5. Door drive according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the angle (p) is adjustable relative to the piston rod (15) by longitudinally adjusting the connecting piece (6).
6. Door drive according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the effective angle of rotation of the rotary column (5) is adjustable by changing the length of the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder (7) or the piston path.
The invention relates to a door drive, in particular for rail and road vehicles according to the preamble of claim 1.
Pneumatic and hydraulic door drives are already known in which the piston rod is articulated on a lever arm which is rigidly connected to a rotating column that moves the door leaf. However, it is disadvantageous that the closing pressure of the door leaf is limited due to an unfavorable lever position. At large wind pressures or the like.
it can happen that the closing pressure generated in this way is insufficient.
The object of the invention is to provide a door drive which is particularly suitable for rail and road vehicles, in which the door leaf can be moved easily for opening and closing, but in which a relatively large door leaf contact pressure can be generated when the door leaf is closed.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of claim 1.
This makes it possible to generate a high closing force of the door leaf with simple means with relatively low pressures in the cylinder-piston unit.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, which is described below. Show it:
1 is a schematic representation of the door drive in the position with the door leaf open,
2 is a schematic representation of the door drive in the position with the door leaf closed,
Fig. 3 is a schematic representation of the door leaf with parallel guide elements.
The door drive is intended for installation in rail and road vehicles and is preferably driven pneumatically. In special cases, a hydraulic drive or an electric drive is also possible.
A vertical rotary column 5 is mounted above and below in bearings of a vehicle, not shown. A lever 4 projects radially from this rotary column 5 and is rigidly connected, for example welded, to the rotary column 5. With the lever 4, a tab 1 is articulated via a bolt 9. At the other end of the tab, a fork-like connecting piece 6 is articulated via an axle bolt 10. The axle pin 10 carries at least one, preferably two rollers 2 which are arranged at a distance from one another and which abut and roll on a straight running guide 3. A piston rod 15 is screwed to the connecting piece 6 and can be secured in the set position by a screw nut 21. At the other end of the piston rod 15 there is a piston 11 movably guided in a cylinder 7.
By supplying pressure medium to one or the other piston side, the piston 11 can be moved in one or the other direction. The cylinder piston unit 7 and the barrel guide 3 are attached to a casing 8 or the like. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the rotating column 5 is connected to the door leaf 12 by arms 13. At least one further arm 16, which can be pivoted about a pin 18, is used for parallel guidance of the door leaf 12.
Bolts or pins 17, 19 are provided for the pivotable connection between the arms 13 and 16 and the door leaf 12. In the closed state of the door leaf 12, it bears against stops 14 in a wall 20 or casing.
The door drive works as follows:
When the drive and thus the door leaf 12 is in its open position, the parts assume the position shown in FIG. 1. By supplying pressure medium to the right side of the piston 11 in the drawing, the piston 11 is moved in the direction of arrow A until finally the closed position of the drive shown in FIG. 2 is reached.
The rotary column 5 has performed a pivoting movement of approximately a quarter circle. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the lever 4 forms an angle ss with the tab 1 or respectively the connecting lines of the rotary axes, which angle is approximately a right angle. If the door leaf 12 is to be opened by hand for safety reasons when the cylinder 7 is depressurized, this angle ss is chosen to be somewhat smaller, namely 75-85.
The corresponding setting can be made by changing the length of the piston rod, e.g. can be changed by screwing them in or out of the connector 6.
If, when the door leaf 12 is closed, an opening pressure occurs on it - in the case of rail or road vehicles, for example due to the driving wind - the connecting piece 6 bears against the running guide 3. This creates only a small force component, which acts on the piston rod 15 in the opening direction - that is, opposite to the arrow A. The smaller the angle a, the greater the closing force. If, on the other hand, the drive is to be designed to be self-locking, the angle ss is selected to be approximately 90 ".
Such a door operator can be at any point
continuous or divided rotary column 5 can be arranged.
In addition to rail or road vehicles, this door drive can also be used for other types of doors.
