Description

Steam turbine plant in compact design The invention relates to a steam turbine plant in compact design that works according to the regenerative method.

In turbine systems of this type, it has hitherto been customary to arrange the preheaters below or to the side of the turbine housing.

The object of the invention is to arrange the preheaters in a more fluid and space-saving manner. The invention consists in that the preheaters are arranged in a star shape around the turbine housing.

This ensures that the connecting lines from the turbine extraction nozzle to the preheater are short and clear, which means that flow losses are kept low. In addition, there is no need for additional space to accommodate the pre-heater. In addition, the costs for the lines are lower. An exemplary embodiment according to the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.

The turbine 1 is arranged between the condenser halves 2a and 2b. The preheaters, which are arranged in a star shape around the turbine housing and receive their preheating steam via the extraction lines 4a to 4d, are denoted by 3a and 3b. The feed water lines bear the numbers 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 according to the direction of flow.
