Threaded element The present invention relates to a threaded element comprising at least one stamped thread. There are known fixing devices, for example wall buffers comprising a stamped thread. This thread is stamped into several legs of the stamp in the flat state of the stamped part and then the stamp is rolled.
However, it is found that for finer threads and for different manufacturing methods, it is impossible to produce a thread of sufficient precision, that is to say without axial offset. Of the different threaded parts. In particular, when the device comprising threads is manufactured by folding a flat stamped part in the axial direction of the thread, it is impossible to obtain a folding precise enough to avoid an axial offset of the stamped thread in the part folded over by compared to the thread stamped in the other part of the part.
In addition, it is practically impassive to stamp a precision thread covering an angle of 1800: so that it is difficult or impossible to obtain a perfect thread on 3600 distributed over two parts of 180.
The object of the present invention is to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages and difficulties. The threaded element according to the present invention is characterized by at least one part comprising a thread covering an angle equal to or less than 1800 and by at least one complementary unthreaded part.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and fig. 3 is a section similar to FIG. 2 of a second embodiment. An electrical outlet socket shown in fig. 1 - came from a stamped and folded part. The actual socket is formed by two parts 1 and 2, of semi-cylindrical shape. The straight end 3 of the upper part is rolled into a generally circular shape. The right end of the lower part 2 has a stamped thread 4.
As shown in fig. 2, this threaded part covers an angle equal to 160. The rolled part 3 engages in: the threaded part 4, and these two parts form a generally cylindrical body on which nuts 5 can be placed practically without radial play. In these circumstances, the internal thread of the nuts 5 engages the: external thread 4. A cable tie 6 is clamped between the nuts 5. Parts 1 and 2, respectively 3 and 4 are connected by a connecting flange 7. The plug socket shown in: fig. 1 can be placed in any .support in insulating material.
Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment, in which a part 4a has an internal thread. The circumferential extent of part 4a and of its threaded part is less than 1800. Part 4a is surrounded by a rolled cylindrical part 3a. The dimensions are such that a screw 8 can be screwed practically without radial play into the opening left between parts 3a and 4a.
Although normally parts 3 and 4, 3a and 4a respectively, come as a stamped and bent part, it is also possible to assemble two separately manufactured parts. This is particularly the case for the embodiment according to fi-. 3 where part 4a can be clamped in part 3a to join these parts. It is not absolutely necessary that the part 3, respectively 3a is generally cylindrical in shape, provided that this part is capable of maintaining the nut 5, respectively the screw 8 in engagement with the threaded part 4, respectively 4a .
