La présente invention a pour objet un plumier formé de deux plateaux cannelés superposés.
On connaît déjà différents types de boîtes à crayons, où, généralement, ces derniers sont disposés en vrac, ce qui les amène à s'entrechoquer pendant le transport de la boîte, avec le risque d'en casser les pointes. De plus, ces boîtes à crayons sont le plus souvent d'un format qui rend difficile leur adaptation à un agenda de poche ou carnet à feuilles volantes, si l'on désire coupler l'utilisation de ces deux genres de dispositifs.
Le plumier selon la présente invention se propose de pallier ces inconvénients. A cet effet, il est caractérisé par deux plateaux superposés de forme rectangulaire, chaque plateau étant muni d'une pluralité de cannelures parallèles, espacées transversalement et alignées deux à deux de façon à obtenir un logement évidé, de section circulaire, apte à contenir un crayon, lesdits plateaux étant maintenus solidaires par l'action d'une charnière à ressort disposée parallèlement à l'axe des cannelures sur toute la largeur d'un de leurs côtés.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme de réalisation du plumier selon l'invention.

En se référant au dessin, deux plateaux cannelés 10 et 12, de forme rectangulaire et fabriqués dans une matière rigide quelconque, par exemple en métal ou en plastique, sont superposés et interconnectés par une barrette 14 disposée sur toute la longueur d'un de leurs côtés communs. Sur cette barrette sont disposés axialement trois ressorts concentriques 16, dont les extrémités 18 sont bandées de façon à normalement maintenir solidaires les deux plateaux 10 et 12, en les plaquant l'un sur l'autre.
Sur le côté opposé à celui qui comporte la barrette 14, les deux plateaux se terminent par deux languettes 20 qui sont normalement retenues en contact l'une avec l'autre et maintenues superposées par l'action de la barrette à ressort. Ces languettes 20 peuvent néanmoins être désunies facilement, si l'utilisateur désire ouvrir le dispositif. Chaque plateau est muni de cannelures 22, espacées et parallèles, disposées sur toute sa largeur. Ces cannelures sont de section circulaire, chacune d'entre elles étant alignée avec celle qui lui correspond dans l'autre plateau, de façon à former ensemble un logement cylindrique évidé, apte à recevoir un crayon 24. Certaines cannelures peuvent être choisies pour être percées d'orifices 26 servant à accueillir les anneaux d'un blocnote ou d'un carnet à feuilles détachables.
REVENDICATION
Plumier, caractérisé par deux plateaux superposés de forme rectangulaire, chaque plateau comportant une pluralité de cannelures parallèles, espacées transversalement, et formant avec celles de l'autre plateau autant de logements de section circulaire aptes à contenir un crayon, lesdits plateaux étant maintenus solidaires par l'action d'une charnière à ressort disposée parallèlement à l'axe des cannelures sur toute la largeur d'un de leurs côtés.

Referring to the drawing, two fluted trays 10 and 12, of rectangular shape and made of any rigid material, for example metal or plastic, are superimposed and interconnected by a bar 14 disposed over the entire length of one of their common sides. On this bar are axially arranged three concentric springs 16, the ends 18 of which are bandaged so as to normally keep the two plates 10 and 12 integral, by pressing them one on the other.
On the side opposite to that which comprises the bar 14, the two plates end with two tongues 20 which are normally retained in contact with one another and held superimposed by the action of the spring bar. These tabs 20 can nevertheless be easily detached, if the user wishes to open the device. Each plate is provided with grooves 22, spaced and parallel, arranged over its entire width. These grooves are of circular section, each of them being aligned with that which corresponds to it in the other plate, so as to form together a hollowed out cylindrical housing, able to receive a pencil 24. Certain grooves can be chosen to be drilled. orifices 26 serving to accommodate the rings of a notepad or a detachable sheet notebook.
CLAIM
Pen tray, characterized by two superimposed rectangular-shaped trays, each tray comprising a plurality of parallel grooves, spaced transversely, and forming with those of the other tray as many circular section housings capable of containing a pencil, said trays being held together by the action of a spring hinge arranged parallel to the axis of the splines over the entire width of one of their sides.
