Abstract

This device comprises a clevis intended to be fastened to the support. This clevis supports a device for adjusting the distance lying between the object and the support comprising an adjusting screw whose head is fastened to a metal tape (1) perforated at equal distances and forming a loop whose two strands are assembled by a fastening clip (3). This fastening clip has, on the one hand, a hook passing through two superimposed holes (5) of the tape and, on the other hand, an extension (8) defining, together with the corresponding side (6) of the clip, a U-shaped enclosure in which the two strands of the tape are engaged. This clip made up of a single component is simpler to use than a screw-and-nut device. This device is particularly suitable for laying a pipe under a ceiling. <IMAGE>
