Abstract

Ski case takes skis in the base and is closed by a hinged top lid, both parts being made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester reinforced with metal round the rims. Both bottom and top parts can be extruded together as a single strand, producting the U sections for the skis and allowing the material to be thinner along the stay between top and bottom to act as a hinge strap.

      Skikoffer    und Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Skikoffer,     wie    er zum Ver  packen von Skiern für Schnee- und Wasserskilauf,     evtl.    auch  von Skistöcken und weiterem Zubehör, verwendet werden  kann, und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Skikoffer.  



  Skikoffer sind bisher nicht bekannt geworden. Man hat  Skier bereits in Leinentaschen, die mit Reissverschluss aus  gerüstet waren, verpackt. Solche Skibehälter konnten sich in  der     Praxis    nicht durchsetzen, da die Skier zwar gegen Berüh  rung, aber nicht gegen Schlagbeschädigung geschützt sind.  



  Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, einen Ski  koffer und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung zu schaffen,  die eine preiswerte und einfache Herstellung gestatten.  



  Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe, indem der  Hauptteil des Skikoffers als     Köcherrohrteil    ausgebildet und  mit einem Deckel versehen ist und zumindest der Köcher  rohrteil aus Kunststoff geblasen wird.  



  Der Deckel des     Köcherrohrteiles    kann ebenfalls aus  Kunststoff bestehen.  



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des erfindungsgemässen Ski  koffers ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Es  zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen Skikoffer mit einem     Köcherrohrteil    und einem  aufgesetzten Deckel und       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf die Deckelseite des Skikoffers  nach     Fig.    1.  



  In     Fig.    1 ist in Seitenansicht ein Skikoffer dargestellt, der  als Hauptteil einen     Köcherrohrteil    23     aufweist,    in den die nur  teilweise dargestellten Skier 8 und 9 von oben her     einführbar     sind. Der Köcher kann mit einem Deckel 24, der durch  Scharniere 25 an dem Köcher     angelenkt    ist, verschlossen und  mit Hilfe eines Verschlusses 26 gesichert werden.  



  An dem     Köcherrohrteil    sind Haltevorrichtungen 27, 28  angeordnet, mit deren Hilfe der Skikoffer an Kraftfahrzeugen  befestigt werden kann.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Skikoffer nach     Fig.    1  von der Deckelseite des Koffers gesehen. Die Figur lässt den  Querschnitt des Koffers erkennen.  



  Der Skikoffer kann mit den Vorrichtungen zum Befesti  gen an einem Auto trennbar verbunden sein, so dass eine    Verwendung des Koffers ohne diese Befestigungsvorrich  tungen möglich ist.  



  Der Skikoffer kann mit den Vorrichtungen zum Befesti  gen an einem Auto so fest verbunden und an dem Auto so       befestigbar    sein, dass ein Loslösen des Koffers nur mittels  Werkzeugen möglich ist. Dadurch lässt sich ein Diebstahl  vom Auto weg weitgehend verhindern.  



  Der     Köcherrohrteil    kann insbesondere im Innern mit  Versteifungen, vorzugsweise in Form von Rippen, versehen  sein.  



  Für die in Skikoffer einzubringenden Gegenstände, wie  Wasser- oder Schneeskier,     evtl.    auch Skistöcke und weitere  Hilfsmittel wie Skiwachs, Polierlappen     od.    dgl. sind im Innern  des     Köcherrohres    Halteelemente vorgesehen. Die Halteele  mente können als Klemmteile ausgebildet sein. Zur Ab  stützung und Lagerung der eingebrachten Teile können  Federteile, insbesondere Schaumstoffe, verwendet werden.  



  Der beschriebene Skikoffer ermöglicht in idealer Weise  die Verwendung zum Transport von Skiern am Auto oder mit  beliebigen andern Transportmitteln,     z.B.    auf der Eisenbahn,  und sichert die Skier gegen Beschädigung bzw. auch gegen  Diebstahl.  



  Durch die Verwendung von Kunststoff wird der Skikoffer  leicht und die Anwendung des     Blasverfahrens    bedingt ver  ringerte Werkzeugkosten.

  The invention has the task of providing a ski suitcase and a method for its manufacture that allow inexpensive and simple manufacture.



  The invention solves the problem in that the main part of the ski case is designed as a quiver tube part and is provided with a cover and at least the quiver tube part is blown from plastic.



  The cover of the tube part can also be made of plastic.



  An embodiment of the inventive ski suitcase is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a ski case with a tube part and a lid placed thereon, and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the lid side of the ski case according to FIG. 1.



  In Fig. 1, a ski case is shown in side view, the main part having a quiver tube part 23 into which the only partially shown skis 8 and 9 can be inserted from above. The quiver can be closed with a lid 24, which is hinged to the quiver by hinges 25, and secured with the aid of a lock 26.



  Holding devices 27, 28 are arranged on the quiver tube part, with the aid of which the ski case can be attached to motor vehicles.



       FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the ski case according to FIG. 1 seen from the lid side of the case. The figure shows the cross-section of the suitcase.



  The ski case can be detachably connected to the devices for fastening conditions on a car, so that the case can be used without these fastening devices.



  The ski case can be so firmly connected to the devices for fastening conditions on a car and so fastened to the car that the case can only be detached using tools. This largely prevents theft away from the car.



  The quiver tube part can be provided with reinforcements, preferably in the form of ribs, in particular on the inside.



  For the objects to be brought into the ski suitcase, such as water or snow skis, possibly also ski poles and other aids such as ski wax, polishing cloths or the like, holding elements are provided inside the quiver tube. The Halteele elements can be designed as clamping parts. From the support and storage of the introduced parts, spring parts, in particular foams, can be used.



  The ski case described allows the use of skis to be transported by car or with any other means of transport, e.g. on the railway, and secures the skis against damage or theft.



  The use of plastic makes the ski case light and the use of the blow molding process reduces tool costs.

<B>PATENTANSPRÜCHE</B> I. Skikoffer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Hauptteil als Köcherrohrteil ausgebildet und dieser mit einem Deckel versehen ist. II. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Skikoffers nach Patent anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Köcherrohrteil aus Kunststoff geblasen wird. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Skikoffer nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass der Köcherrohrteil mit Versteifungen, insbesondere in Form von Rippen, versehen ist. 2. <B> PATENT CLAIMS </B> I.
