REVENDICATIONS
- on mélange dans une cuve du purin et du fumier de porc avec de la chaux, de la tourbe et des déchets de nature végérale;
- on brasse le mélange;

CLAIMS
1. Fertilizer based on liquid manure and pig manure, characterized in that it comprises, in addition: lime, peat and vegetable waste.
2. Fertilizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the vegetable waste is constituted by foliage.
3. Method for manufacturing the fertilizer according to claim 1, characterized in that:
- manure and pork manure are mixed in a tank with lime, peat and vegetable waste;
- the mixture is stirred;
- the product is ground and transported by air pressure in a mixer to make it homogeneous.
The present invention relates to a fertilizer based on liquid manure and pig manure and a process for its preparation.
There is no product on the market of this kind or which has its characteristics. This fertilizer, by the complexity of the materials that compose it, constitutes a high quality product.
This fertilizer has an important vegetative value. The processing of raw materials, i.e. manure and pig manure mixed with lime, peat and natural waste in a natural fertilizer, is of great interest in the agricultural industry . Through very technical factory work, it produces a high quality natural fertilizer.
By its manufacturing process, this fertilizer becomes homogeneous by the storage in tanks of raw materials which, by assimilation and by heating and stirring, transform into a compact product.
Calcium hydroxide is a necessary supplement to supplement the strong nitrogenous substances of liquid manure and manure; by working (mixing, grinding, etc.) in an oxygenated medium, the mass becomes odorless and non-polluting. The purpose of adding peat or leafy waste is to fix nutrients by absorption.
This product is topical by its simple manufacture, by the improvement of the grounds, by the longevity of the influence of the organic fertilizing matters which it contains.
In the agricultural world, the disposal of the raw materials which are used, that is to say manure and pig manure, has created real difficulties.
This fertilizer is prepared by a process which comprises the following operations: the materials are mixed, the mixture is stirred, it is ground, it is transported in a mixer for refining.
By its industrial manufacture, this product is marketable in large quantities.
Trials have been carried out in cultures with tomato and escarole plants with success, giving a very high yield.
In floriculture trials were carried out in beds and also in balconies: the flowering result was very abundant.
