Der Aufbau eines aus Glasteilen bestehenden Färbeapparates sei anhand der Fig. 1 erläutert, worin die Symbole die folgenden Bedeutungen haben: A Färbegefäss mit schaufelartigen Einbuchtungen, B Rotationsvorrichtung, bestehend aus einem han delsüblichen Rotationsverdampfer; C Gefäss für Färbemittel, wie Farbstoffpräparate etc., heizbar und am Boden mit einem Filter und einem Hahn versehen; D Dosiervorrichtung; E Auffanggefäss für gebrauchtes Lösungsmittel; F Auffanggefäss für reines Lösungsmittel; G Heizbad mit Thermostat; H Lösungsmittel-Vorratsgefäss; I Einfülltrichter; K Verteiler; L Absaugrohr mit flexiblem Ende; M Pumpe; X,Y Kühler;
; Vl,V. Absaugleitungen und Ak Absorptionsgefässe

Dyeing machine
The invention relates to a dyeing apparatus for solvent dyeing textile material.
It is known that textiles from baths with larger liquor ratios can only be dyed indifferently if the liquor or the material to be dyed or both are kept in motion so that the dye has the opportunity to diffuse evenly into the fibers.
When dyeing from organic solvents, there is also the fact that these often have a low vapor pressure and solvent vapors must not get into the atmosphere of the dyeing room. The solvent vapors escaping from the dyebath must therefore be prevented from escaping by condensation. This makes it possible to regenerate the solvents.
It is true that washing machines, such as those used in dry cleaning, can also be used for laughter dyeing, but then, firstly, high machine costs, secondly, large consumption of textile material and, thirdly, large consumption of dye.
The dyeing apparatus according to the invention, which can be made of metal or preferably of glass, now allows discontinuous dyeing both in the factory and on a laboratory scale without the disadvantages mentioned occurring.
This dyeing apparatus is characterized in that it has a rotatably mounted, inclined and provided with shovel-like indentations 5 dyeing vessel (A), a rotating device (B) connected to this, a reflux condenser (X) arranged above the dyeing vessel with above, via a a vacuum line (V) connectable metering device (D) in the reflux condenser opening solvent storage vessel (H) and a suction tube (L), which extends with its flexible end to approximately the lowest point of the dyeing vessel bottom and with its opposite end in a catchment - and storage vessel (E) opens the used solvent, which in turn can be connected to a vacuum line (V1),
that it also contains a distributor (K) connected to a vessel for dye (C), which can lead solvent dripping from the reflux condenser into a collecting vessel (F) for pure solvent and allows vapors escaping from the dye vessel to pass into the reflux condenser, and that conduit means are provided through which the contents of the collecting vessel for pure solvent can be transferred to the solvent storage vessel.
The dyeing vessel (A) has indentations leading inwards, which serve to force the material to be dyed into a discontinuous movement. The indentations prevent the textile material from continuously following the rotation of the vessel. The material to be dyed initially sticks to the indentations and then, as the vessel continues to rotate, falls from the inward protrusion to another point on the vessel. The vessel can be heated using a heating bath in which the vessel is immersed. The rotary movement about an axis rotated by approximately 200 relative to the horizontal is advantageously carried out using devices already known per se, such as. B. rotary evaporators, which also have the advantage that they are equipped with a heater.
The structure of a dyeing apparatus consisting of glass parts is explained with reference to FIG. 1, in which the symbols have the following meanings: A dyeing vessel with scoop-like indentations, B rotary device consisting of a commercially available rotary evaporator; C Vessel for dyes such as dye preparations, etc., can be heated and has a filter and a tap on the bottom; D dosing device; E collecting vessel for used solvent; F Collecting vessel for pure solvent; G heating bath with thermostat; H solvent storage vessel; I filling funnel; K distributor; L suction tube with flexible end; M pump; X, Y cooler;
; Vl, V. Suction lines and Ak absorption vessels
In the following mode of operation of the dyeing apparatus, unless otherwise stated, the parts mean parts by weight, the percentages are percentages by weight, and the temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
Fluctuation of the dyeing machine
Tap 1 is closed, tap 2 is opened.
The container (D) is filled with 2720 parts of perchlorethylene. Then the textile material [1001 parts of polyester tricot fabric (Diolen-Loft -Tricot)] is placed in the dyeing vessel (A). The taps 5 and 6 are closed and the tap 4 opened so that the per chloroethylene flows into the vessel (A). The oil bath (G) is now heated to 1300. Then the intermittent, direction-changing rotary motor (B) is started (30 seconds in each direction of rotation, 15 seconds standstill).
Now tap 8 is closed and 2.4 parts of the disperse dye of the formula

with 480 parts of perchlorethylene in the flask (C). In the flask (C) this solution is boiled with a heater, which is not shown in the drawing, whereby the disperse dye goes into solution. The tap 8 is opened and the dye solution is poured into the vessel (A) through the filter at the bottom of the vessel (C). It is stained for 45 minutes. The oil bath (G) is then removed, taps 4, 6 and 8 are closed and tap 5 is opened. The apparatus is emptied via the suction line (V1) and the dye liquor flows into the flask (E).
For aftertreatment, washing is carried out in the same flask with a mixture of perchlorethylene and a detergent booster, as is customary in dry cleaning, at 500 for 15 minutes. Rinsing is done with pure solvent at 20 to 300 for 5 minutes.
Drying takes place by closing taps 2, 5, 8 and 9, opening taps 3 and 6 and evacuating the apparatus via the suction line (V). The vessel (A) is heated to a temperature of 800.
As a result, the solvent in the vessel (A) evaporates very quickly. The vapors condense in the cooler (X) and flow into the container (F). When the solvent stops distilling over, the tissue is dry.
Then the cock 3 is closed. The negative pressure in the apparatus is slowly eliminated by air flowing in through the tap 5. The vessel (A) is now detached from the attachment (H) and the colored, dry piece of tricot can be removed from the vessel. The result is a level, pink coloration. Regeneration of the solvent: The flask (E) is connected to the distributor (K) instead of the vessel (A). Now you proceed as with drying. The pure solvent collects in the container (F). With the pump (M) it can be returned to the storage tank (H).
