Description
La presente invenzione riguarda una confezione per prodotti dolciari.
L'invenzione ha lo scopo di realizzare una confezione dé-stinata a contenere, in recipienti separati, due diversi prodotti alimentari allo stato sfuso, destinati ad essere consumati contemporaneamente, e che offra all'utilizzatore la possibilità di prelevare agevolmente dosi dei suddetti due prodotti dai rispettivi recipienti mentre tiene in mano la confezione.
Sono note confezioni per prodotti cremosi, quali lo yo-gurth, in cui una pluralità di contenitori sono tenuti insieme da un foglio flessibile di sopporto collegato alle estremità superiori dei contenitori. Tali confezioni note hanno unicamente lo scopo di facilitare l'immagazzinamento e la distribuzione dei contenitori e richiedono, all'atto dell'impiego, di separare a strappo il contenitore destinato al consumo dai rimanenti contenitori; esse non si presterebbero pertanto a realizzare lo scopo della presente invenzione.
La presente invenzione, in vista di realizzare lo scopo sopra indicato, ha per oggetto una confezione per prodotti dolciari caratterizzata dal fatto che comprende:
una piastra di sopporto presentante due aperture; due vasetti contenenti due tipi diversi di prodotto inseriti nelle due aperture della piastra di sopporto ed aventi ciascuno, in corrispondenza della sua bocca, una flangia periferica che appoggia sulla piastra; la bocca di ciascun vasetto essendo chiusa da un sigillo di materiale in foglio;
un'etichetta adesiva avente un contorno corrispondente al contorno della piastra di sopporto ed applicata su detta piastra in modo da aderire anche sui sigilli dei due vasetti;
una linguetta estendentesi da un tratto del contorno dell'etichetta adesiva; detta linguetta avendo ima faccia adesiva ed essendo separabile a strappo dall'etichetta;
un contenitore piatto flessibile apribile a strappo e contenente un cucchiaino; detto contenitore essendo sopportato dalla suddetta linguetta per effetto dell'adesione fra la faccia adesiva della linguetta ed una delle facce di tale contenitore.
Preferibilmente la linguetta è in un sol pezzo con l'etichetta adesiva e fra il contorno dell'etichetta e la linguetta è prevista una serie di perforazioni allineate per consentire la separazione a strappo della linguetta, con il contenitore per il cucchiaino ad essa collegato, dall'etichetta.
La confezione oggetto del presente trovato è particolarmente utile nel caso in cui uno dei due vasetti contiene un prodotto cremoso, preferibilmente una crema a base di latte, e l'altro contiene un prodotto solido granulare, preferibilmente dei cereali soffiati, destinato ad essere consumato unitamente al prodotto cremoso.
In tale caso infatti l'utilizzazione può, al momento del consumo, facilmente separare dalla confezione il contenitore contenente il cucchiaino mediante strappo della linguetta associata a tale contenitore dall'etichetta della confezione. Inoltre separando l'etichetta dal contenitore risultano accessibili i due sigilli che chiudono le bocche dei due vasetti per cui, aprendo a strappo di il contenitore del cucchiaino, l'utilizzatore può, per mezzo di tale cucchiaino, lacerare i sigilli dei due contenitori e prelevare una porzione di crema da uno dei contenitori e successivamente prelevare una porzione di cereali soffiati intingendo il cucchiaino con la porzione di crema nell'altro contenitore.
Le suddette caratteristiche e vantaggi del presente trovato risulteranno dalla descrizione che segue con riferimento ai disegni annessi, forniti a titolo di esempio non limitativo, in cui: la figura 1 è una vista prospettica della confezione;
la figura 2 è una vista esplosa della confezione illustrata nella figura 1;
la figura 3 è una sezione in maggiore scala secondo la linea III-III della figura 1;
la figura 4 è una sezione trasversale in maggiore scala secondo la linea IV-IV della figura 1 e

la figura 5 è un particolare illustrante la fase di separazione della linguetta con il contenitore per il cucchiaino ad essa associato dall'etichetta del contenitore.
La confezione illustrata nei disegni comprende una piastra di sopporto 1 avente forma allungata ed il cui contorno comprende due lati rettilinei collegati da due tratti semicircolari.
La piastra è provvista di due aperture circolari 2, 3 aventi lo stesso centro dei tratti semicircolari del suo contorno.
Nella zona compresa fra le aperture 2 e 3 la piastra 1 presenta due nervature longitudinali 4, 5 adiacenti ai due tratti rettilinei del suo contorno e due nervature centrali 6, 7 aventi un contorno sostanzialmente triangolare. Ciascuna delle nervature 6 e 7 presenta due lati curvi aventi lo stesso raggio di curvatura delle aperture 2, 3. Le sommità delle nervature 4, 5, 6 e 7 giacciono tutte nello stesso piano parallelo al piano della piastra 1.
Fra le nervature 4 e 6 la piastra 1 presenta una depressione longitudinale che dà luogo alla formazione di una nervatura 8 rivolta verso la faccia inferiore della piastra.
Una analoga nervatura longitudinale 9 è compresa fra le nervature 5 e 7.
Con 10 e 11 sono indicati due vasetti di materiale plastico termoformato.
Ciascun vasetto presenta, come illustrato nella figura 3, una parete laterale cilindrica 12 avente sostanzialmente lo stesso diametro delle aperture circolari 2, 3, una parte inferiore troncoconica 13 il cui fondo è centralmente imbutito come indicato in 13a ed una flangia 14 in corrispondenza della sua bocca superiore.
La flangia 14 di ciascun vasetto 10, 11 è provvista sulla sua faccia superiore di una scanalatura anulare 15.
La bocca dì ciascun vasetto è chiusa da un sigillo costituito da un disco 16 di sottile foglio di alluminio incollato sulla faccia superiore della flangia 14 in modo da aderire anche al profilo della scanalatura anulare 15 di tale flangia per realizzare una chiusura a tenuta.
La flangia 14 di ciascuno dei vasetti 10, 11 appoggia sulla piastra di supporto 1 che serve pertanto da sostegno per i due vasetti.
Preferibilmente la flangia di ciascuno dei contenitori 10, 11 è collegata alla piastra di sopporto 1 mediante alcuni punti di incollatura, per esempio in due punti diametralmente opposti.
5 Con 17 è indicata una etichetta adesiva avente un contorno corrispondente al contorno della piastra di sopporto 1. L'etichetta 17 aderisce sia sui sigilli 16 dei due vasetti sia sulle nervature 4, 5, 6 e 7 della piastra le cui sommità giacciono nello stesso piano di due sigilli 16.
io L'etichetta 17 presenta lungo uno dei lati rettilinei del suo contorno ima appendice in forma di linguetta 18 la cui faccia anteriore è adesiva come l'etichetta 17.
Fra il contorno dell'etichetta 17 e la linguetta 18 è prevista una serie di perforazioni allineate 19 che costituiscono una linea 15 di separazione a strappo della linguetta 18 dall'etichetta 17.
La faccia adesiva della linguetta 18 è applicata su una delle facce di un contenitore flessibile 20 contenente un cucchiaino 21 di materiale plastico. Il contorno del contenitore flessibile piatto 20 è munito di impronte 22 per consentirne una agevole io apertura a strappo.
Uno dei due vasetti, nell'esempio illustrato il vasetto 10, è riempito con un prodotto cremoso 23 a base di latte mentre l'altro vasetto 11 è riempito con cereali soffiati misti (riso, 2J orzo, frumento, mais) indicati con 24.
All'atto della consumazione l'utilizzatore toglie dalla confezione l'etichetta adesiva 17 e separa da quest'ultima mediante strappo lungo la linea di perforazione 19 la linguetta 18 con il contenitore 20 ad essa associato. L'utilizzatore provvede poi 30 ad aprire il contenitore piatto 20 mediante strappo del suo contorno 22 in modo da prelevare il cucchiaino 21.
Per mezzo del cucchiaino 21 l'utilizzatore può lacerare i sigilli 16 di chiusura dei due vasetti 10 ad 11 e consumare i prodotti in essi contenuti tramite lo stesso cucchiaino 21. 35 In pratica l'utilizzatore preleva un po' di crema 23 dal vasetto 10 e successivamente immerge il cucchiaino 21 con la crema su di esso depositata nel vasetto 11 in modo da prelevare per adesione una porzione di cereali soffiati 24 che aderiscono alla crema presente sul cucchiaino.

Claims (12)
1. Confezione per prodotti dolciari, caratterizzata dal fatto che comprende:
una piastra di sopporto (1) presentante due aperture (2, 3);
due vasetti (10, 11) contenenti due diversi tipi di prodotto (23, 24) inseriti nelle due aperture (2, 3) della piastra di sopporto (1) ed aventi ciascuno, in corrispondenza della sua bocca, una flangia periferica (14) che appoggia sulla piastra di sopporto (1); la bocca di ciascun vasetto essendo chiusa da un sigillo (16) di materiale in foglio;
un'etichetta adesiva (17) avente un contorno corrispondente al contorno della piastra di sopporto (1) ed applicata su detta piastra in modo da aderire anche sui sigilli (16) dei due vasetti (10, 11);
una linguetta (18) estendentesi da un tratto del contorno dell'etichetta adesiva (17); detta linguetta (18) avendo una faccia adesiva ed essendo separabile a strappo dall'etichetta (17);
un contenitore piatto flessibile (20) apribile a strappo e contenente un cucchiaino (21); detto contenitore (20) essendo sopportato dalla suddetta linguetta (18) per effetto dell'adesione fra la faccia adesiva della linguetta ed una delle facce di tale contenitore (20).
2. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che la linguetta (18) è in un sol pezzo con l'etichetta adesiva (17) e che fra il contorno dell'etichetta (17) e la linguetta (18) è prevista una serie di perforazioni allineate (19) per consentire la separazione a strappo della linguetta (18), con il contenitore (20) per il cucchiaino (21) ad essa collegato, dall'etichetta (17).

RIVENDICAZIONI
3. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che la superficie inferiore della flangia (14) di ciascun vasetto (10, 11) è incollata in almeno alcuni punti alla piastra di sopporto (1).
4. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che le aperture (1, 2) della piastra (1) hanno un contorno circolare e che i vasetti (10, 11) hanno una parete laterale cilindrica (12).
5. Confezione secondo le rivendicazioni 1 a 4, caratterizzata dal fatto che la piastra (1) presenta una forma allungata ed il suo contorno comprende due lati rettilinei paralleli collegati da due tratti semicircolari aventi lo stesso centro delle due aperture (2, 3).
6. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzata dal fatto che la parte della piastra (1) compresa fra le due aperture (2, 3) è provvista di nervature di rinforzo (4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9).
7. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 6, caratterizzata dal fatto che le sommità di almeno ima parte (4, 5, 6, 7) delle nervature di rinforzo, della piastra (1) giacciono nello stesso piano che contiene i sigilli di chiusura (16) dei due vasetti (10, 11).
8. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che la piastra di sopporto (1) è di materiale plastico.
9. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che i due vasetti (10, 11) sono di materiale plastico.
10. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che la flangia (14) di ciascun vasetto (10, 11) è provvista sulla sua faccia superiore di una scanalatura anulare (15).
11. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 10, caratterizzata dal fatto che il sigillo di chiusura (16) della bocca di ciascun vasetto (10, 11) è di alluminio in foglio ed è incollato alla flangia (14) del vasetto in modo da aderire anche al profilo della scanalatura anulare (15) di tale flangia.
12. .Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che uno dei vasetti (10) contiene un prodotto cremo-so (23), preferibilmente a base di latte, e l'altro vasetto (11) contiene dei cereali soffiati (24).
