Rt bedeutet also hier in keinem Fall Wasserstoff.

Färbevorschrift A

Hydrocarbon radicals are, for example, optionally substituted alkyl radicals, such as. B. Cycloalkyl radicals, for example cycloalkyl radicals, for example cyclohexyl or alkylcyclohexylresbe or optionally substituted aryl radicals, such as. B. phenyl or naphthyl radicals.
Alkyl radicals, e.g. B. straight-chain or branched alkyl radicals usually contain 1 to 12, preferably 1 to 6 or in particular 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms.
If these radicals are substituted, they contain, in particular, halogen atoms, hydroxyl or cyano groups or aryl radicals, such as, for example, phenyl radicals: For such cases, alkyl stands for an aralkyl radical, e.g. B. a benzyl radical. Alkoxy radicals contain, for example, 1 to 6 and preferably 1, 2 or 3 carbon atoms. Substituents Rt which do not make solubility are, for example, halogen atoms, nitro, primary, secondary or tertiary amino, cyano, rhodan, hydroxyl, alkyl, alkoxy, trifluoro or trichloroalkyl, phenyl, phenyloxy, alkylamino , Dialkylamino or phenylamino groups. Rt does not mean hydrogen in any case. The substituents listed above can also generally be used in the other radicals of aromatic character, e.g.
B. in ring B, or in phenyl or naphthyl radicals.
Divalent bridge members can optionally substituted alkylene radicals or alkenylene radicals with, for example, 1 to 12, preferably 1 to 6, carbon atoms, these radicals being branched or bound to ring members, such as cyclohexylene or phenylene radicals or to heteroatoms or heteroatom groups, or being interrupted by such groups, e.g. . B.

or represent a pyridinium ring.
Preferred radicals A are those of the hydrohalic acids; A preferably represents chlorine or bromine. Further residues A are, for example, the residues of sulfuric acid, a sulfonic acid or hydrogen sulfide.
Halogen is to be understood in any case as chlorine, bromine, fluorine or iodine.
In the compounds of the formula (I), the anion AG can be exchanged for other anions, e.g. B.
with the aid of an ion exchanger or by reaction with salts or acids, optionally in several stages, e.g. B. via the hydroxide or the bicarbonate.
Anion AO is understood to mean both organic and inorganic ions, such as. B. halogen, such as chloride, bromide or iodide, sulfate, disulfate, methyl sulfate, aminosulfonate, perchlorate, carbonate, bicarbonate, phosphate, phosphomolybdlate, phosphotungstate, phosphotungsten molybdate, benzenesulfonate -, naphthalenesulfonate, 4-chlorobenzenesulfonate, oxalate, maleate, acetate, propionate, lactate, suffinate, chloroacetate, tartrate, methanesulfonate or benzoate ions or complex anions, such as that of chlorozinc double salts.
The reaction of a compound of the formula (II) with an amine of the formula (III) can be carried out by known methods, e.g. B. in an organic solvent and at temperatures from -50 C to +2500 C, advantageously at -100 C to +1200 C.
The new dyes of the formula (I) are mainly used for dyeing, padding or printing fibers, threads or textiles made therefrom which consist of acrylonitrile polymers or acrylonitrile copolymers or contain such, it being possible for these textiles to be dyed before, during or after their production.
The new dyes are also used for dyeing, padding or printing synthetic polyamides or synthetic polyesters which have been modified by acidic groups. Such polyamides are known, for example, from Belgian patent specification 706104. The corresponding polyesters are known from US patents 3,018,272 or 3,379,723.
The dyeing is generally carried out in an aqueous, neutral or acidic medium at temperatures of 50 C or
600 ° C. to 1000 ° C. or at temperatures above 100 ° C. under pressure. Very level dyeings are obtained even without the use of retarders. Mixed fabrics which contain a polyacrylonitrile fiber content can also be dyed very well. Those dyes which have good solubility in organic Solvents are also suitable for coloring natural plastic masses or dissolved or undissolved plastic or natural resin masses. It has been shown that mixtures of two or more of the new dyes or mixtures with other cationic dyes can also be used, ie they are good They can also be used for dyeing plastic masses or leather or for dyeing paper.
In particular, on polyacrylonitrile level dyeings with good lightfastness and good wetfastness, such as wash, perspiration, sublimation, pleating, water, seawater and over-dyeing fastness are obtained. From the USA patent specification 2,716,655 the dye is of the formula

known for coloring polyacrylonitrile. It is surprising that the dyes of the formula (I), likewise colored on polyacrylonitrile, have better lightfastness.
In the following examples, the parts are parts by weight, the percentages are percentages by weight and the temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
example 1
43.7 parts of 1-amino-2-bromo (2'-ss-chloro-ethoxy-1'-methyl) -ethyl-amino anthraquinone are dissolved in 120 parts of pyridine at 100 "and stirred for 4 hours at 100-110 The resulting pyridinium dye precipitates. After the cold stirring, the deposit is filtered off with suction, washed with cold methanol and dried at 600 in a vacuum.
The dye dyes polyacrylonitrile fibers from acetic acid solution in brilliant reddish blue shades.
The dyeings obtained have good lightfastness.
Dyeing instruction A
20 parts of the dye from Example 1 are mixed with 80 parts of dextrin in a ball mill for 48 hours; Then 1 part of the preparation obtained is made into a paste with 40% acetic acid, 400 parts of 600 parts of distilled water are poured over the pulp while shaking continuously and boiled briefly. It is diluted with 7600 parts of distilled water, 2 parts of glacial acetic acid are added and 100 parts of textile material made of polyacrylonitrile are added to the dyebath at 600 parts. The material was previously treated at 600 in a bath of 8,000 parts of water and 2 parts of glacial acetic acid for 10 to 15 minutes. It is then heated to 100 within 30 minutes, boiled for 1 hour and rinsed. A level, reddish blue dyeing of excellent lightfastness and very good wetfastnesses is obtained.
The structure of other dyes as they can be obtained according to the information in Example 1 is given in the following table.
