Description
Die Erfindung betrifft herbizide Mittel, die als aktive Komponente neue substituierte 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazine, welche sich durch wertvolle herbizide Eigenschaften und insbesondere eine hohe Selektivität ihrer Wirkung auszeichnen, eo enthalten.
Es ist bekannt, dass 3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid (Bentazon) eine herbizide Wirkung hat. Es ist ferner bekannt, dass Substanzen aus dieser Verbindungsklasse zur selektiven Bekämpfung von unerwünschtem Pflan- 65 zenwuchs in Baumwolle verwendet werden können. Es sind ausserdem weitere Herbizide dieser Substanzklasse bekannt (DOS 2 355 113). Alle bekannten Verbindungen haben erhebliche Lücken in ihrer Wirkung gegen die verschiedenen Unkrautpflanzen. Eine Selektivität gegenüber zahlreichen Kulturpflanzen liegt entweder nicht vor oder sie ist sehr fragwürdig.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher ein herbizides Mittel, welches durch einen Gehalt an einer Verbindung der Formel V als aktive Komponente gekennzeichnet ist.
Zur Bekämpfung unerwünschten Pflanzenwuchses geht man erfindungsgemäss so vor, dass man den Boden oder die Pflanzen mit einer herbizid wirksamen Menge des Mittels behandelt.

In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der obigen Verfahrensweise a setzt man ein 3-Alkyl-2,l,3-benzothiadia-zin(4)on-2,2-dioxid mit einem a-Halogenäther, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebinders, bei einer Temperatur von
-30 bis 150 °C, vorzugsweise 10 bis 90 °C während 10 Minuten bis 3 Stunden kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich um.
Zu den bevorzugten inerten Lösungsmitteln gehören bei der erfindungsgemässen Verfahrensweise a Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Ligroin, Benzin, Toluol, Pentan, Hexan, Cyclohexan, Pe-

troläther, Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe wie Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 1,1- und 1,2-DichIoräthan, 1,1,1- und 1,1,2-Trichloräthan, Chlorbenzol, o,m,p-Dichlor-benzol, o,m,p-Chlortoluol, Nitrokohlenwasserstoffe wie Nitro-benzol, Nitroäthan, o,m,p-Chlornitrobenzol, Nitrile wie Ace-tonitril, Butyronitril, Isobutyronitril, Äther wie Diäthyläther, Di-n-propyläther, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, Ester wie Acetes-sigester, Äthylacetat oder Isobutylacetat, oder Amide wir Formamid, Methylformamid oder Dimethylformamid.
Als Säurebinder können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel verwendet werden. Hierzu gehören vorzugsweise Alkalihydroxide, Alkalicarbonate und tertiäre organische Basen. Als besonders geeignet seien im einzelnen genannt: Natriumhydroxid, Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Triäthyla-min, Pyridin, Trimethylamin, aß,y-Picolin, Lutidin, N,N-Di-methylanilin, N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamin, Chinolin, Tri-n-propylamin und Tri-n-butylamin.
Der Zugabemodus der Ausgangsstoffe I und II kann in beliebiger Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden. Anstelle eines Säurebinders kann der entstandene Halogenwasserstoff auch mit einem Inertgas, beispielsweise Stickstoff, ausgetragen werden.
Neben den Ausgangsstoffen I lassen sich auch ihre entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze vorteilhaft als Ausgangsmaterialien einsetzen. Die als Ausgangsstoffe II verwendeten a-Halogenäther werden vorteilhaft in einer Menge von 1 bis 2, vorzugsweise 1 bis 1,2 Mol pro Mol Ausgangsstoff I eingesetzt.
Bei der Durchführung des obigen Verfahrens setzt man nach der Variante b beispielsweise eine Verbindung der Formel III mit einem Alkohol der Formel IV, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebinders, bei einer Temperatur von —20 bis 150 °C, vorzugsweise 20 bis 100 °C während 30 Minuten bis 3 Stunden kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich um.
Die bei der Verfahrensweise a beschriebenen bevorzugten inerten Lösungsmittel und Säurebinder lassen sich auch bei der Verfahrensweise b einsetzen.
Als besonders bevorzugt gilt folgende Verfahrensweise: Man vermischt den Ausgangsstoff III mit dem Ausgangsstoff IV, gegebenenfalls in einem der vorgenannten inerten Lösungsmittel, und entfernt dann den entstandenen Halogenwasserstoff, gegebenenfalls durch Erhitzen auf den vorgenannten Temperaturbereich und/oder durch Einführen eines Inertgases, beispielsweise Stickstoff. Vorteilhaft kann man als Lösungsmittel auch direkt überschüssigen Alkohol der Formel IV, zweckmässig in einer Menge von 1 bis 100 Mol, vorteilhaft 2 bis 50 Mol bezogen auf Ausgangsstoff III einsetzen.
Zur Isolierung der Verbindungen der Formel V aus der Reaktionsmischung entsprechend den Verfahrensvarianten a und b rührt man die Reaktionsmischung im Falle der Verwendung von mit Wasser mischbaren Lösungsmitteln in verdünnte wässrige Alkalilösung ein. Das ausgeschiedene öl wird gegebenenfalls extrahiert, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Hat man nur wenig polare, mit Wasser nichtmischbare Lösungsmittel gewählt, so kann man die Reäktionslösung auch direkt mit verdünnter wässriger Alkalilösung und Wasser extrahieren. Gegebenenfalls kann man auch vorher die Reaktionsmischung einengen, in einem mit Wasser nicht mischbaren Lösungsmittel aufnehmen und wie beschrieben reinigen. Nach dem Trocknen und Einengen der organischen Phase erhält 5 man die gewünschten Endstoffe. Gegebenenfalls können sie in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Umkristallisation oder Chromatographie, weiter gereinigt werden.
Beispiel 1
io 6,4 Teile Chlormethylmethyläther in 20 Teilen Methylenchlorid und 8,3 Teile Triäthylamin in 15 Teilen Methylenchlorid wurden bei 10 °C unter Rühren innerhalb 7 Minuten in eine Suspension von 18 Teilen 3-Äthyl-2,l,3-benzothia-diazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid in 500 Teilen Methylenchlorid einge-15 führt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde 1 Stunde bei 25 °C gerührt, mit Wasser gewaschen, zweimal mit je 50 Teilen ln-Na-tronlauge und wieder mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat und Einengen wurden 20,3 Teile (93% d.Th.)

als farbloses-Öl mit nD25 = 1,5479 erhalten.
Beispiel 2
25 33,5 Teile Chlormethylmethyläther in 40 Teilen Acetonitril wurden innerhalb 40 Minuten unter Rühren bei 10 °C in eine Suspension von 109 Teilen 3-Isopropyl-2,l-3-benzothiadia-zin(4)on-2,2-dioxid-natriumsalz in 1200 Teilen Acetonitril eingeführt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde 30 Minuten bei 30 25 °C gerührt und dann im Vakuum eingeengt. Der Rückstand wurde in 500 Teilen Methylenchlorid aufgenommen, mit Wasser gewaschen und zweimal mit je 150 Teilen 0,5n-Natron-lauge und wieder mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat und Einengen wurden 95 Teile (80% 35 d.Th.)
l-Methoxymethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l-3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-
2,2-dioxid (II)
als farbloses öl mit nD25 = 1,5420 erhalten.
40 Beispiel 3
289 Teile l-Chlormethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l-3-benzothiadia-zin(4)on-2,2-dioxid wurden bei Raumtemperatur in 1000 Teile abs. Methanol eingeführt. Anschliessend wurde das Reaktionsgemisch 1 Stunde bei 65 °C gerührt, wobei die Reak-45 tionslösung von einem leichten Stickstoffstrom gespült wurde. Nach dem Einengen der Reaktionslösung im Vakuum wurde der Rückstand in 1500 Teilen Methylenchlorid aufgenommen, dreimal mit 100 Teilen ln-Natronlauge und mit Wasser extrahiert. Nach dem Trocknen über Magnesiumsulfat und Einen-50 gen wurden 268 Teile (94% d.Th.)
l-Methoxymethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin(4)on-2,2-dioxid als farbloses öl mit nD25 = 1,5420 erhalten.
Weitere Wirkstoffe der Formel V wurden nach analogen 55 Verfahren hergestellt. Sie sind in Tabelle I zusammengestellt, wobei m 0 bedeutet.

Durch Eingiessen und feines Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 35 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
Beispiel 8
20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs II werden mit 3 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnapthalin-a-sulfon- 40 säure, 17 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfon-
säure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge und 60 Gewichtsteilen pulver-förmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Hammermühle vermählen. Durch feines Verteilen der Mischung in 20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser enthält man eine Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
Beispiel 9
3 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung I werden mit 97 Gewichtsteilen feinteiligem Kaolin innig vermischt. Man erhält auf diese Weise ein Stäubemittel, das 3 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
Beispiel 10
30 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung II werden mit einer Mischung aus 92 Gewichtsteilen pulverförmigem Kieselsäuregel und 8 Gewichtsteilen Paraffinöl, das auf die Oberfläche dieses Kiesäuregels gesprüht wurde, innig vermischt. Man erhält auf diese Weise eine Aufbereitung des Wirkstoffs mit guter Haftfähigkeit.
Beispiel 11
40 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs I werden mit 10 Teilen Natriumsalz eines Phenolsulfonsäure-harnstoff-formaldehyd-Kondensats, 2 Teilen Kieselgel und 48 Teilen Wasser innig vermischt. Man erhält eine stabile wässrige Dispersion. Durch Verdünnen mit 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,04 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff enthält.
Beispiel 12
20 Teile des Wirkstoffs I werden mit 2 Teilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenz-sulfonsäure, 8 Teilen Fettalkohol-polyglykol-äther, 2 Teilen Natriumsalz eines Phenolsulfonsäure-harnstoff-formaldehyd-kondensats und 68 Teilen eines paraffinischen Mineralöls innig vermischt. Man erhält eine stabile ölige Dispersion.
Beispiel 13 I. Material und Methoden
1. Die nachstehenden Ergebnisse wurden unter Gewächshausbedingungen gewonnen. Als Versuchsgefässe dienten pa-raffinierte Pappbecher von 200 cm3 Inhalt. Diese wurden mit lehmigem Sand gefüllt. Die Einsaat der Testpflanzen erfolgte nach Arten getrennt. . .

Im allgemeinen wurden die Prüfsubstanzen in 500 bis 1000 1/ha Wasser jeweils emulgiert oder suspendiert verwendet. Die Behandlungen erfolgten zum Teil vor dem Keimen der Samen im Vorauflaufverfahren (Tab. 6) auf den Erdboden, vorwiegend jedoch nach dem Auflaufen auf die jungen Pflanzen. Deren Wuchshöhe schwankte dabei je nach Art und Entwicklung zwischen 3 und 20 cm. Die Versuche erfolgten, den Temperaturansprüchen der Testpflanzen entsprechend, im warmen (20-30 °C) oder kühleren Temperaturbereich (16-23 °C). Es ist bekannt, dass die Wirkung von Bentazon auch bei sehr empfindlichen Arten vom Entwicklungsstadium der Pflanzen sowie deren Umweltsbedingungen vor und nach der Behandlung stark beeinflusst wird (Behrendt und Menck, 1973*). Diese Kenntnis erleichtert die Interpretation der Mittelwerte von Versuchen mit ausgezeichneten und weniger guten Ergebnissen.
2. Als bekannte Vergleichssubstanzen wurden 3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid (DE-PS 1 542 836-Bentazon), 8-Methyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid (DOS 2 443 901), 6,8-Dichlor-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid (DOS 2 444 383), l-(a-Äthoxy)-äthyI-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid und l-(a-Methoxy)-äthyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadia-zin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid (DOS 2 355 113) verwendet.
Bei einigen Behandlungen wurde als Netzmittel ein bekanntes nichtphytotoxisches öl zugesetzt (Tab. 5). Es handelt sich hierbei um ein emulgierbares Pflanzenöl. Für den besonderen Wert dieses öltyps für Bentazon sprechen Literaturberichte (Nalewaja, 1974**).
Die in den Tabellen benutzten Aufwandmengen der Wirkstoffe erstreckten sich von 0,125 kg/ha bis 4,0 kg/ha.
Die Auswertung erfolgte jeweils nach 2-4 Wochen. Die Werte in den Tabellen sind Mittelwerte aus 1 bis 19 Einzelwerten von zusammenfassbaren Versuchen, wobei 0 keine Schädigung und 100 totale Schädigung bedeutet, jeweils bezogen auf unbehandelte Kontrollpflanzen.
II. Ergebnisse
Die überragende Verbindung ist l-Methoxy-methyl-3-iso-propyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid. Sie hebt sich überraschenderweise von den Vergleichssubstanzen in folgenden Punkten ab:
1. Bestimmte Unkrautarten werden besser bekämpft, was eine Ergänzung des bisher bekannten Wirkungsspektrums bedeutet (z.B. Amaranthus retroflexus, Cyperus esculentus,

Ipomoea spp., Portulaca oleracea, Tab. 3,4, 5, 6). Dieser Vorteil wird besonders bei in Baumwollgebieten wichtigen Arten offenbar.
2. Die ausgezeichnete und risikolose Verträglichkeit dieser 15 Substanz für Baumwolle übertrifft klar bekannte, in dieser Kultur erprobte Verbindungen (Tab. 3). Der Zusatz von ölen als Netzmittel zur Verbesserung der herbiziden Wirkung von Chemikalien ist praxisüblich. Häufig geht mit der Verbesserung der Unkrautbekämpfung eine Schädigung der Kulturen 20 einher. Schäden an Baumwolle traten jedoch bei Anwendung von l-Methoxy-methyl-3-isopropyl-2,1,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid bei Zumischung von öl zur Spritzbrühe nicht auf. Dies unterstreicht die Unempfindlichkeit dieser Kultur gegenüber diesem Wirkstoff (Tab. 6). 25 3. l-Methoxy-methyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid eröffnet erstmalig die Möglichkeit der Anwendung derartiger Verbindungen zur Beseitigung von unerwünschten Pflanzen in Kulturen aus der Familie der Umbelli-feren, wie Möhren (Daucus carota) und der Kompositen, wie 30 Sonnenblumen (Helianthus annuus). Dies ist überraschend, da bekannte Verbindungen ähnlicher Struktur gerade Pflanzen aus diesen Familien (z.B. Matricaria spp.) völlig abtöten (Tab. ■ 5).
4. In Kulturen aus den Familien der Leguminosen (z.B. 35 Soja), der Gramineen (z.B. Reis, Getreide, Mais), der Labia-
tae (z.B. Pfefferminz) (Tab. 3, 4, 5), der Solanaceen (z.B. Kartoffeln), der Liliaceen (z.B. Küchenzwiebel), der Linaceen (z.B. Lein) und der Cucurbitaceen (z.B. Gurken) kann die neue Verbindung wie bekannte Verbindungen verwendet wer-40 den.
5. l-Methoxy-methyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid bekämpft solche Unkrautarten gut, gegen welche die bekannte Verbindung 8-Methyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid nur schwach wirksam
45 ist und umgekehrt. Eine Beimischung der für Baumwolle wenigstens teilweise verträglichen bekannten Substanz zu der neuen, voll verträglichen Verbindung ergibt ein Herbizid mit ausgezeichneter Wirkungs- und Einsatzbreite (Tab. 8).
6. Neben l-Methoxy-methyl-3-isopropyl-2,l-3-benzothia-5o diazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid zeichneten sich weitere erfindungs-
gemässe Verbindungen durch ihre herbizide Wirksamkeit aus (Tab. 3,4, 5).
7. Die Fähigkeit der neuen Verbindung, bei Anwendung vor dem Keimen oder Auflaufen der Testpflanzen emp-
55 findliche Arten zu schädigen oder abzutöten, wird demonstriert (Tab. 7).
8. Höhere Aufwandmengen als die in den Tabellen genannten verstärken die Wirkung gegen unerwünschte Arten und erfassen auch solche, welche für Verbindungen dieser

Beispiel 14
147 Gewichtsteile l-Methoxymethyl-3-isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazin-(4)-on-2,2-dioxid und 37 Gewichtsteile Phos-phorpentasulfid werden in 300 Volumenteilen Toluol 5 Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird die Lösung filtriert, mit 2000 Volumenteilen Diäthyläther verdünnt, je einmal mit 1000 Volumenteilen 3 %iger (Gew.-%) Natronlauge und 1000 Volumenteilen Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und im Vakuum eingeengt. Der erhaltene Rückstand kristallisiert nach kurzer Zeit und wiegt 149 Gewichsteile. Er wird aus Methylenchlorid umkristallisiert. Man erhält 138 Gewichsteile der Verbindung s
ch„-0-ch-,
mit Fp.: 149 °C.
Die Anwendung erfolgt z.B. in Form von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Pulvern, Suspensionen, auch hochprozentige wässrige, ölige oder sonstige Suspensionen oder Dispersionen, Emulsionen, öldispersionen, Pasten, Stäubemitteln, Streumitteln, Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben,
Verstreuen oder Giessen. Die Anwendungsformen richten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollen in jedem Fall möglichst die feinste Verteilung der erfindungsgemässen Wirk-45 stoffe gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Emulsionen, Pasten und öldispersionen kommen Mineralölfraktionen von mittlerem bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Diselöl, ferner Kohlenteeröl usw., sowie öle pflanzlichen so oder tierischen Ursprungs, aliphatische, cyclische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, zum Beispiel Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin, alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate, z.B. Methanol, Äthanol, Propanol, Butanol, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexa-55 non, Chlorbenzol, Isophoron usw., stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie z.B. Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid, N-Methylpyri-lidon, Wasser usw. in Betracht.
Wässrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern), öl-60 dispersionen durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen, Pasten oder öldispersionen können die Substanzen als solche oder in einem öl oder Lösungsmittel gelöst, mittels Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel in Wasser homogenisiert werden. Es können aber auch 65 aus wirksamer Substanz, Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel oder öl bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.

An oberflächenaktiven Stoffen sind zu nennen:
Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammoniumsalze von Ligninsulfonsäu-re, Naphthalinsulfonsäuren, Phenolsulfonsäuren, Alkylarylsul-fonate, Alkylsulfate, Alkylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Lauryläthersulfate, Fettalkoholsulfate, fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole,
Salze von sulfatiertem Fettalkoholglykoläther, Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd, Polyoxyäthylen-octylphenoläther, äthoxyliertes Isooctyl-phenol-, Octylphenol-, Nonylphenol, Alkylphenolpolyglykol-äther, Tributylphenolpolyglykoläther, Alkylarylpolyätheral-kohole, Isotridecylalkohol, Fettalkoholäthylenoxid-Kondensa-te, äthoxyliertes Rizinusöl, Polyoxyäthylenalkyläther, äthoxyliertes Polyoxypropylen, Laurylalkoholpolyglykolätheracetal, Sorbitester, Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Pulver, Streu- und Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames Vermählen der wirksamen Substanzen mit dem festen Trägerstoff hergestellt werden.
Granulate, z.B. Umhüllungs-, Imprägnierungs- und Homogengranulate, können durch Bindung der Wirkstoffe an feste Trägerstoffe hergestellt werden. Feste Trägerstoffe sind z.B. Mineralerden wie Silicagel, Kieselsäuren, Kieselgele, Silikate, Talkum, Kaolin, Attaclay, Kalkstein, Kalk, Kreide, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Ton, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, Calrium-und Magnesiumsulfat, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie z.B. Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe und pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehle, Baumrinden-, Holz- und Nussschalen-mehl, Cellulosepulver und andere feste Trägerstoffe.
Die Formulierungen enthalten zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gewichtsprozent.
Zu den Mischungen oder Einzelwirkstoffen können Öle verschiedenen Typs, Netz- oder Haftmittel, Herbizide, Fungizide, Nematozide, Insektizide, Bakterizide, Spurenelemente, Düngemittel, Antischaummittel (z.B. Silikone), Wachstumsregulatoren, Antidotmittel oder andere herbizid wirksame Verbindungen, wie z.B.
substituierte Alkylsulfonylglykolsäureamide und -imide substituierte Alkylaminosulfonylglykolsäureamide und -imide substituierte Acetanilido-alkylsufite substituierte Aniline substituierte Azide substituierte Aryloxycarbonsäuren, Aryloxythiocarbonsäuren sowie deren Salze, Ester, Amide und Thioamide substituierte Alkanole, Alkenole substituierte Arsonsäuren, Arsensäuren sowie deren Salze,

Ester und Amide substituierte Triazine 5 substituierte Triazinone substituierte Triazole substituierte Uracile substituierte Uretindione Chlorate io substituierte Azetidincarbothioate gegebenenfalls auch erst unmittelbar vor der Anwendung (Tankmix) zugesetzt werden. Die zuletzt genannten herbiziden Verbindungen können auch vor oder nach den erfindungsge-mässen Einzelwirkstoffen oder Mischungen zur Anwendung 15 gebracht werden.
Die Zumischung dieser Mittel zu den erfindungsgemässen Herbiziden kann im Gewichtsverhältnis 1:10 bis 10:1 erfolgen. Das gleiche gilt für öle, Netz- oder Haftmittel, Fungizide, Nematozide, Insektizide, Bakterizide, Antidotmittel und 20 Wachstumsregulatoren.

Claims (3)
- 625 3952PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Herbizides Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als aktive Komponente eine Verbindung der Formel Vch2-o-r£(v),/R3O30-S020R3, -S02R3, -S02N^ , -CCI3, CF3, -C-R4 oderR4-Y'CF2C(Z)3, wobei R3 und R4 Niederalkyl, R4 ausserdem Wasserstoff und die Reste Z unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Fluor, Brom oder Chlor darstellen;Y, Y' und Y" unabhängig voneinander Sauerstoff oder Schwefel; 40m Null oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4; und n 1 oder 2 bedeuten, enthält.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung des herbiziden Mittels nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine 45 Verbindung der Formel V mit einem festen oder flüssigen Trägerstoff vermischt.
- 3. Verwendung des herbiziden Mittels nach Patentanspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung unerwünschten Pflanzenwuchses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Boden oder die Pflanzen mit ei- 50 ner herbizid wirksamen Menge des Mittels behandelt.55
