Abstract

A circuit enables the watch to be stopped with a view to storing it in a condition of minimum consumption. It comprises a switch (S) connected between a pole (+Vb) of the supply and the common line (RAZ), and two transistors (T1, T2) connected between the second pole (-Vb) of the supply and the common line (RAZ). The first transistor (T1) is rendered periodically conducting by pulses which it receives from a generator (1). When the switch (S) is closed, some of the flip-flops of the frequency divider (3) are set to zero, in a condition of minimum consumption, and the second transistor (T2) is blocked. <IMAGE>
