  Zusammenklappbare Palettschachtel aus Wellkarton oder imprägniertem Festkarton
Die Zusatzerfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der zusammenklappbaren Palettschachtel aus Wellkarton oder imprägniertem Festkarton gemäss dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatents. Nach dem Hauptpatent bestehen sämtliche Wand-, Deckel- und Bodenteile sowie die beiden äusseren Abstützbalken auf der Unterseite des Palettschachtelbodens aus einem einzigen Kartonzuschnitt von rechteckiger Grundform, der mit entsprechenden Falzlinien versehen ist, und sind zur Verstärkung der Abstützbalken Einlagen entweder miteingewikkelt oder eingeschoben.



     Die    Zusatzerfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungseinlagen als die Querschnittsform der Abstützbalken versteifende Stützelemente ausgebildet sind.



   Es können in die Abstützbalken V-Profil aufweisende Verstärkungseinlagen aus Wellkarton eingeschoben sein.



   In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Eckpartie des Palettschachtel-Unterteils mit einer ersten Ausführungsform der in die Abstützbalken eingeschobenen Einlagen,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch eine zweite Ausführungsform der Einlage.



   Fig. 3 eine Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 von der Unterseite. das Profilende zeigend.

   Fig. 9 und 10 je einen Querschnitt zweier weiterer Ausführungsformen der Einlage.



   Die zum Einschieben oder Einlegen in die Abstützbalken 27 einer Palettschachtel 28 gemäss Fig. 1 dienenden Einlagen 10 weisen nach Fig. 1 bis 4 einen V-Profil -aufweisenden inneren Teil 29 und einen U-Profil aufweisenden äusseren Teil 30 auf. Die Profile sind aus einem Streifen aus Wellkarton durch Anbringung von Längsfalzen 5, 5'. 5" und Abwinkelung in diesen gebildet. In der Fig. I bildet der Längsmittelfalz 5 die Scheitelkante des V-Profils. Durch die dem Längsmittelfalz 5 benachbarten Falze 5' ist das U-Profil 30 mit dem V-Profil 29 verbunden, während die äusseren Falze 5" die Eckkanten des U-Profils 30 bilden. Die Längsränder 10' des Wellkartonstreifens sind lose so zusammengeschlossen, dass sie auf der Scheitelkante 5 des V-Profils 29 eine dem Eingriff der Scheitelkante dienende Fuge 10" bilden.

  Das Profil 10 weist an beiden Enden Eckabnehmungen 31 auf, welche der Erleichterung des Einschiebens des Profils 10 in die Abstützbalken 27 dienen.



   Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform der Einlage 10 gemäss den Fig. 2 und 3 sind die Längsränder 10' des zur Herstellung des Profils dienenden Wellkartonstreifens, nachdem zuerst das U-Profil 30 durch Abwinkelung in den Falzen 5" und dann das V-Profil 29 durch Abwinkelung in den Falzen 5' gebildet worden ist, im Hohlraum des U-Profils zusammengeführt und bilden die Scheitelkante des V-Profils, welche den U-Profilsteg in der Mitte -abstützt. Nach Fig. 2 wird der innere Teil des Profils 10 durch freie Schenkel gebildet, welche in eine durch Einprägung gebildete Führungs-Rinne 34 am Quersteg   l0a    des Profils 10 eingreifen und sich endseitig gegenseitig abstützen.

  Wie weiter in Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, sind die Stirnseiten der V-Profilschenkel 29 schräg abgeschnitten und dienen der Anlage eines Abschlusslappens 32, der eine Verlängerung des Steges des U-Profils 30 bildet und zwischen die Schenkel des U-Profils bis zur Anlage an die schräg abgeschnittenen Stirnseiten der V-Profilschenkel eingeschlagen ist. Die beiden Abschlusslappen 32 bilden eine zusätzliche Versteifung des U-Profils an den Enden des statischen Profils 10. In Fig. 3 sind ebenfalls die an beiden Enden der Einlage vorgesehenen Eckabnehmungen 31 ersichtlich, die ein leichtes Einführen des Profils 10 in die Abstützbalken 27 erlauben.



   Die dritte Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 4 unterscheidet sich von der zweiten lediglich dadurch, dass die Scheitelkante des V-Profils 29 nicht durch die Ränder 10' des   Welikartonstreifens.    sondern durch zwei weitere  einander anschliessende Falze 5 gebildet ist, durch welche die Endlappen 29' abgewinkelt sind, welche der Innenseite des U-Profilsteges anliegen und die Mittellage der Scheitelkante des V-Profils 29 im U-Profil sicherstellen.



   Gemäss der dritten Ausführungsform in Fig. 5 und 6 ist die Einlage 10 als U-Profil 30 ausgebildet, bei welchem an den Profilrändern 10' um Falzungen 5' eingeschlagene Abstützungslappen 33 vorstehen. Die Enden der Abstützungslappen 33 stützen sich gegen die Winkelkanten längs der Falze 5" des U-Profils ab und versteifen auf diese Weise das U-Profil. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform ist der Profilsteg mit stirnseitig vorstehenden Abschlusslappen 32 versehen, welche je der schräg abgeschnittenen   Stinseite    der beiden äusseren Abstützungslappen 33 anliegen. 31 sind die an beiden Enden vorgesehenen Eckabnehmungen. Die Längsränder 10' und die Abstützlappen 33 können zum gegenseitigen teilweisen Ineinandergreifen und Verriegeln Zahnungen aufweisen.

 

   In Fig. 7 und 8 ist die Einlage ebenfalls als U-Profil ausgebildet. Die Eckkanten des U-Profils verlaufen längs Falzen 5". Stirnseitige Verlängerungen des Profilsteges dienen als Abschlusslappen 32. Letztere weisen beidseitig angestanzte Nocken 34 auf, welche in passende Schlitze 35 der den Profilschenkeln entsprechenden Seitenwände eingreifen, und dadurch den Abschlusslappen 32 in der gewünschten Schräglage zwischen den Profilseitenwänden arretieren.



   Die Fig. 9 und 10 zeigen ein V- und ein Doppel-Voder X-Profil, die als Versteifungseinlagen verwendbar sind.

The additional invention relates to a further embodiment of the collapsible pallet box made of corrugated cardboard or impregnated rigid cardboard according to the claim of the main patent. According to the main patent, all wall, cover and base parts as well as the two outer support beams on the underside of the pallet box base consist of a single cardboard blank with a rectangular basic shape, which is provided with corresponding folding lines, and inserts are either wrapped or inserted to reinforce the support beams.



     The additional invention is characterized in that the reinforcement inserts are designed as support elements which reinforce the cross-sectional shape of the support beams.



   Reinforcing inserts made of corrugated cardboard can be inserted into the support beams having a V-profile.



   In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely show:
1 shows a corner section of the lower part of the pallet box with a first embodiment of the inserts pushed into the support beams,

   The inserts 10, which are used for pushing or inserting into the support beams 27 of a pallet box 28 according to FIG. 1, have, according to FIGS. 1 to 4, an inner part 29 with a V-profile and an outer part 30 with a U-profile. The profiles are made from a strip of corrugated cardboard by applying longitudinal folds 5, 5 '. 5 "and angled formation in these. In FIG. 1, the longitudinal center fold 5 forms the apex edge of the V-profile. The U-profile 30 is connected to the V-profile 29 through the folds 5 'adjacent to the longitudinal center fold 5, while the outer 5 "folds form the corner edges of the U-profile 30. The longitudinal edges 10 'of the corrugated cardboard strip are loosely joined together in such a way that they form a joint 10 ″ on the apex edge 5 of the V-profile 29 which serves to engage the apex edge.

  The profile 10 has corner recesses 31 at both ends, which serve to facilitate the insertion of the profile 10 into the support beams 27.



   In the second embodiment of the insert 10 according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the longitudinal edges 10 'of the corrugated cardboard strip used to produce the profile are after first the U-profile 30 by bending in the folds 5 "and then the V-profile 29 by bending has been formed in the folds 5 ', brought together in the cavity of the U-profile and form the apex edge of the V-profile, which supports the U-profile web in the middle. According to Fig. 2, the inner part of the profile 10 is provided by free legs formed, which engage in a guide groove 34 formed by embossing on the transverse web l0a of the profile 10 and mutually support each other at the ends.

  As can also be seen in Fig. 3, the end faces of the V-profile legs 29 are cut off at an angle and are used to plant an end tab 32, which forms an extension of the web of the U-profile 30 and between the legs of the U-profile up to the contact the obliquely cut end faces of the V-profile leg is knocked in. The two end tabs 32 form an additional stiffening of the U-profile at the ends of the static profile 10. The corner recesses 31 provided at both ends of the insert can also be seen in FIG. 3, which allow the profile 10 to be easily inserted into the support beams 27.



   The third embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the second only in that the apex edge of the V-profile 29 is not through the edges 10 'of the corrugated cardboard strip. but is formed by two further adjoining folds 5, through which the end tabs 29 'are angled, which lie against the inside of the U-profile web and ensure the central position of the apex edge of the V-profile 29 in the U-profile.



   According to the third embodiment in FIGS. 5 and 6, the insert 10 is designed as a U-profile 30, in which support tabs 33 knocked in around folds 5 'protrude on the profile edges 10'. The ends of the support tabs 33 are supported against the angular edges along the folds 5 ″ of the U-profile and in this way stiffen the U-profile of the two outer support tabs 33. The corner recesses provided at both ends are 31. The longitudinal edges 10 'and the support tabs 33 can have teeth for mutual partial interlocking and interlocking.

 

   In Fig. 7 and 8, the insert is also designed as a U-profile. The corner edges of the U-profile run along folds 5 ". Front extensions of the profile web serve as end tabs 32. The latter have cams 34 punched on both sides, which engage in matching slots 35 of the side walls corresponding to the profile legs, and thereby the end tabs 32 in the desired inclined position lock between the profile side walls.



   9 and 10 show a V and a double V or X profile, which can be used as stiffening inserts.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM

Foldable pallet box made of corrugated cardboard or impregnated rigid cardboard according to claim of the main patent, characterized in that the reinforcement inserts (10) are designed as support elements stiffening the cross-sectional shape of the support beams.

SUBCLAIMS 1. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the insert (10) consists of a corrugated cardboard strip with longitudinal folds (5, 5 ', 5 ") which is angled in said folds so that a central longitudinal fold (5) forms the apex edge of a V-profile (29) forms, while the further folds (5 ', 5 ") form the edges of a U-profile (30) slipped over the V-profile (29), the longitudinal edges (10') of the strip the apex edge (5) of the V-profile (29) are opposite one another and form a parting line (10 ") for the engagement of the apex edge (5).

2. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the insert (10) has a corrugated cardboard strip with longitudinal folds (5 ', 5 ") which is angled in said folds so that the longitudinal edges (10') of the strip in the apex edge of a V-profile (29) unite and at the same time support the profile web of a U-profile (30) slipped over the profile (29).

3. Pallet box according to claim and dependent claim 2, characterized in that the free edges of the legs of the V-profile engage in a guide channel (34) on the transverse web (10a) of the U-profile (30).

Pallet box according to claim and dependent claim 2, characterized in that the web of the U-profile (30) is extended at both ends beyond the U-profile legs and these extensions (32) form end tabs which are struck between the U-profile legs and the diagonally cut end faces of the V-profile (29) are in contact.

Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the insert (10) consists of a corrugated cardboard strip with longitudinal folds (5, 5 ', 5 ") and is angled in said folds so that the longitudinal edges (10') at the angles of Longitudinal edges of a U-profile (30) formed by the folds (5 ") lie, while the bends on the longitudinal folds (5) adjacent to the longitudinal edges (10 ') abut one another to form the apex edge of a V-profile.

6. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the insert consists of a cardboard strip, the longitudinal edges (10 ') of which have teeth to form support tabs (33) and partially interlock with them.

Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the insert (10) consists of a corrugated cardboard strip with longitudinal folds (5 ', 5 ") and is angled so that it forms a U-profile (30), the edges (10') ) of the strip are designed as mutually offset support tabs (33) knocked into the profile cavity, the ends of which are each supported against the opposite longitudinal edge angle of the U-profile (30).

Pallet box according to claim and dependent claim 7, characterized in that the web of the U profile (30) is extended at both front ends beyond the U legs and the extensions form end tabs (32) which are struck between the U profile legs and the abut obliquely cut end faces of the adjacent tabs (33).

Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that an insert (10) having a U-profile has frontal extensions of the profile web which are struck as closing tabs between the profile legs and by means of lateral cams (34) in corresponding slots (35) of the U-profile legs engage and are thereby locked in their position.

10. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the inserts (10) consist of corrugated cardboard.

11. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the inserts (10) consist of impregnated corrugated cardboard.

12. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the inserts (10) are made of plastic.

13. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the inserts (10) consist of impregnated rigid cardboard.

14. Pallet box according to claim, characterized in that the inserts (10) are made of wood.
