Claims (4)
1. Die oxydative Behandlung mit Oxydationsmitteln, wie Chlor, Fluor, Ozon, Chromschwefelsäure und/oder Stickoxiden, gegebenenfalls in Verbindung mit UV-Strah-len,
2. die Beflammung der Oberfläche, bei der Oberflächenbereiche anoxydiert werden,
3. die Einwirkung einer Koronaeptladung mittel- oder hochfrequenter Ströme.
Das gängigste Verfahren zur oxydativen Vorbehandlung der Oberfläche einer Kunststoffolie stellt die Vorbehandlung durch eine Koronaentladung dar. Die dazu erforderliche Vorrichtung ist an sich bekannt und besteht aus einem Mitteloder Hochfrequenzgenerator, einem nachgeordneten Hochspannungstransformator sowie einer Elektrodenanordnung für die Entladungstrecke. Je nach Gerät liegt die Frequenz zwischen 6 und 100 kHz. Der Transformator erhöht die Spannung auf 5 bis 60 kV. Eine so vorbehandelte Folienoberfläche weist gegenüber dem ursprünglichen Zustand eine verbesserte Haftung gegenüber einem Druckfarbstoff oder einem Kleber auf.
Durch die oxydative Vorbehandlung der aussenseitigen Noppenböden wird letztlich erreicht, dass beim Abziehen der Verbundfolie vom Verpackungsgut der Kleber vollständig an der Verpackungsfolie haften bleibt, während auf dem Verpackungsgut keinerlei Kleberreste zurückbleiben.
In der einzigen schematischen Figur ist ein Querschnitt durch eine Ausführungsform der neuen Luftpolsterfolie gezeigt.
Die Luftpolsterfolie 1 bestéht aus einer ersten ebenen Deckkunststoffolie 2 und einer zweiten mit noppenartigen Vertiefungen 3 verehenen Kunststoffolie
4. Die beiden z.B. aus Polyäthylen bestehenden Folien 2 und 4 sind im Bereich 5 miteinander verbunden, z.B. verschweist. Die noppenartigen Vertiefungen 3 bestehen aus einem Noppenboden 6, einem Noppenmantel 7 und einem gekrümmten Übergangsbereich 8 zwischen dem Noppenboden 6 und dem Noppenmantel 7. Im Bereich der Noppenböden 6 und der gekrümmten Übergangsbereiche 8, die zur Erhöhung der Haftfähigkeit entsprechend vorbehandelt werden, ist eine Klebstoffschicht aufgebracht.
