Description

Motor vehicle for the transport of box-shaped structures, in particular prefabricated garages The invention relates to a motor vehicle for the trans port of box-shaped structures, in particular Fer tiggaragen with a hydraulically raised and lowered supporting structure.

A known motor vehicle of this type basically has the disadvantage that the prefabricated garage can only be raised and lowered on the motor vehicle. However, if you want to put such a garage on a foundation or set up several prefabricated garages next to each other, this is extremely difficult with the known vehicle. The vehicle has to be precise to the millimeter both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction to the assembly point of the garage. This is very difficult because of the weight of the transport vehicle and the prefabricated garage arranged on it, although it must be taken into account that the ground on construction sites is not completely flat is.

In the known motor vehicle, punches which can be displaced in the transverse direction are also provided which rest on the side walls of the garage. However, these ver sliding stamp are used only to prevent the garage from slipping sideways during transport.

The invention is based on the idea of enabling the garage to be precisely set down in the correct position by shifting the garage on the vehicle in a horizontal plane when the vehicle is stationary until it is in the correct position before it is finally set down. The vehicle according to the invention is characterized in that the support frame consists of a table with horizontal storage surfaces provided at the corners of the table and a support frame which is supported on these storage surfaces, is slidably mounted in a horizontal plane and is supported on the garage ceiling and is supported on the table and drive elements acting on the frame are provided,

which allow both a displacement of this frame in the longitudinal and transverse direction and a pivoting of the frame. Thanks to this inventive arrangement and design, it is no longer necessary to drive the transport vehicle to the assembly point exactly to the nearest centimeter in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The all-round sliding and swiveling support frame makes it extremely easy to set down the garage.

Further details and advantages are explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing.

1 shows the rear view of a motor vehicle in a schematic representation with a raised prefabricated garage, FIG. 2 shows the associated side view on a smaller scale, partially in section, FIG. 3 shows the top view of the sliding support frame, FIG. 4 shows a section after Line IV-IV of Fig. 3, Fig. 5 is the plan view of a further embodiment example of such a displaceable support frame, Fig. 6 is the view in direction g of Fig. 5 partially in section along line VI-VI,

7 shows a section along line VII-VII in FIG. 5, FIG. 8 shows a cross-section on a larger scale along line VIII-VIII in FIG.

In the drawing, a motor vehicle for the transport of box-shaped components, in particular prefabricated garages, is shown schematically, the vehicle frame being indicated at 1 and the rear wheels at 2. The vehicle frame carries a table 3 which can be raised and lowered by hydraulic means and has horizontal bearing surfaces 4 on which a support frame 5 which can be displaced in the horizontal plane is mounted.

This is supported, appropriately with the interposition of Holzbal ken 6 or the like. On the ceiling 7 of a prefabricated garage, which has no floor in the embodiment shown, d. H. from the ceiling 7, the two Seitenwän the 8 and the rear wall 8 consists. Between this displaceable support frame 5 and the lifting table 3, drive elements 10a, 10b, 10c are provided which allow the support frame to be displaced on all sides. As can be seen from the drawing, these drive elements are arranged on the table top 11 and the bearing surfaces 4 so increased compared to the table top 11 that the support frame 5 can move freely on the Antriebsele elements.

This arrangement enables the simple production of the support frame, which in the advantageous embodiment shown consists of profiled supports lying in a horizontal plane, expediently 1-supports. The support frame consists essentially of the two cross members 12 and a longitudinal member 13 connecting these cross members in the middle.

Advantageously, three drive elements acting on tension and pressure are provided, of which one drive element 10b is arranged in the longitudinal direction and engages in the central area of the longitudinal member 13, while the other two drive elements 10a and 10c are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal member 13 in the transverse direction and in the Attack the middle area of the cross member 12. Spindles or the like can be used as drive elements. be provided. In the advantageous embodiment shown, these drive elements consist of hy draulic or pneumatic cylinders 14, which are articulated at 15 on the lifting table, and double-acting pistons whose piston rods are denoted by 16a, 16b and 16c.

These drive elements attack the frame with these piston rods. In order to enable a straight longitudinal movement B and a straight transverse movement C in addition to a pivoting movement in direction A, these piston rods do not engage directly on the frame, but indirectly via horizontal pivoting levers 17a, 17b, and 17c, which each move around a vertical, Axles 18a, 18b and 18c fixed on the table are pivotable. The piston rods are articulated to these double-armed swivel levers at 19. A roller 20 is arranged at the other end of this double-armed lever. These rollers engage in U-shaped guide rails 21 a, 21 b and 21 c.

These guide rails are attached to the underside of the support frame, the guide rail 21b being arranged in the transverse direction in the center of the longitudinal member 13, while the other two guide rails 21a and 21c are arranged in the longitudinal direction in the center of the cross member 12. If necessary, the pivot levers 17a to 17e can also be designed with one arm, the fixed pivot axis 18a-c then being at one end of this lever and the roller 20 at the other end and the drive element or piston rod 16a- c then engages this lever in the vicinity of the roller 20.

The support frame 12, 13 described above is advantageously reinforced by diagonal struts 22. Furthermore, 21 a-c support plates 23 are useful for better support of the guide rails.

The garage floor is indicated at 24 in FIG. 1. This can also consist of a prefabricated component or it can be produced on site. When the transport vehicle has brought the prefabricated garage 7-9 in the position shown above the garage floor 24, it is not in the correct position, but rather has to be moved into this exact position in directions B and C or pivoted in direction A. will.

Accordingly, according to FIG. 1, the garage is brought into the position indicated by chain-dotted lines T, 8 'in the transverse direction C with the aid of the sliding frame 5, whereupon the lifting table 3 is lowered and the garage is lowered onto the floor 24.

To ensure safe transport of this prefabricated garage, supports 25, 26 are provided on the vehicle frame at the rear and on the sides. These supports are arranged above the ground at a low height h, which roughly corresponds to the ground clearance of the vehicle. After the garage has been raised by means of the lifting table 3, the garage can then be set down on these supports 25, 26. If necessary, this lifting and lowering can be done in the manner shown in FIG. 2 with fixed supports. The in dash-dotted lines 9 ', 7', on the floor standing prefabricated garage is first lifted by means of lifting table 3, then pushed in the longitudinal direction B by means of support frame 5 forward over the supports 25, 26 and then lowered on this abge.

However, in order to enable the greatest possible freedom of movement and swiveling of the support frame 5 when the prefabricated garage is set down on the floor 24, or to prevent this mobility from being hindered by fixed supports 25, 26, these supports are expediently extendable or pivotable in the horizontal direction arranged so that they are initially brought into the transport position shown in Fig. 1 and 2, but pushed back or ge before settling the prefabricated garage on the floor 24 in a La.

can be pivoted back, in which they do not hinder the free movement or pivoting of the garage by means of the support frame 5.

In the second embodiment shown in Fig. 5-8 of the drawing, the following are provided: a transverse guide 29 arranged in the middle of the table, a straight, double-armed longitudinal lever 30 which has a pivot pin 31 displaceable in the transverse guide 29, a rectangular support frame 5 'on its transverse support 12 'the longitudinal lever 30 at 32 is guided displaceably in the center of the frame and in the longitudinal direction of the frame, two horizontally arranged in the transverse direction, on the one hand on the lifting table or

Hydraulic drive elements 10'a, 10'b supporting the lifting table frame 11 'and on the other hand engaging the longitudinal lever ends 30a and a hydraulic drive element 10'c arranged above the longitudinal lever 30 in its longitudinal direction, which is supported on the one hand at 33 on the longitudinal lever and on the other hand at 34 engages a cross member 12 '.

As can be seen from the drawing, both the lifting table 11 'and the tray frame 5' are made of profile iron. The support frame 5 'is advantageously made of 1-iron, both the cross members 12' and the longitudinal members 13 'represent I-profiles. This supporting frame is expediently reinforced by diagonal struts 22 '.

The lifting table frame 11 'consists of U-profiles, namely the cross member 11'a, the longitudinal member 11'b and two further central longitudinal members 11'c. At the four corners of the lifting table frame, bearing plates 4 'are provided which, as can be seen from the drawing, are arranged in an increased manner relative to the lifting table frame 11'.

The aforementioned transverse guide 29 for the pivot pin 31 consists of two profile iron, expediently with angle iron 35, which are attached to the longitudinal beams 11'c of the lifting table frame. As can be seen from FIG. 7, a plate 36 engaging over the profile iron 35 is attached to the lower end of the pivot pin 31 and secures the longitudinal lever 30 against lifting. This longitudinal lever advantageously consists of a profile iron with a lying 1-profile, on which a bearing block 37 is arranged for the pivotable mounting of a hydraulic cylinder 14'c.

This is pivotably mounted at 33 on the bearing block 37. The piston rod 16'c of this cylinder is articulated at 34 to the cross member 12 '.

Projecting lugs 38 are provided on diagonally opposite bearing plates 4 ', on which two hydraulic cylinders 14'a, 14'b are mounted pivotably about vertical bolts 39. The piston rods of these cylinders are articulated by vertical bolts 40 to the longitudinal lever ends 30a protruding beyond the lifting table frame 11 '.

According to FIGS. 5 and 8, a longitudinal spar 41 in the form of a T-profile can also be provided for further stiffening of the support frame 5 '. In order to enable proper storage and transverse displacement in direction C of the bearing pin 31, corresponding bearing plates 42 are attached to the profile iron 35.

As can be seen from the drawing, the above-described embodiment is characterized by a simple construction and also by the fact that the above-described arrangement and design allow the support frame to be moved perfectly and precisely in directions A, B and C with respect to the lifting table frame 11 ' is.
