Abstract
The compounds of formula: <IMAGE> in which A-B represents, especially, a biphenylyl, cyclohexylphenyl and cyclohexylcyclohexyl group and R and R1 represent, especially, hydrogen or a lower alkyl, are obtained by reaction of an acid A-B-CH(R)-COOH or of one of its functional derivatives, with a compound: H2N-CH(COOR1)-CH2CH2CONH2. They can then be esterified, transesterified, split in two or converted to salts. These compounds are distinguished from compounds already known and of related chemical structure by notable anti-inflammatory properties, not accompanied by an ulcer-producing effect.
