Description
DESCRIZIONE Il presente trovato ha per oggetto una custodia protettiva antiurto per telecomandi, in particolare per televisori. Attula-mente esistono delle custodie o astucci per telecomandi, ricavati per fustellatura da un cartone o in polistirolo, costruiti esclusivamente con lo scopo di preservare il telecomando da eventuali urti durante il suo trasporto.
Tali custodie infatti, una volta aperte per togliere il telecomando, rimangono inutilizzabili, non essendo previste, durante la loro costruzione, delle soluzioni tali da consentire una buona chiusura e risultando molto scomodo e totalmente non pratico andare a riporre, all'interno della stessa, il telecomando ogni qualvolta è stato adoperato.
Il telecomando risulta così, durante il suo uso, sprovvisto di un astuccio di protezione dagli inevitabili urti accidentali dovuti a cadute o a colpi ricevuti sbattendo contro altri oggetti e dagli agenti esterni quali polvere, acqua o altre impurità che, cadendo sul telecomando, vanno ad interessare i suoi contatti elettrici pregiudicandone il buon funzionamento.
In modo del tutto empirico si è già cercato di proteggere il telecomando da tuttio gli inconvenienti sopra elencati, avvolgendo ad esempio lo stesso con fogli di materiale da imballaggi antiurto o inserendo lo stesso all'interno di buste in gommapiuma il tutto risulta però molto scomodo, non pratico e non realizza una protezione completa.
Scopo del presente trovato è quello di eliminare gli inconvenienti sopra menzionati.
La custodia in oggetto quale essa è caratterizzata dalla rivendicazione 1, risolve il problema affrontato con un elemento di contenimento e trattenuta del telecomando in materiale leggero, a bassa densità, antiurto, internamente cavo, di forma sostanzialmente complementare e ricalcante la forma del telecomando che deve proteggere, capace di assicurargli una buona protezione contro gli urti e gli agenti esterni e nello stesso tempo di consentire l'uso dei suoi pulsanti di comando.
Uno dei vantaggi della custodia in oggetto consiste nella sua estrema praticità di impiego sia come imballaggio di protezione del telecomando durante il suo trasporto, sia come custodia di protezione e contenimento del telecomando durante il suo uso come tale.
La custodia è illustrata più in dettaglio nel seguito con l'aiuto dei disegni che ne rappresentano un esempio di esecuzione.
La figura 1 illustra, in vista prospettica, la custodia secondo il presente trovato con il telecomando inserito al suo interno.
Le figure 2a e 2b illustrano le due viste frontali della parte superiore e inferiore della custodia di cui a fig. 1.
La figura 3 illustra la sezione trasversale III-III di cui alla fig. 2a.
Con riferimento alla fig. 1 la custodia secondo il presente trovato è costituita da un elemento di contenimento e trattenuta 1 del telecomando 2 costruito in materiale a bassa densità, leggero, antiurto.
Internamente l'elemento di contenimento e trattenuta 1 è cavo e la sua forma è sostanzialmente complementare e tale da ricalcare la forma del telecomando che è destinato ad accogliere.
L'elemento di contenimento e trattenuta 1 presenta almeno due aperture indicate in fig, 1 e 2a rispettivamente con i numeri 3 e 4 per l'accesso ai pulsanti 5 e per il passaggio o l'emissione degli impulsi da parte del telecomando.
È prevista anche una ulteriore apertura 6 di accesso al vano contenente le pile di alimentazione del telecomando, visibile in fig. 2b.
Queste aperture possono essere coperte da sottili pellicole 7 in materiale laminare trasparente, al fine di garantire una protezione completa anche dagli agenti esterni quali polvere, acqua o altre impurità.
Queste pellicole 7 trasparenti possono essere in materiale floscio ed applicabili tramite semplice saldatura lungo i bordi di dette aperture 3, 4, 6 oppure possono essere in materiale semirigido.
Dette pellicole 7 possono poi essere dotate, lungo il loro orlo 7a, di una zona autoadesiva in modo da essere facilmente applicabili e rimuovibili e quindi, nel caso particolare della copertura della apertura 6, fare si di poter accedere al vano porta pile di alimentazione del telecomando 2 senza sfilare lo stesso dall'elemento di contenimento e trattenuta 1.
In particolare in fig. 3 è ben visibile una forma alternativa di realizzazione della pellicola 7 in materiale trasparente in cui la pellicola stessa è provvista di sedi prestampate 8 adatte ad accogliere i relativi pulsanti S del telecomando 2; tali sedi fanno si che l'azione esercitata sulla pellicola 7 per spingere un pulsante 5 qualsiasi non vada ad interferire sugli altri pulsanti 5 essendo disposti tutti molto vicini.

Detto elemento di contenimento e trattenuta 1 del telecomando 2 deve avere le sue pareti di uno spessore consistente (ad esempio 3-4 mm) per assorbire e smorzare l'effetto d'urto in caso di cadute o scontri accidentali con altri oggetti. In particolare, come visibile in fig. 1, la parete superiore S di detto elemento contenitore 1, sulla quale è ricavata l'apertura 3 di accesso ai pulsanti 5, ha uno spessore L maggiore o al limite uguale all'altezza h dei pulsanti 5 stessi.
L'apertura 4 che, abbiamo detto, serve per il passaggio o l'emissione degli impulsi di comando da parte del telecomando 2, presenta dimensioni tali da consentire l'inserimento dello stesso all'interno dell'elemento di contenimento 1 e presenta anche un bordo 9, in rilievo aggettantesi all'interno di detta aper-5 tura 4 e sviluppantesi senza linee di continuità lungo il perimetro dell'apertura 4, in modo da bloccare il telecomando 2 una volta inserito all'interno di detto elemento di contenimento 1.
Tutti i dettagli illustrati e descritti possono essere sostituiti da elementi tecnicamente equivalenti.

Claims (11)
1. Custodia protettiva antiurto per telecomandi, in particolare di televisori, caratterizzata dal fatto di essere costituita da un elemento di contenimento e trattenuta (1) del telecomando (2) in materiale antiurto a bassa densità, internamente cavo a forma sostanzialmente complementare e ricalcante la forma del telecomando (2); detto elemento di contenimento (1) presentando almeno due aperture (3, 4) rispettivamente di accesso ai pulsanti (5) e di passaggio degli impulsi di comando.
2. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette aperture (3, 4) sono coperte da sottili pellicole (7) in materiale laminare trasparente.

RIVENDICAZIONI
3. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette sottili pellicole (7) sono in materiale floscio e sono applicate tramite semplice saldatura lungo i bordi di dette aperture.
4. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette sottili pellicole (7) sono munite, lungo il loro orlo (7a) di una zona autoadesiva.
5. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette sottili pellicole (7) sono in materiale semirigido.
6. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette pellicole (7) in materiale laminare trasparente sono provviste di sedi prestampate (8) atte ad accogliere i relativi pulsanti (5) del telecomando (2).
7. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che detto elemento di contenimento e trattenuta (1) è provvisto di una ulteriore apertura (6) di accesso al vano contenente le pile di alimentazione del telecomando (2).
8. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che detta apertura (4) di passaggio degli impulsi di comando del telecomando (2) presenta dimensioni tali da consentirne l'inserimento all'interno dell'elemento di contenimento e trattenuta (1).

Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che detta apertura (4) di passaggio degli impulsi di comando del telecomando (2) è dotata di mezzi di bloccaggio svilup-pantisi all'interno di detta apertura atti a fermare il telecomando (2) all'interno di detto elemento di contenimento e trattenuta (1).

Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che la parete superiore (S) di detto elemento di contenimento e trattenuta (1) del telecomando (2) sulla quale è ricavata l'apertura (3) di accesso ai pulsanti (5) è di spessore (L) maggiore o al limite uguale all'altezza (h) dei pulsanti (5) stessi.
11. Custodia secondo la rivendicazione 9, caratterizzata dal fatto che detti mezzi di bloccaggio sono costituiti da un bordo (9) in rilievo sviluppantesi senza linee di continuità lungo il perimetro di detta apertura (4) di passaggio degli impulsi di comando.
