Chimney and ventilation pipe element The invention relates to a chimney and ventilation pipe element, which can be joined together to form a chimney or ventilation shaft with similar construction elements.
Several pipe elements are known which can be joined together to form a chimney or ventilation pipe.
For the most part, these pipe elements consist of steel, cast iron or concrete blocks or stone tools and asbestos cement blocks.
The steel pipes or cast pipes are preferably laid in a self-supporting manner within a shaft recessed in the masonry. You must therefore not only have a considerable wall thickness, which is not necessary, but especially if hot smoke gases are to be removed with a more or less thick insulating layer who sheathed the. Recently, such elements built up in the shafts provided in the masonry are simply isolated or covered by foaming plastics.
The fact that modern stoves and other heat generators, insofar as they require a vent, work with high efficiency, and as a result the heat content of the exhaust gases is relatively low, requires measures to largely preserve the heat content of these exhaust gases from the entry into the chimney until leaving .this.
Both the steel and cast iron pipes described first, as well as the components for chimneys known today, do not offer any possibility of keeping the temperature difference between the chimney inlet and the chimney outlet narrow.
Recently, a chimney has become known which has an insulating layer between a fawn and corrosion-resistant metal smoke pipe and an outer jacket. This is to ensure that a smoke pipe is produced with an extraordinarily low heat capacity, through which the lift based on the heat difference of the flue gases is to be promoted.
This chimney has a flue gas-carrying smoke pipe which is thin-walled and whose wall thickness is at most 2 mm, preferably 0.5 mm. The smoke pipe consists of parts pushed into one another, which can move against each other and are each supported on the outer jacket, which takes into account the greater expansion coefficient of the metal smoke pipe in relation to the surrounding masonry.
In practice, the individual smoke pipe elements already provided with insulation are, as has been customary up to now, plugged into one another within a shaft provided for this purpose and then, possibly together with other pipes or soffits, clad in the usual way by walling.
This way of working is complex, and it is the task of the invention to create assembly-friendly B.auelemente and at the same time optimally use the advantages of the thin-walled, insulated metal exhaust pipe of today's efficient way of working.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that within the load-bearing wall of an outer jacket, at least one exhaust-gas-carrying, thin-walled plastic and / or corrosion-resistant pipe is attached, between which and the inner wall of the outer jacket, insulating material is arranged.
With this type of construction, there is therefore no need for any special space to be provided for the pipe shaft when laying exhaust pipes, but rather the chimneys can be constructed in a simple manner from elements that are easy to assemble.
The exhaust pipe can: consist of V2 @ A steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet metal or the like. For: In the event that no hot exhaust gases have to be drawn off, plastic, plastic-coated sheet steel or enamelled sheet steel or the like can also be used as material for the exhaust pipe.
The heat capacity of these substances is so low that: The smoke gases only lose a slight amount of temperature.
The outer sheaths of the new building elements can be kept thin, @ because they only .as a load-bearing building element have to take up the weight of the chimney and not to; need to insulate or are used by heat and: by strongly changing temperatures.
Heavy pumice or porous concrete, plastic, burnt clay, asbestos cement, mixtures of insulating or lightweight construction materials with suitable binders are suitable materials. In the case of single-storey buildings, it is provided that the outer jacket is made of appropriately shaped steel or metal pipes.
Glass or slag wool, heat-resistant foam or pore material, vermiculibe, asbestos or other insulating or light building materials, possibly also with the addition of binding agents, are preferably used as insulating material.
The components can be designed so that triple or double tubes are guided in them. The outer jacket can: be designed as a building block and consist of one piece. It can be used as a structural element of a wall without: that special precautions need to be taken to lay the new elements.
In another exemplary embodiment, the outer jacket can be made up of longitudinal parts which can be joined together and which are preferably glued to one another.
In order to enable the pipes to be plugged together, the exhaust pipe and the jacket made of insulating material can protrude from the common end of the outer jacket as a fit for the neighboring element.
Made of insulating material by a centering ring: held to prevent damage when the individual elements are joined together: but also to prevent damage in transit.
The centner ring is preferably made of sheet steel and has a conically widened collar which is firmly embedded in the outer casing. In the usual way, the collar can be wavy or have holes to improve adhesion.
The end of the chimney or ventilation nozzle element opposite the passage has a ring-shaped recess for the fitting of the adjacent element and grip surfaces for handling,
which make it easier to put the elements together. To hold the insulating material, clamps can be arranged between the centering ring and the exhaust pipe, between which and the centering ring layers: provided made of thermal insulation material to prevent the exhaust gas heat from being dissipated.
In addition, the end surfaces of the insulating material can be designed as binding or holding layers made of clay, fireclay, water glass lode.
Preferably: the insulating material is glued to the inner wall of the outer jacket and to the outer wall of the exhaust pipe.
Expanses: Advantages and training options result from the following description of exemplary embodiments: which refers to the drawing.
1 shows a -new component in longitudinal section, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the new component, FIG. 3 shows an enlarged detailed representation of the one in FIG. 1 with B:
4 shows an enlarged detailed view of the end of the component denoted by A in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 shows a bar element with a stovepipe connection piece and FIG. 6 shows a component in connection with an upper cover plate.
Fig. 1 shows an outer fitting 1 sm longitudinal section, which serves as the load-bearing wall of the new construction element. Inside the outer fitting 1 is the exhaust pipe 2 and the insulating material 3, which can be glued to the pipe as well as to the outer fitting, for example with water glass.
At the upper or lower end of the exhaust pipe 2, beads 10 can be incorporated to increase the Sbeifigkeit of the exhaust pipe.
At the end of the new bar element, shown as the upper end in FIG. 4, the tube 2 and the insulating jacket protrude from the component as a fit 4 for the adjacent building block.
A centering ring 5 is provided to enable the individual blue elements to be joined together more easily and at the same time to prevent the insulating jacket from being destroyed during transport:
, which is preferably made of sheet steel and has a conically flared collar that protrudes into the material of the outer fitting. In order to increase the adhesion to the outer fitting,. of the crimp may be of wavy design or have adhesive holes 22. As FIG. 1 shows, the new. Component the ends A and B differed from one another.
Fig. 2 shows the new component in plan view. Between the centering ring 5 and the exhaust pipe 2, brackets 7 are provided through which a centering for .das inner pipe should be given.
The outer molded piece 1 can consist of one piece, but it can also be built up longitudinal parts that can be joined together.
The joints between the longitudinal parts can run along the diagonal of the stone or along its center line RTI ID = "0002.0217" WI = "15" HE = "4" LX = "1728" LY = "2647">. It has proven to be advantageous if: the longitudinal parts can be glued together after inserting the inner tube part.
Dotted lines at the corners of the outer molded piece indicate grip gaps 12 in FIG. 2 which are intended to facilitate handling of the new components both during transport and during assembly.
FIG. 3 shows, in an enlarged detail, the end B (FIG. 1) of the new component. In the end there is an annular recess 11 for the fitting 4 (Fig. 4) of the neighboring stone, which (according to Fig. 3 by: the inner wall of the outer molding and by: the exhaust pipe is limited.
3 also shows the binding or holding layer 9 made of clay, fireclay or water glass, which is intended to prevent the insulating material from slipping out.
FIG. 4 shows on a larger scale the fit 4, which fits into the annular recess 11 of the end B shown in FIG.
Between the centering ring 5 and the clamp 7, a layer 8 of thermal insulation material is provided in order to prevent the heat from being dissipated from the exhaust pipe 2 via the clamp 7 on the center ring 5.
Holes 23 can be provided on the centering ring 5, by means of which the new components can, if necessary, be connected to cover caps, holding devices or the like.
The abutting surfaces 20 and 21 of adjacent stones are preferably designed so that the adjacent stones can be glued to one another.
Furthermore, FIGS. 3 and 4 clearly show the stiffening beads 10.
In Fig. 5, a new component with a pipe connector is shown. The opening 13: of the pipe connection piece is lined with an outer sleeve 14 fastened to the outer fitting 1 by means of bolts 16 :. A double-walled nozzle can be used above this simple connection piece, in which .in:
the outer sleeve 14, an inner sleeve 15 protrudes into it, which inside the exhaust pipe 2 is connected to its wall and a beaded edge 14a of the outer sleeve 14.
The construction of the connecting piece can be used in a modified form except for the connection of chimney pipes, for the installation of a cleaning door, for the installation of a ventilation louvre or the like.
Finally, FIG. 6 shows in detail the upper end of a new structural element, Idas, for example, as a chimney closure:
serves. A pressed part 19 is attached to the center ring 5 of the fit 4 by means of any desired fastening elements 17 and bolts 18, which for example consists of corrosion-resistant material and is used as an upper cover plate or
can be designed as a locking ring cap. 7 and 8 show another embodiment of the chimney and ventilation pipe element, in which a cuboid frame 70 is used. This frame 70 consists of winches 71 with walls 72, preferably made of expanded metal.
The walls are delimited at the top and un th expediently by flat iron pieces 73, which are connected to: the angle iron 71 in a suitable manner, e.g. B. are welded.
The cuboid frame 70 is arranged centrally to the chimney pipe 74. The interior space between the pipe 74 and the wall 72 is covered with non-combustible insulating material 75, e.g. B. asbestos or mica products filled out.
The structural unit formed in this way is provided with centering devices for adjacent units, e.g. B. pins 76, at the upper corners of the frame 70 and holes 77 .at the lower corners.
Furthermore, the longitudinal edges 71 of the cuboid with facilities for attaching cladding conditions, z. B. plates (not shown) made of non-combustible material, z. B. asbestos cement provided. In the case of the illustrated embodiment, threaded holes 78 are used for this purpose.
