Formwork for shuttering a concrete wall The invention relates to a mobile, re-usable shuttering for shuttering a concrete wall with a removable shuttering wall and a transport device connected to this so that the shuttering wall is movable with respect to the concrete surface. These formworks are used to produce concrete walls, especially those with a large length extension, such. B. retaining walls, longitudinal wall types, residential buildings or the like.
When stripping concrete walls that are shuttered in this way, there is a particular difficulty in peeling off the formwork walls after removing the anchor penetrating the concrete from the concrete surface. This is necessary in order to be able to advance formwork walls with formwork trolleys of, for example, 5, 10 or 20 m length in one piece, the formwork wall must have a corresponding distance from the finished concrete wall.
In order to achieve this, devices with counter-rotating threaded spindles are already known, which are installed between the formwork wall and the Transportge advises, whereby by turning the thread: - the formwork wall spindles is released from the concrete and can be moved freely. In another known formwork wall, this is detached from the concrete in that the axis of the rollers .des formwork carriage is significantly longer than the width of a roller and .the rollers are therefore freely movable on their axis.
By appropriately arranged pressure screws, the formwork carriage including the formwork wall can be shifted in its position relative to the rail so that the entire formwork carriage with the formwork wall is detached from the concrete.
The invention is based on the idea, the support of the formwork wall on a Transportge advises to train so that the formwork wall can be moved in a curved line so that, for example, they perform a pivoting movement to release from the concrete surface and at the same time up and from the Concrete surface can be moved away. This idea is implemented in the formwork mentioned at the outset in that the formwork wall is articulated to the transport device in such a way that it can be moved in a curved line.
The formwork can advantageously be designed in such a way that the formwork wall is connected to a formwork carriage running on rollers by means of at least two hinged brackets, which in the concreting position are approximately perpendicular to the vertical supports of the formwork carriage, which is expediently anchored, and the formwork wall follows can be folded up when the concrete sets.
The invention facilitates demoulding in an advantageous manner.
The drawing illustrates the invention for example on an embodiment of the object of the same, namely a formwork wall designed according to the invention with formwork carriage is shown in a side view.
Herein 1 denotes a formwork carriage well-known version with rollers 2, which run on rails 3 fen. A formwork wall 4 is articulated to the formwork carriage 1 by, for example, two links 5 verbun. In the position in which the lines of the Schalwan extension and the handlebars are drawn out, the formwork wall 4 is in the concreting position. In this position the links 5 lie horizontally or almost horizontally and thus support the formwork wall 4 on the formwork carriage 1.
The formwork wall 4 forms with the counter-formwork wall 6 a cavity into which the concrete is poured. Their distance from the opposing formwork wall 6 thus determines the wall thickness of the concrete wall 7.
After the concrete has set, the anchors 8 are pulled. With the help of a lifting device, e.g. B. a winch, an oil hydraulic jack o. The like., The formwork wall 4 is pushed up and moves into the position shown in dash-dotted lines. Here, the joints of the formwork wall 4 move on an arc around the associated joint axes of the formwork carriage 1.
After completion of the pivoting movement, the formwork wall 4 is fastened to the formwork carriage 1 and can be moved with this to the next concreting section. Here it is lowered like that and placed in the intended concreting position.
