Description

Fig. 7 eine Darstellung zum Herstellen von U-Randstegen mit Segmentleisten.

Box-shaped plate element, method for its manufacture and use of the same as a formwork element
The invention relates to a box-shaped plate element, a method for its production and the use of the same as a formwork element for concrete formwork.

Box-shaped formwork panels are known, with z. B. two designed as plywood cover plates are kept at a distance by a circumferential wooden frame and webs arranged in between. However, such plates are relatively heavy and have completely smooth edge surfaces.

For uncoupling from adjacent panels within a formwork association, additional means are therefore required, which can usually not be attached without damaging the panels.

Other box-shaped plate elements are made of plastic in two parts. The necessary dimensional stiffness has to be brought about in a complicated way by drawn-in metal reinforcements, so that the implementation is relatively expensive. The means of connection with the neighboring panels are the same as for completely closed panel elements made of wood.

Furthermore, formwork panels are known which have only a single cover panel, which is stiffened on the underside by longitudinal and transverse webs that cross each other. In the case of such a plate, a web frame running all the way around is again provided, the inner surface of which is divided up like a cassette by numerous other webs. This design, which is stiffened uniformly in the longitudinal and transverse directions, however, is also extremely heavy and can only be produced in a complicated manner because of the numerous crossing points of the webs. The connection surfaces to the neighboring plates are again smooth, so that the connection there has to be made by numerous screw bolts that have to be passed through the edge webs.

For the connection you have to keep a large number of such bolts or other metallic connecting links in stock and attach them.

If, on the other hand, according to another known proposal, only two crosspieces are used at a distance from the edge below a single cover plate, the weight of the plate can be controlled. However, the load-bearing capacity is too small for most purposes, and there are large surface areas and edge lengths of the cover plate that are not supported. The cover plate can therefore easily break out there, and the connection must be made by metallic fittings attached to the web ends, which makes production unnecessarily expensive.

The invention is based on the knowledge that uniform stiffening in all directions is not necessary for plate elements for concrete formwork, that it is sufficient if the necessary reinforcement is provided in the longitudinal direction and the edge parts are also adequately supported.

The object of the invention is therefore to design a plate element for the aforementioned purposes with as few and simple means as possible in such a way that sufficient load-bearing strength is achieved with little material expenditure and the support on neighboring plates is facilitated.

This is done according to the invention in that it has two outer layers, which are connected to one another by parallel webs in such a way that spaces for receiving coupling elements are formed on two end faces of the plate element, and that at least one level of the outer layers is designed as a closed plate
One of the outer layers is expediently formed by transverse boards glued onto the edgewise webs with spaces in between.

A particularly expedient embodiment is characterized in that at least some of the webs attached under the outer layers are I-shaped by means of strips glued to their edges on both sides and glued to the outer layers.

A method for producing an embodiment of the panel element according to the invention, in which I-shaped webs are provided by strips glued to their edges on both sides, is characterized in that flat strips are glued onto a wooden panel with constant spacing between them by means of a multiple sawing machine, the saw blades of which have the same spacing according to the specified web height, roughly through the middle of the strips into several webs, which are then glued in parallel with their cut surfaces between the outer layers.

Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention will now be explained with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows the back of a plate element, shown axonometrically, seen obliquely from above.

FIG. 2 shows a partial section through another plate element along the line II-II in FIG. 4,
Fig. 3 is a partial section along the line III-III in Fig. 4,
4 shows a view of a plate element according to FIGS. 2 and 3 from below,
5 shows the cutting up of a plywood sheet, which is covered with rectangular strips on both sides, for the production of 1 webs,
6 shows a corresponding partial representation for the production of U-edge webs with triangular strips and
7 shows an illustration of the production of U-edge webs with segment strips.

In the drawing, 1 denotes a flat wood board layer which is designed by barriers so that it is not subject to any significant swelling and shrinking processes. On the underside of this panel layer shown above, rectangular webs 2 running parallel in the longitudinal direction are firmly glued or glued to the contact surfaces perpendicular to its plane.

At the ends of the elongated Plattenelemen tes and at least at one point in the middle area, transverse boards 7 are glued onto the webs as a second outer layer, resulting in coupling pockets 71 between parts 1, 2 and 7, in which coupling elements are inserted for connection to the neighboring elements can be. In the area of these transverse boards 7 or directly next to them, the braces for absorbing the concrete pressure can also be attached. Instead of individual transverse boards 7, it is also possible to attach a single continuous plate corresponding to the cover plate 1 as the second outer layer, so that the formwork element can be used on both sides.

According to FIGS. 2 to 4, the formwork element shown there consists of an upper plywood cover plate 91, longitudinal U-shaped edge webs 92 each with two flange strips 94 glued to the edges, longitudinal intermediate strips 95 each with four flange strips 94 glued to the edges and transversely on the underside Plywood strip layers 96 glued on over the webs 95 and 92 at equal intervals. This embodiment is expediently used where the total weight is to be kept particularly low or the inside of the element has to be made accessible from the outside. The stability is of course improved if a continuous lower base plate is used instead of the strips 96.

The webs can all be made of plywood and have a relatively small thickness. As can be seen above all in FIG. 2, the webs are clamped in via the glue surfaces at 97 and 98 by means of the flange strips 94 on the cover plate layer 91 and the strip layers 96. If opposing shear forces on the top and bottom of the formwork element einwir ken, the webs are not simply bent, but deformed in an S-shape. They absorb opposing bending moments, which allows cushioning and damping of impact forces; However, all forces are largely evenly distributed to the neighboring bridges. You therefore get with the web strips from z. B.

Plywood has extraordinary stability and strength of the entire panel body, reduces the stress peaks that occur with point loads and thereby increases the service life and dimensional stability of the panel element. This applies primarily to using a continuous bottom sheet of plywood.

According to FIG. 5, strip bodies 101 with a flat rectangular cross-section, parallel to one another and with a division that corresponds approximately to the specified web height, are first glued to a plywood panel 9 on both sides opposite one another. This plate is then cut into identical webs 95 on a multiple sawing machine, the individual saw blades of which have a constant spacing a, which can be glued in as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.

If you want to produce U-shaped edge webs, the strips 101 are only attached to one side of the plate 9, as can be seen in FIGS. 6 and 7. The last-mentioned figures also show that one is not bound by the rectangular shape of the strips; According to FIG. 6, triangular strips 102 are used which, when the weight is reduced, make it possible to enlarge the glue surface and thus the setting force.

Semicircular strips 103 according to FIG. 7 appear better, which then result in flange strips in the form of a right-angled segment, which enables better support between the web and cover plate layer and yet brings a further weight reduction.

The application of glue to the webs produced in this way does not cause any difficulties, since the parts only have to be sent through an application machine upright and they can then be pressed with the cover plates. If possible, a water-resistant plastic glue should be used, which is applied while hot and sets.

Of course, solid parts can also be glued on at the points on the formwork element where bracing is to be applied. In order not to add unnecessary weight and to transfer the forces better into the load-bearing parts, these parts are expediently inserted directly between the flange strips at the relevant points. These spots should be marked so that they can be seen from the outside, but should in principle be kept as small as possible.

The coupling elements can always be normal pieces of square timber, the height of which corresponds to the distance between the top layers. Such square timbers are quickly available everywhere and can be cut to the desired length at any time. You can therefore create entire slabs using only wood. In addition, the coupling pieces can be of any length, basically extend through the entire plate element and thus form an additional reinforcement in special cases. The load-bearing capacity is of course increased if a closed cover plate layer is also used below, which in turn can be used as a formlining if necessary.
