Description
Insulating plate made of plastic foam The invention relates to an insulating plate made of plastic foam, e.g. B. Styrofoam.
The attachment of such panels to walls and ceilings is usually done with adhesives and ver singly also by means of bolts. When plastering such panels, it turns out that the plaster does not adhere well to the panels.
To overcome this disadvantage, it was proposed to use an adhesive, e.g. B. to apply in strips to the plates and sprinkle them with sand. This procedure makes the panels more expensive and is not necessarily reliable, because the adhesive strength of the Klebstof fes on the synthetic foam.
The insulating plate according to the invention is now hen on both flat sides with undercut grooves verses that are parallel to each other or crossing angeord net. The cross-section of the grooves is for example dovetail-shaped.
When used with concrete walls cast in formwork, the panels are expediently placed in the circuit before the concrete is poured. The concrete penetrating into the grooves firmly connects the plate to the same.
On the other hand, the plaster applied to the plate penetrates into the grooves on the other side of the plate and thus receives reliable adhesion.
