Abstract

Stove and hearth cleaner for use when blacking, has a cylinder to contain this substance and an applicator sponge in the lid. The upper part of the container casing (3) is reduced in diameter so as to engage a cylindrical groove (5) on the underneath side of the lid (4). A rubber sponge (8) is let into the lid and projects from this slightly from below. There should be a removable spacer ring (9) surrounding the reduced diameter part of the casing (3). The lid thus affords both protection and also serves as a handle during application. There is no danger of the users hands becoming coated with the blacking, wax, oil etc. being applied to the stove surface.

   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pflegegerät, insbesondere für Herdplatten, mit einem zylindrischen Behälter zur Aufnahme einer Auftragsmasse und einem mit einem Auftragsschwamm versehenen Deckel.



   Schwärzende Produkte zur Pflege von Herdplatten können nicht ohne Beschmutzung von Händen, Kleidern und der Zone um die Herdplatte herum appliziert werden. Zur besseren Dosierbarkeit dieses Mittels wurde, anstelle der meisten flüssigen Produkte, eine halbfeste Masse gewählt.



   Die erwähnten Nachteile werden durch das Pflegegerät gemäss der Erfindung behoben. Dieses ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Behältermantels auf einen   kleinem    Durchmesser abgesetzt ist, dass der Deckel an seiner Unterseite eine zylindrische Nut   aufweist,    in welche der abgesetzte Teil des Behältermantels zu liegen kommt, und dass im Behälterdeckel ein Schwammgummi eingesetzt ist, der teilweise aus diesem nach unten vorsteht.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Fig. 3 den Deckel mit dem Schwamm im Schnitt.



   Das dargestellte Pflegegerät weist als Unterteil einen   zylin.   



  drischen Behälter 1 auf. Dieser dient zur Aufnahme der Auftragsmasse 2. Der obere Teil des Behältermantels 3 ist auf einen kleineren Durchmesser abgesetzt. An seiner Unterseite weist der Deckel 4 eine zylindrische Nut 5 auf, in welche der abgesetzte Teil des Behältermantels 3 zu liegen kommt. Koaxial zu dieser Nut 5 weist der Deckel 4 eine zylindrische Aussparung 6 auf. Auf der Stirnseite derselben ist eine Scheibe 7 aus Karton oder Plastik angeklebt. Ein zylinderförmiger Schwammgummi 8 ist mit dieser Scheibe 7 sowie mit der Mantelfläche der Aussparung 6 durch Klebemittel verbunden und steht teilweise aus der Aussparung 6 nach unten vor. Der Aussendurchmesser des Schwammgummis 8 ist kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Behälters 1.



   Damit der Schwammgummi 8 nicht vor dem ersten Gebrauch auf die Auftragsmasse 2 aufliegen kann, ist ein lösbarer Distanzring 9 vorgesehen, der den abgesetzten Mantelteil des Behälters 1 umgibt.



   Bei der Benützung des Pflegegerätes senkt sich das Niveau der Auftragsmasse 2 im Behälter 1, wobei der Behältermantel 3 tiefer in die Nut 5 des Deckels 4 zu liegen kommt. Der zylindrische Deckel 4 dient als Handgriff. Weil dessen Durchmesser wesentlich grösser ist als derjenige des Schwammgummis 8, ist die Gefahr klein, dass dieser unerwünschte Beschmutzungen verursacht.



   Als schwärzendes Auftragsmittel für Herdplatten ist eine Mischung von zwei verschiedenen Wachssorten, Vaselinöl, synthetischem Russ und Graphit vorgesehen.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Pflegegerät, insbesondere für Herdplatten, mit einem zylindrischen Behälter zur Aufnahme einer Auftragsmasse und einem mit einem Auftragsschwamm versehenen Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Behältermantels (3) auf einen kleineren Durchmesser abgesetzt ist, dass der Deckel (4) an seiner Unterseite eine zylindrische Nut (5) aufweist, in welche der abgesetzte Teil des Behältermantels (3) zu liegen kommt, und dass im Behälterdeckel (4) ein Schwammgummi (8) eingesetzt ist, der teilweise aus diesem nach unten vorsteht.



   UNTERANSPRUCH
Pflegegerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein lösbarer Distanzring (9), der den abgesetzten Mantelteil des Behälters (1) umgibt, vorgesehen ist.

   A mixture of two different types of wax, vaseline oil, synthetic soot and graphite is intended as a blackening agent for hotplates.
