PATENTANSPRÜCHEPATENT CLAIMS 1. Zwischenwirbel-Totalprothese, insbesondere für Halswirbel, bei der in den einander zugewandten benachbarten Endflächen zweier Wirbel je ein eine Gelenkpfanne tragender Lagerkörper mit mindestens im wesentlichen rechtek-kigem oder quadratischem Grundriss verankert ist, wobei zwischen die Lagerkörper ein Abstandskörper eingelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Lagerkörper (4) in einer seiner Längsseiten, vom Niveau des Randes seiner Gelenkpfanne (7) aus gesehen, eine Vertiefung (6) und an der dazu parallelen Längsseite einen vorspringenden Lappen (8) hat, wobei die Vertiefung (6) und der Lappen (8) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass bei eingelegtem Abstandskörper (5) der Lappen (8) des einen Lagerkörpers (4) in die Vertiefung (6) des anderen Lagerkörpers (4) eingreift.1.
