Reaktivfarbstoffe
Die Erfindung betrifft Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
worin
A ein Farbstoff;
Y Sauerstoff, Schwefel, R'-N oder eine direkte Bindung; n die Zahl 1 oder 2;
5 R1 Wasserstoff oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Cr bis C4-Alkyl;
(I)5 Z ein Brückenglied bedeuten.
Bevorzugt für Y ist R'-N. Alkylreste R' sind dabei z.B. Propyl, Butyl und Ethyl und vorzugsweise Methyl. Bevorzugt für R1 ist Wasserstoff.
Z ist eine (cyclo)aliphatische, aromatische, heteroaromatische oder araliphatische Gruppe, die weitere Substituenten tragen kann. (Cyclo)aliphatische Gruppen sind z.B. (Cyclo)-hexylen, (Cyclo)pentylen, Butylen und vorzugsweise Propy-len, Ethylen und Methylen. Aromatische Gruppen stammen beispielsweise aus der Naphthalin-, Furan-, Thiophen- oder Pyridinreihe. Bevorzugt für aromatische Z ist Phenylen. Als araliphatische Gruppe sei z.B. Benzylen genannt. Alle Gruppen von Z können einen oder mehrere Substituenten tragen, z.B.: Fluor, Chlor, Brom, eine (Cyclo)Alkyl- oder (Hetero)-Arylgruppe, die Amino-, Acetylamino-, Perhaloalkyl-, Cyano-, Ureido-, Alkoxy-, Hydroxy-, Hydroxycarbonyl-, Aminocarbonyl- oder Alkoxycarbonylgruppe. Bevorzugt ist Hydroxysulfonyl.
Im Falle (cyclo)aliphatischer oder araliphatischer Gruppen für Z kann die Kohlenstoffkette durch ein oder mehrere Heteroatome oder durch eine oder mehrere Heteroatome enthaltende Gruppen unterbrochen sein, z.B.: Sauerstoff, Schwefel, die N-R'-, Carbonamido-, Carboxylat-, Amino-sulfonyl-, Ureido-, Carbonyl-, SO- oder SO:-Gruppe.
Einzelne Brückenglieder Z sind z.B. die folgenden Gruppen, an die Y in der oben angegebenen Bedeutung jeweils über eine der beiden freien Bindungen gebunden sein kann. 35 m bedeutet unabhängig voneinander eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 3. Einzelne (cyclo)aliphatische Brückenglieder Z sind z.B.:

Bevorzugt für Z ist Cr bis C5-Alkylen und mit Alkyl und/oder Hydroxysulfonyl .substituiertes Phenylen.
Die Reste A stammen beispielsweise aus der Azo-, An-thrachinon-, Formazan-, Phthalocyanin- oder Triphendioxa-zinreihe, wobei die Farbstoffe auch metallisiert sein können. Der A-Rest kann ferner weitere übliche Reaktivgruppen enthalten.
Bevorzugte Farbstoffe sind solche mit 1 bis 6 Sulfogrup-pen. Geeignete Farbstoffreste A bzw. den Farbstoffen (I) zugrunde liegende aminogruppenhaltige Farbstoffe sind in der Literatur in sehr grosser Zahl beschrieben. Beispielhaft erwähnt seien hier:

Besonders wertvolle Farbstoffe dieser Reihe sind wasserlösliche Azofarbstoffe, und insbesondere solche, die Sulfon-säure- und oder Carbonsäuregruppen aufweisen. Dabei besitzen aber auch sulfon- und carbonsäuregruppenfreie reaktive Dispersionsfarbstoffe der Azoreihe Interesse. Die Azofarbstoffe können sowohl metallfrei als auch metallhaltig sein, wobei unter den Metallkomplexen die Kupfer-, Chrom-

und Kobaltkomplexe bevorzugtes Interesse haben.
Wichtige Azofarbstoffe sind beispielsweise solche der Benzol-azo-naphthalin-, Benzol-azo-1 -phenyl-5-pyrazolon-, Benzol-azo-benzol-, Naphthalin-azo-benzol-, Benzol-azo-aminonaphthalin-, Naphthalin-azo-naphthalin-, Naphtha-lin-azo-l-phenylpyrazolon-5-, der Benzol-azo-pyridon, der Benzol-azo-aminopyridin, der Naphthalin-azo-pyridon-, der Naphthalin-azo-amino-pyridin und der Stilben-azo-benzol-Reihe, wobei auch hier die sulfonsäuregruppenhaltigen Farbstoffe bevorzugt sind. Im Falle von Metallkomplexazo-farbstoffen befinden sich die metalllcomplexgebundenen Gruppen vorzugsweise in den o-Stellungen zur Azogruppe, z.B. in Form von o,o'-Dihydroxy-, o-Hydroxy-o'-carboxy-, o-Carboxy-o'-amino und o-Hydroxy-o'-amino-azogruppierun-gen.

Anstelle der Azofarbstoffreste D-N = N-K können die Farbstoffe der Formel I auch entsprechende Metallkomplexfarbstoffreste enthalten, als komplexierende Metalle kommen dabei insbesondere Kupfer, Cobalt, Chrom, Nickel und Eisen in Betracht, wobei Kupfer, Cobalt und Chrom bevorzugt sind.
Die Metalle sind dabei in der Regel über -O- oder COO an die Farbstoffmoleküle gebunden.
Bei den Co- und Cr-Komplexen handelt es sich um
60 l:2-Komplexe während bei Einsatz von Cu ausschliesslich l:l-Komplexe entstehen.
Met ist bevorzugt Kupfer. Cobalt und Chrom. Die im folgenden genannten Farbstofftypen können zusätzlich durch in Reaktivfarbstoffen übliche Substituenten. wie z.B.
65 Cl, Br, OCH3, NHCONH2, N02, SO_,H, S02NH2. COOH oder CONH2 substituiert sein. Die Synthese der Farbstoffe erfolgt nach an sich bekannten Methoden.

Im Falle der Kondensation eines Farbstoffvorproduktes mit 2,4,6-Trifluor-s-triazin kann die weitere Umsetzung mit dem Pyridazon IV auf einer beliebigen geeigneten Stufe der Synthese des Endfarbstoffes erfolgen.
Faserreaktive Verbindungen der Formel III können z.B. dadurch erhalten werden, dass Verbindungen der Formel V

Cl mit an sich bekannten Fluorierungsmitteln wie z.B. HF oder Metallfluoriden selektiv im Triazinteil fluoriert werden. Wenn Y nicht für eine direkte Bindung steht, kann die Herstellung aber auch so erfolgen, dass man 2,4,6-Trifluor-s-triazin mit Pyridazonen der Formel IV unter Abspaltung von HF kondensiert.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I eignen sich als Reaktivfarbstoffe für hydroxylgruppenhaltige Fasern, insbesondere Baumwolle sowie auch für Wolle.
Als Färbeverfahren eignen sich die bekannten Reaktiv-färbeverfahren, insbesondere Ausziehverfahren bei 40-80 C und Kaltverweilverfahren.
Die Applikation ist in einem weiten Temperaturbereich möglich und die Farbstoffe zeichnen sich durch hohe Ausgiebigkeit aus.

Beispiel l a) In eine Suspension von 66 Teilen 4,5-Dichlor-l-(N'-di-fluortriazinyl-2'-aminoethyl)-pyridaz-6-on in 200 Volumenteilen Aceton kisst man bei 15- 20 C eine neutral wässrige Lösung von 37,7 Teilen l,3-Phenylendiamin-4-sulfonsäure eintropfen und hält den pH-Wert durch sukzessive Zugabe von Natriumhydrogencarbonat über 6 Stunden bei 6-6,5. Danach wird das Reaktionsprodukt der Formel ho3s

nh—c2h(,—n io abfiltriert und im Gefrierschrank im Vakuum getrocknet. Man erhält 80 Teile eines farblosen Pulvers.
b) 17,3 Teile Aniün-4-sulfonsäure werden salzsauer dia- • zotiert und bei 0-5 C mit einer Suspension von 31,3 Teilen l-Amino-8-hydroxynaphthalin-3,6-disulfonsäure in 300 Teilen Wasser versetzt. Anschliessend wird unter Zugabe von Natriumacetat bei einem pH-Wert von 1.0-1,3 die Kupplung zu Ende geführt.
Zu dem erhaltenen roten Monoazofarbstoff fügt man bei 0-5 C eine aus 49,2 Teilen des nach Beispiel la erhaltenen Kondensationsproduktes hergestellte salzsaure Diazosuspen-sion und stellt durch Zugabe von Natriumcarbonat den pH-1 Wert auf 5,5-6. Nach 3 Stunden bei pH 5,5-6 ist die Kupplung beendet, und der Farbstoff wird mit Natriumchlorid aus dem Reaktionsgemisch abgeschieden, filtriert und gefriergetrocknet. Man erhält den Farbstoff der Formel

Ersetzt man die in Beispiel 1 verwendete Anilin-4-sulfon-säure durch 28,8 Teile 2-Chloranilin-4,6-disulfonsäure, so er-30 hält man in analoger Weise den Farbstoff der Formel mit dem auf Baumwolle rotstichige Marineblaufärbungen bonat der pH-Wert 4 Stunden bei 6 gehalten. c) 20 Teile des Farbstoffs gemäss Beispiel 196 b) werden in 150 Teilen Wasser bei pH 7 eingerührt und mit einer Suspension von 8,1 Teilen 4,5-Dichlor-1-( N'-difluortriazinyl-2-aminoethyl)-pyridaz-6-on in 50 Volumenteilen Aceton ver-45 setzt. Der Ansatz rührt 6 Stunden bei 35-40 C und pH 6,5-7. Anschliessend wird mit Natriumchlorid ausgesalzen und schonend im Vakuum getrocknet. Man erhält den Farbstoff der Formel so3h der Baumwolle in orangen Tönen mit allgemein guten Gebrauchsechtheiten einfärbt.
Analog zu Beispiel 196 wurden auch die in der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführten Farbstoffe synthetisiert, die auf Baumwolle Färbungen mit ähnlichem Echtheitsniveau ergeben.
