Boîte
La présente invention a pour objet une boîte comprenant un corps, s'engageant par glissement dans une fourre, caractérisé par le fait que le corps comprend un cadre rectangulaire en carton et qu'un revêtement de matière plastique est fixé par soudure à un fond de même matière de manière à envelopper le cadre en carton et revêtir les bords supérieurs de manière à faciliter le glissement et la fermeture de ces deux éléments l'un contre l'autre.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

La boîte représentée au dessin comprend un cadre rectangulaire en carton 1 constituant l'armature de la boîte, laquelle est complètement enfermée dans une enveloppe en matière plastique constituée par un revêtement 2 formant trois compartiments 3, 4 et 5 séparés par des nervures 6 et 7 formées par des plis du revêtement 2 qui passe par-dessus le bord supérieur de l'armature en carton pour venir joindre un fond en matière plastique 8 avec lequel il est soudé sur tout le pourtour de ce fond.
L'armature en carton se trouve ainsi enfermée hermétiquement à l'abri de l'humidité.
Cette boîte étant particulièrement destinée à contenir de petits objets tels que des fournitures d'horlogerie, chacun des compartiments présente d'un côté une paroi oblique 9 facilitant l'extraction des objets contenus dans la boîte. Chaque compartiment peut être en outre fermé par une languette rabattable 10 en matière plastique, les trois languettes étant solidaires d'une bande commune soudée au revêtement 2. Ces languettes viennent se rabattre automatiquement sur les bords des compartiments lors de l'introduction de la boîte dans la fourre 11.
Ces languettes ne sont toutefois pas absolument indispensables, la fourre pouvant venir glisser directement sur les bords extérieurs et les nervures de la boîte.
L'exécution décrite a en outre pour avantage qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de coller le revêtement plastique sur le carton, opération plus compliquée que le soudage de deux feuilles de plastique.
REVENDICATION
Boîte comprenant un corps s'engageant par glissement dans une fourre, caractérisée par le fait que le corps comprend un cadre rectangulaire en carton et qu'un revêtement de matière plastique est fixé par soudure à un fond de même matière de manière à envelopper le cadre en carton, et revêtir les bords supérieurs de manière à faciliter le glissement et la fermeture de ces deux éléments l'un contre l'autre.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Boîte selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que le revêtement de matière plastique présente des plis formant des nervures divisant la boîte en compartiments.
2. Boîte selon la revendication ou la sous-revendica tion 1, caractérisé par le fait que le revêtement en matière plastique forme, d'un côté de la boîte, un plan incliné facilitant l'extraction des objets disposés dans la boîte.

The present invention relates to a box comprising a body, engaging by sliding in a tote, characterized in that the body comprises a rectangular cardboard frame and that a plastic coating is fixed by welding to a bottom of same material so as to wrap the cardboard frame and coat the upper edges so as to facilitate the sliding and closing of these two elements against each other.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

The box shown in the drawing comprises a rectangular cardboard frame 1 constituting the frame of the box, which is completely enclosed in a plastic envelope formed by a coating 2 forming three compartments 3, 4 and 5 separated by ribs 6 and 7 formed by folds of the coating 2 which passes over the upper edge of the cardboard frame to join a plastic base 8 with which it is welded around the entire perimeter of this base.
The cardboard frame is thus hermetically sealed away from humidity.
This box being particularly intended to contain small objects such as watchmaking supplies, each of the compartments has on one side an oblique wall 9 making it easier to extract the objects contained in the box. Each compartment can also be closed by a folding tab 10 made of plastic, the three tabs being integral with a common strip welded to the covering 2. These tabs automatically fold over the edges of the compartments when the box is inserted. in the bag 11.
These tabs are not however absolutely essential, the bag being able to come to slide directly on the external edges and the ribs of the box.
The embodiment described has the further advantage that it is not necessary to glue the plastic coating to the cardboard, an operation more complicated than the welding of two plastic sheets.
CLAIM
Box comprising a body which engages by sliding in a tote, characterized in that the body comprises a rectangular cardboard frame and that a plastic covering is fixed by welding to a bottom of the same material so as to envelop the frame cardboard, and cover the upper edges so as to facilitate the sliding and closing of these two elements against each other.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Box according to claim, characterized in that the plastic coating has folds forming ribs dividing the box into compartments.
2. Box according to claim or sub-claim 1, characterized in that the plastic coating forms, on one side of the box, an inclined plane facilitating the extraction of the objects placed in the box.
