Description

Fig. 2 die Hintersicht des Aufhängekörpers des Gleiters,

  Hangers for curtains
The invention relates to a hanger for curtains, with a hanging body which is integrally connected to one leg of an approximately U-shaped, flexible hanging loop which has a thickening at the free end of the other leg, with a groove extending perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the hanger , which can accommodate a short area of the other leg below the thickening and with one recess each extending from the front and the rear of the suspension body, both of which meet offset to one another in the suspension body and through the offset form the seat for the thickening, the groove opens into the space created by the recess.

With hangers of this type, the legs of the hanging loop run parallel and perpendicular to one another during operation.

The maximum vertical distance between the legs is determined by the place where the seat for the thickening is located.

However, this seat cannot be placed too far out, because the wall in the vicinity of the seat cannot be made too thin. Therefore, with a certain length of the suspension body, a certain distance between the legs of the eyelet will not have to be exceeded. This in turn means that the lower horizontal transverse limb, which connects the two vertical limbs to one another, can only have a certain length, which is significantly smaller than the length of the suspension body.

The object of the invention is to provide a hanger in which even more material is available for the wall thicknesses around the seat than in the known hangers, but the eyelet has a much larger interior space than has been the case with such hangers since then whose free leg was hung across the pulling direction of the curtain.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the suspension body has a double-T-shaped cross section, that the outer end faces of the transverse webs are designed as flat, parallel buffer surfaces and define the maximum length of the suspension body, that the lower and upper longitudinal edges of the recesses form an angle between 15 and 40 to the lower, flat end face of the suspension body have that the recesses are only provided in the longitudinal web of the suspension body and are located in the vicinity of the transverse web that does not merge into one leg of the suspension eye, so that the groove extends perpendicular to the longitudinal edges and that the free end area of the other leg has a kink corresponding to the angle lying between 15 and 40.

It is thus possible to move the seat more towards the center of the suspension body and still keep the interior of the eyelet large, namely so large that the eyelet and the suspension body have a common, rectangular outline. You can thus achieve an inner space of the same size as is the case with the known hangers suspended parallel to the pulling direction of the curtain.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of a slider with the eyelet open,
2 shows the rear view of the suspension body of the slider,
FIG. 3 shows a section along the line 3-3 in FIG. 1.

A hanger essentially comprises two parallel and opposite-facing wings 11 with a lens-shaped cross-section, a suspension body 12 formed integrally thereon and an eyelet 13 formed thereon in turn. The hanger is designed as a slider, but can also have the shape of a roller slider, in which then the wings 11 are omitted and a double role is provided instead. The hanger is injection-molded from thermoplastic material. Because of the accumulation of material present, the airfoils 11 and the suspension body 12 are essentially rigid, while the eyelet 13 is flexible.

According to FIG. 3, the suspension body 12 has a double T-shaped cross section and accordingly has two transverse webs 14, 16 which are connected to one another by a longitudinal web 16. This creates a very stable head, because the transverse webs 14, 16 also merge into the wings 11 at the top. The left end face 18 and the right end face 19 of the transverse webs 14, 16 are flat, parallel to one another and form buffer surfaces for the adjacent hangers. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, the wings 11 are just as long as the end faces 18, 19 are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction.

The transverse web 14 and also the left lower area of the longitudinal web 17 merge in one piece with a vertically downwardly pointing leg 21 of the eyelet 13, the thickness of which remains constant, but the width of which decreases too little downwards according to FIG. By means of two radii 22, 23, the leg 21 merges at right angles into a horizontal transverse leg 24, which has the same thickness as the leg 21, but decreases slightly in width according to FIG.

The loops of the curtain straps, the curtain material itself and so on later hang on the transverse leg 24 when it is hung. The longer this transverse leg 24 is, the more material, whether it comes from the carrying loops or from the curtain itself, has space on it.

With two further radii 26, 27, the transverse limb 24 merges into a second, upwardly pointing limb 28 which is significantly thinner than the limb 21 and can therefore also be easily bent by women's hands. After a bend 29 of 30, the leg 28 merges into its end region 31, which has a mushroom-like thickening 32 at its end, the lower side 33 of which is perpendicular to the end region 31.

In the open or freshly sprayed state, the leg 28 assumes the position shown in FIG. 1, while with the eyelet 13 closed it assumes the position shown in dashed lines. As can be seen, not only the leg 21, but above all also the leg 28 is moved completely outward and is in alignment with the end faces 18, 19, so that the eyelet space 34 becomes an absolute maximum.

A square recess 37 extends from the front side 36 of the longitudinal web 17, the upper and lower longitudinal edges 38, 39 and 30 of which are inclined to the horizontal. The recess 37 does not go all the way through the longitudinal web 17, so that a residual wall 41 remains at the rear.

A recess 42 extends inward from the rear of the longitudinal web 17, which recess has a substantially square outline and is inclined in accordance with the recess 37. The bottom 43 of the recess 42 is lower than the lower edge 44, so that a sufficiently large seat for the thickening 32 is created.

On the right and left walls of the recess 42 there are provided two very narrow lips 46, 47, which are drawn exaggeratedly large for clarity and whose vertical distance is smaller than the diameter of the thickening 32.

A groove 48 is at an angle of 30 to the flat underside 49 of the suspension body 12 and has a groove base corresponding to the thickness of the remaining wall 41, is open to the right at the bottom and merges into the recess 42 at an angle to the top left. The fact that the groove 48 is narrower than the recess 42 is wide also contributes to the formation of the seat, which is particularly clearly visible in FIG. 3.

To hang it in, the thickening 32 is pressed inward into the longitudinal web 17, the underside 33 sliding over the lower edge 44 and the lips 46, 47 being urged inward by the thickening 32. By pressing the thickening 32 even further inwards, the lips 46, 47 resume their original position and the thickening 32 comes completely into its seat, into which it is also drawn because the transverse limb 24 and the limb 28 tend to have to pull the thickening 32 downwards.

Instead of the square or rectangular recess 37, 42 one can also choose round, triangular or oval recesses.
