug    der Teerstoffe aus dem Rauch der     Tabakwaren       In der Praxis werden Tabakwaren mit     Textil-          oder    Papierfilter verwendet. Diese haben die Nach  teile, dass Teerstoffe aus den Filtern austreten kön  nen und     berühren    beim Rauchen Lippen, Zunge usw.  Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass die Filter nicht so her  gestellt werden können, dass ein bestimmter Reini  gungsgrad ohne     Aromaverlust    erreicht wird.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet weitgehend  diese Nachteile und betrifft einen Filter zum Entzug  der     Teerstoffe    aus dem Rauch der Tabakwaren mit  einem zwischen Tabakbehälter und Mundstück ein  setzbaren     Filter,    gekennzeichnet durch eine mit einer  kleinen Bohrung versehenen Platte und einer in der  Fliessrichtung des Rauches hinter der erstgenannten  Platte angebrachten zweiten Platte, die am Rand mit       Durchlassöffnungen    versehen ist.  



  Anhand der Beschreibung und Figuren     wird    ein  Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.  



  In der Figur ist rechts des gezeigten Filters der       Tabakbehälter,    links davon das dem Raucher zuge  kehrte Mundstück gedacht, so dass beim Rauchen  eine Strömung von rechts nach links erfolgt. Der  Rauch wird in diesem Filter durch die Bohrung 4 in  eine erste Platte 1 strömen, wodurch er eine grosse  Strömungsgeschwindigkeit erhält.  



  Der ersten Platte 1 ist in geeignetem Abstand eine  zweite Platte 2 gegenübergestellt, die am Umfang       Durchlassöffnungen    3 aufweist.  



  Die Wirkung des Filters ist folgende:  Beim Ziehen am Mundstück strömt der Rauch    durch die Bohrung 4, deren Dimension so bestimmt  ist, dass der Rauch eine     grosse    Strömungsgeschwin  digkeit annimmt, die auch an alle Teile     im    Rauch er  teilt wird. Bevor der Rauch zu dem Mundstück ge  langt, wird er an der zweiten Platte 2     einer    starken  Richtungsänderung     unterworfen,    wobei es den relativ  schweren Teilen wie z. B. Teertropfen nicht möglich  ist, diese Richtungsänderung mitzumachen. Sie be  halten ihre Richtung im wesentlichen bei und prallen  auf die Platte 2 auf,     fliessen    auf dieser nach aussen  und geben die Aufprallstelle für die folgenden Teile  frei.

   Dadurch wird dem Rauch ein     definierter    Teil der  schädlichen Teerstoffe, steuerbar durch den Durch  messer der Bohrung 4 in der Platte 1 und dem Ab  stand zwischen Platte 1 und Platte 2, entzogen. Die  entzogenen Teile sammeln sich zwischen den Platten  1 und 2 und somit sind     Lippen,    Zunge und Mund vor  diesen Stoffen geschützt.
