Description
Verfahren zum Aufkleben von Fotografien auf Aluminiumblech Fotografien wurden bis heute hauptsächlich auf Karton, Pavatex oder Holz aufgeklebt. Das Aufkleben auf Aluminiumblech wird aber je länger desto mehr verlangt, weil Aluminiumblech als Trägermaterial bei Klimaeinflüssen stabil bleibt, weniger Raum in An spruch nimmt und als modernes Material in ästheti scher Hinsicht besser zu dünnen Fotografien passt. Im Gegensatz zu den saugfähigen Stoffen Karton, Pavatex und Holz verursacht aber das nicht saugfähige Alumi niumblech beklebungstechnisch Schwierigkeiten.
Bisher wurden zum Aufkleben von Fotografien auf Alumini umblech vorwiegend Zweikomponentenkleber, Neopre- nekleber, Melaninharze oder mit Wärme und Druck zu verarbeitende Kunstharze verwendet. Diese Bindemittel stellen jedoch sehr grosse Anforderungen bei der An wendung in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Erfahrung sowie bezüglich der notwendigen Betriebseinrichtungen.
Der Zweck der Erfindung liegt nun darin, das Auf kleben von Fotografien auf Aluminiumblech zu verein fachen. Dazu wird eine Klebstoffmischung auf das Alu- miniumblech aufgetragen, die zu einem Teil einen auf Aluminium gut haftenden Klebstoff enthält und zum anderen Teil einen mit ersterem homogen vermischba- ren. mit Wasser reaktivierbaren Klebstoff, welcher bei der Trocknung die Eigenschaft aufweist. schneller an zuziehen als sich das Fotopapier durch die Trocknung aufrollen kann.
Nach dem Antrocknen dieser Mischung auf dem Aluminiumblech wird die darauf zu klebende Fotografie sofort oder in jedem beliebigen späteren Zeitpunkt, einfach in nassem Zustand aufge legt und zum Trocknen beiseite geschoben. Jegliches Pressen und Anwenden von besonderer Sorgfalt ist überflüssig.
Beispiel für das Verfahren zum Aufkleben von Fotografien auf Aluminiumblech: Man nimmt einen Teil einer auf Aluminium haftenden Polyvinylacetatdi- spersion und zwei Teile eines neutralen mit Wasser reaktivierbaren Polyvinylalkoholes, vermischt es und streicht die Mischung in einer Menge von 100 g/m2 auf Aluminiumblech. Nach dem Eintrocknen der Mischung nimmt man die in Wasser eingeweichte Fotografie und legt sie in vollständig nassem Zustand auf die trockene Mischung. Das ganze schiebt man sodann zum Trock nen beiseite.

However, these binders make very high demands on the application in terms of cleanliness and experience as well as the necessary operating facilities.
The purpose of the invention is now to simplify the sticking of photographs on aluminum sheet. For this purpose, an adhesive mixture is applied to the aluminum sheet, which partly contains an adhesive that adheres well to aluminum and partly an adhesive that can be homogeneously mixed with the former. Water-reactivatable adhesive which has the property when it dries. tighten faster than the photo paper can roll up through drying.
After this mixture has dried on the aluminum sheet, the photograph to be stuck on is immediately or at any later point in time, simply placed in the wet state and pushed aside to dry. There is no need for any pressing or special care.
Example of the method for gluing photographs on aluminum sheet: Take one part of a polyvinyl acetate dispersion adhering to aluminum and two parts of a neutral polyvinyl alcohol that can be reactivated with water, mix it and spread the mixture in an amount of 100 g / m2 on aluminum sheet. After the mixture has dried, take the photograph soaked in water and place it on the dry mixture in a completely wet state. The whole thing is then pushed aside to dry.
