 d'un dispositif de levage mécanique à vis;
 la fig. 2 est une vue schématique volontairement exagérée de ce dispositif en coupe partielle transversale dans l'axe du véhicule;
 la fig. 3 montre une vue éclatée du réducteur associé au vérin mecanique à vis;
 la fig. 4 montre une vue latérale schématique d'un véhicule muni d'un dispositif de levage hydraulique;
 la fig. 5 représente le schéma de fonctionnement du système hydraulique;
 la fig. 6 montre une vue latérale schématique d'un véhicule muni d'un dispositif de levage mécanique à trapèzes;
 la fig. 7 montre un détail de ce dispositif, où les deux vérins sont repliés;

   The present invention relates to a lifting device for a vehicle.

   Various circumstances arise for which it is necessary to call upon a member allowing the lifting of a vehicle.

  To carry out this lifting, motor cars are generally provided with a jack independent of the vehicle which is fixed, during its use, by means of a hook under the bearing part of the car.

   The jack thus allows the car to be lifted for a wheel change or for a control of the engine-transmission part. However, it quickly becomes apparent in difficult situations (sloping road, snow or darkness) that there are real difficulties in properly positioning the jack in the proper alignment of the
 car and in addition, very often, the car once raised causes
 tilting the jack forwards or backwards, due to the vertical thrust
 wedge which longitudinally destabilizes the car. In addition, very
 the operator's hands are often heavily soiled by diffe
 jack adjustment maneuvers.

   Another existing lifting device, used very often in
 garages, consists of using a lift, lifting the entire car.

   This device, apart from that it cannot be moved with the car, is
 very expensive and only akin to professional use
 intensive training.

   This is how, for a long time, many inventors have
 tried to solve this problem by incorporating the jack into the vehicle, this
 which allows faster lifting of the vehicle. But, to this day,
 none of these systems, although often very sophisticated,
 fully satisfied, and many of them have proven to be
 expensive to make.

   The present invention is intended to overcome the drawbacks
 mentioned above by the realization of a lifting device soli
 daire of the vehicle, both simple and robust, with a low price of
 returns, allowing rapid lifting of the vehicle by means of a
 control placed in an easily accessible place which, thanks to
 to the axial and radial rigidity of the cylinder, very strongly decreases the
 risk of the vehicle on or off a track
 tilted.

   To this end, the present invention relates to a lifting device
 for a vehicle, as defined in claim 1.

   The accompanying drawings show, by way of example, shapes
 of execution of the device which is the subject of the invention, described below.

   Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle provided
 a mechanical screw lifting device;
 fig. 2 is a deliberately exaggerated schematic view of this device in partial transverse section along the axis of the vehicle;
 fig. 3 shows an exploded view of the reduction gear associated with the mechanical screw jack;
 fig. 4 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle fitted with a hydraulic lifting device;
 fig. 5 shows the operating diagram of the hydraulic system;
 fig. 6 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle fitted with a mechanical trapeze lifting device;
 fig. 7 shows a detail of this device, where the two jacks are folded;
 fig. 8 shows a detail of this device, where one of the jacks is in the folded position and the other in support, and
 fig. 9 shows a detail of this device, where the two jacks are supported.

   In a first embodiment, represented by FIGS. 1 to 3, the device is in the form of a mechanical screw jack, integral with the central part of a vehicle 1, shown here in the form of a motor car, and housed between the body 2 and the seat front 3. The device shown in fig. 1 is intended to lift the left side of the vehicle. It consists of an electric motor 4, connected to a reduction gear 5, which drives a screw 6 sliding in a screw vehicle 7. The screw is provided with a ball joint base 8 the principle of which is known and therefore not described and which allows a better distribution of the load on the ground.

   The electric motor control device 13 can be located at the dashboard, in the rear boot or directly on an internal or external part of the bodywork, as in FIG. 2. It is a key device, designed in such a way that to operate the electric motor it is necessary to keep the key in the contact position. As soon as the pressure on the key is released, the engine stops and the system is blocked.

   When the cylinder is in the working position, a second blocking security is provided by the fact that the parts of the reducer and the trapezoidal screw 6 are arranged so that the effect of the vertical force due to the weight of the vehicle is opposed when the cylinder is lowered.

   An identical cylinder is provided to lift the right side of the vehicle

  cule. It is also planned to be able to mount four jacks on the vehicle, near each wheel.

   The drive reducer 5, shown in FIG. 3, is composed of two housings, a lower housing 20 and an upper housing 21, held together by screws 22 and inside which there is, on the one hand, an endless screw 23 coupled to the electric motor 4 and, on the other hand, a helical wheel 24 coupled to the trapezoidal screw 6. The endless screw 23 driving the helical wheel, the speed of rotation of the motor 4 is thus reduced for driving the trapezoidal screw 6.

   The transverse and longitudinal forces acting on the helical wheel coupling and the trapezoidal screw are taken up by internal bearings 25.

   In a second embodiment, represented by FIGS. 4 and 5, the device is in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, integral with a vehicle 100, shown here in the form of a motor car. It consists of a hydraulic cylinder 101, provided with a swivel base 102 and connected to a control system composed of a motor 103 actuating a pump 104 connected to a reservoir 105 via a filter 106, as well as an adjustment valve 107 and control solenoid valves 108 to 111.

   The hydraulic cylinder is mounted in the central part of the vehicle 100 between the bodywork and the front seat, while the control system, voluntarily developed and exaggerated in size in the case of FIG. 4, is located in the rear boot 112 of the vehicle, where it occupies only a very limited place.

   The switch 113 of the control system can be located at the dashboard, as in fig. 4, on an internal or external part of the bodywork or directly in the rear boot. It is a key switch, designed in such a way that to operate the pump motor it is necessary to keep the key in the contact position. As soon as the pressure on the key is released, the engine stops and the system is blocked.

   The device shown in fig. 4 is intended to lift the left side of the vehicle. An identical device, connected to the same pump, is provided for lifting the right side of the vehicle. It is also possible to mount four cylinders on the vehicle, one near each wheel.

   The operating process of the hydraulic cylinder can be described using fig. 5 in which the cylinder piston is shown in its rest position. During the operation of the pump 104, actuated by the motor 103, the opening of the control solenoid valves 108 and 109 will allow the liquid having passed through the filter 107 and the solenoid valve 108 to enter the cylinder through the line 116 and to actuate the piston 114, while the liquid contained in the other part of the cylinder will then flow through the line 117 through the solenoid valve 109 and join the reservoir 105 through the line 118. Conversely. the opening of the control solenoid valves 110 and 111 will allow the circulation of the liquid in the opposite direction.

   In a third embodiment, represented by FIGS. 6 to 9, the device, in the form of mechanical cylinders with trapezoids, is mounted under the chassis of a vehicle 200 shown here in the form of a motor car. It consists of a motor 201 with variator 202 connected to a control box 203 actuating two trapezoids 204 and 205, via control axes 206 and 207 acting on universal joints 208 and 209, themselves connected to the cylinders by screws 210 and 211 which, by their movement, modify the shape of the trapezoid. Each trapezoid is further provided with a hinged support base 212 and 213.

   In the case of fig. 6, two such systems are used, each for lifting one side of the vehicle, the engine and the two trapezoids of each system being integral with the chassis and located on an axis along the vehicle.

   It is also possible to mount these systems in a transverse position. This will be the case for example for caravans.

   The motor contactor is located, in the case described here, on the control box 203. It is a key contactor, designed in such a way that, to operate the drive, it is necessary to keep the key in contact position. As soon as the pressure on the key is released, the engine stops and the system is blocked.

   The control box 203 is further provided with two control rods 215 and 216 which allow, by their engagement, to actuate the trapezoid 212 or the trapezoid 213 or both at the same time when contact is made with the key.

Lifting device for vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises a control switch arranged in such a way that it is necessary to maintain the key in the contact position to operate the jack. . However, it quickly becomes apparent in difficult situations (sloping road, snow or darkness) that there are real difficulties in properly positioning the jack in the proper alignment of the  car and in addition, very often, the car once raised causes  tilting the jack forwards or backwards, due to the vertical thrust  wedge which longitudinally destabilizes the car. In addition, very  the operator's hands are often heavily soiled by diffe  jack adjustment maneuvers. Another existing lifting device, used very often in  garages, consists of using a lift, lifting the entire car. This device, apart from that it cannot be moved with the car, is  very expensive and only akin to professional use  intensive training. This is how, for a long time, many inventors have  tried to solve this problem by incorporating the jack into the vehicle, this  which allows faster lifting of the vehicle. But, to this day,  none of these systems, although often very sophisticated,  fully satisfied, and many of them have proven to be  expensive to make. The present invention is intended to overcome the drawbacks  mentioned above by the realization of a lifting device soli  daire of the vehicle, both simple and robust, with a low price of  returns, allowing rapid lifting of the vehicle by means of a  control placed in an easily accessible place which, thanks to  to the axial and radial rigidity of the cylinder, very strongly decreases the  risk of the vehicle on or off a track  tilted. To this end, the present invention relates to a lifting device  for a vehicle, as defined in claim 1. The accompanying drawings show, by way of example, shapes  of execution of the device which is the subject of the invention, described below. Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle provided  a mechanical screw lifting device;  fig. 2 is a deliberately exaggerated schematic view of this device in partial transverse section along the axis of the vehicle;  fig. 3 shows an exploded view of the reduction gear associated with the mechanical screw jack;  fig. 4 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle fitted with a hydraulic lifting device;  fig. 5 shows the operating diagram of the hydraulic system;  fig. 6 shows a schematic side view of a vehicle fitted with a mechanical trapeze lifting device;  fig. 7 shows a detail of this device, where the two jacks are folded;  fig. 8 shows a detail of this device, where one of the jacks is in the folded position and the other in support, and  fig. The electric motor control device 13 can be located at the dashboard, in the rear trunk or directly on an internal or external part of the bodywork, as in FIG. 2. It is a key device, designed in such a way that to operate the electric motor it is necessary to keep the key in the contact position. As soon as the pressure on the key is released, the engine stops and the system is blocked. When the cylinder is in the working position, a second blocking safety is provided by the fact that the parts of the reduction gear and the trapezoidal screw 6 are arranged so that the effect of the vertical force due to the weight of the vehicle is opposed when the cylinder is lowered. ** ATTENTION ** end of the CLMS field may contain start of DESC **.
