Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht der Pressluftpistole
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der Pressluftpistole im Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1.

The invention relates to a compressed air gun with a housing which has an inlet opening connected to a compressed air source, which is connected to a blow channel via a valve that can be actuated by hand.
With known compressed air guns of this type, it is only possible to achieve a blowing effect. In many applications, for example when cleaning machine tools from metal chips, it has been shown that the chips cannot be removed from depressions and slots by blowing.
It is the object of the present invention to design a compressed air gun in such a way that, in addition to the blowing effect, a suction effect can also be achieved with it. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the above-mentioned blow channel and a further blow channel are connected to a continuous housing bore and the further blow channel via another of
Manually operated valve is connected to the inlet opening, which two blow channels open obliquely in opposite directions in the housing bore in order to be able to both suck and blow at an opening of the housing bore.
An exemplary embodiment of the compressed air gun according to the invention is described in more detail below with the aid of the figures in the accompanying drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a front view of the compressed air gun
FIG. 2 shows a side view of the compressed air gun in section along line II-II in FIG. 1.
According to the two figures of the drawing, the compressed air gun 1 has a cuboid housing 2. The housing 2 has a through hole 3 and a parallel hole 4, the latter hole 4 serving as an inlet opening for the compressed air and opening into a recess 5. The recess 5 is connected to the through hole 3 via two blow channels 6, 7. Both blow channels 6, 7 open obliquely and in the opposite direction into the bore 3. Two valves 8, 9 are arranged in the recess 5, which close off the blow channels 6, 7. The closing effect is achieved by springs 10, 11 which are supported on the one hand on a flange 12, 13 of a valve stem 14, 15 and on the other hand on a screw cap 16, 17.
The screw caps 16, 17 are screwed into threaded bores 18, 19 in the housing 2 from above, the threaded bores 18, 19 opening into the recess 5. The valves 8, 9 close the blow channels 6, 7 with a conical seat 20, 21 made of rubber-elastic material. For the alternating opening of the valves 8, 9, a bolt 22 is arranged in a bore 23 passing through the recess 5. A web 24 on the bolt 22 comes into contact with the underside of one of the flanges 12, 13 on the valve tappets 14, 15 when the bolt 22 is rotated, depending on the direction of rotation, whereby the valve tappet 14 or
15 is raised and the compressed air flows through the blow channel 6 or 7 into the bore 3. The rotation of the bolt 22 takes place by a lever 25 arranged on the outside of the housing 2 against the force of the springs 10, 11. The valve tappets 14, 15 and thus the bolt 22 return to the force of the springs 10, 11 after the lever 25 is released their starting position in which the blow channels 6, 7 are separated from the compressed air supply. The bore 3 in the housing 2 is provided with threads 28, 29 at its outlets 26, 27. A suction and blower pipe 30 is screwed into the thread 28 at the outlet 26. A hose 31 is screwed onto the thread 29 through which the extracted material is removed.
As can be readily understood from the drawing, the pipe 30 acts as a blow pipe when the valve 9 is actuated and as a suction pipe when the valve 8 is actuated.
