Der Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes betrifft einen Kunststoffverschluss für Blechemballagen mit einem in die Mündung der Blechemballage einzuführenden Fussring und einem zusammendrückbaren Balg, der in eine Ausgusstülle übergeht, wobei mit der Ausgusstülle unter Zwischenschaltung mindestens einer Reisslinie ein Abschlusselement einstückig angespritzt verbunden ist, wobei das Element als Tüllenwiederverschluss ausgebildet ist, welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, erst bei Ingebrauchnahme der Emballage von der Ausgusstülle abgetrennt zu werden.
Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass ein derartiger Kunststoffverschluss in gewissen Fällen den Anforderungen nicht gerecht werden kann in dem Sinn, dass der Tüllenwiederverschluss, nachdem er in die Ausgusstülle hineingesteckt worden ist, relativ leicht wieder herausgezogen werden kann. Dies ergibt sich dadurch, dass für die Herstellung eines stülpfähigen Balgverschlusses relativ flexibles Material zum Einsatz kommen muss, wodurch bei der Venvendung einer bajonettartigen Verriegelung Schwierigkeiten auftreten können. Ein derartiger Wiederverschluss ist dann nachteilig, wenn z. B. ein mit diesem Verschluss versehener Behälter im Kofferraum eines Fahrzeuges liegt und durch die Bewegungen des Fahrzeuges hin und her rutschen kann.
Es ist dann möglich, dass unbeabsichtigtenveise ein Stoss, insbesondere gegen die Handhabe des Abschlussorgans, geführt wird, die Dose sich unbemerkt öffnet und ausläuft.
Die vorliegende Weiterentwicklung bezweckt, diesen Übelstand zu umgehen. In diesem Sinne zeichnet sich der Kunststoffverschluss, welcher alle Merkmale gemäss dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes aufweist, erfindungsgemäss dadurch aus, dass der Tüllenwiederverschluss zur Ingebrauchnahme mit der Ausgusstülle verschraubbar ist.
Die Erfindung wird anschliessend beispielsweise anhand einer Figur erläutert, welche, analog der Fig. 1 des Hauptpatentes. einen Verschluss in gestübtem Zustand im Längsschnitt zeigt. Dieser Kunststoffverschluss besteht aus einem Fussring 2, der zum Befestigen des Verschlusses an einer Blechemballage dient, einem Balg 1, einer Ausgusstülle 3 sowie, unter Zwischenschaltung einer Reisslinie 4, einem an der Tülle 3 angespritzten Hohlzylinder 5 mit einem scheibenförmigen Abschlussorgan 6.
Der Hohlzylinder 5 ist mit einem Aussengewinde 16 versehen, dessen Kerndurchmesser dk kleiner ist als der Aussendurchmesser da des Hohlzylinders 5. Das Gewinde 16 ist damit vertieft oder negativ im Wiederverschlussorgan geformt.
Entsprechend weist die Ausgusstülle 3 ein Innengewinde 18 auf, dessen Kemdurchmesser DK kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser DI der Tülle 3. Dadurch sind die Gewindegänge an diesem Teil des Verschlusses erhöht oder positiv ausgebildet.
Vorzugsweise entspricht der Aussendurchmesser da des Wiederverschlussorganes annähernd dem Innendurchmesser DI der Ausgusstülle 3, wobei ein leichtes Spiel zur Erleichterung des Zusammensteckens der beiden Teile vorhanden ist.
Diese Ausführungsform ergibt eine besondere Formschlüssigkeit zwischen den beiden Teilen. Vorzugsweise kann das Gewinde 16, 18 sägezahnförmig ausgebildet werden. Am Wiederverschliessorgan befindet sich oberhalb des Gewindes 16 eine rund umlaufende Dichtsicke 20, die dann beim Zusammenschrauben der beiden Teile dichtend in den Zylinder der Ausgusstülle 3 eintaucht. Im Bereich der Reisslinie 4 wird am Wiederverschluss ein in das Tülleninnere vorstehender, kleiner, konischer Ansatz 14 angebracht, um nach dem Abreissen des Wiederverschliessorganes ein leichteres Einführen desselben in die Ausgusstülle 3 zu ermöglichen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Kunststoffverschluss nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tüllenwiederverschluss zur Ingebrauchnahme mit der Ausgusstülle verschraubbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Kunststoffverschluss nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss ein Aussengewinde und die Tülle ein Innengewinde aufweist.
2. Kunststoffverschluss nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wiederverschluss im Bereich seiner Reisslinie ein ins Tülleninnere vorstehendes, konisch zusammenlaufendes Ende aufweist, um im Gebrauch das Einführen des Verschlusses in die Tülle zu erleichtern.

The hollow cylinder 5 is provided with an external thread 16, the core diameter dk of which is smaller than the external diameter da of the hollow cylinder 5. The thread 16 is thus recessed or negatively shaped in the reclosure element.
Accordingly, the pouring spout 3 has an internal thread 18, the core diameter DK of which is smaller than the internal diameter DI of the spout 3. As a result, the threads on this part of the closure are increased or formed positive.
The outer diameter da of the reclosing element preferably corresponds approximately to the inner diameter DI of the pouring spout 3, with slight play to facilitate the joining of the two parts.
This embodiment results in a special form fit between the two parts. The thread 16, 18 can preferably be configured in a sawtooth shape.
