Abstract

The invention concerns a dispenser for a cleaning agent, in particular an agent for cleaning or disinfecting WC bowls and similar toilet installations. The dispenser has a squeezer bottle (1) made of plastic and containing the cleaning agent in liquid, paste or powder form. The bottle has an angled nozzle (3) and can be fitted with a push-on brush and/or sponge.

  Spender für einen Reinigungsstoff mit integrierter, verstellbarer Reinigungsbürste bzw. Reinigungsschwamm. 



  Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter für einen Reinigungsstoff, insbesondere zur Reinigung und/oder Desinfektion von Klosettschüsseln und dergleichen sanitären Installationen mit einer den Reinigungsstoff flüssig, pastenförmig oder in Pulverform enthaltenden Quetschflasche aus Kunststoff mit abgewinkeltem Auslauforgan und darauf verschiebbar montierter Reinigungsbürste und/oder Schwamm. 



  Bei herkömmlichen auf dem Markt befindlichen Spendern für Reinigungsstoffe für obengenanntes Anwendungsgebiet ohne die integrierte Reinigungsbürste/-schwamm muss der Bedienende mit einer Hand die Quetschflasche betätigen, mit der anderen Hand mit Hilfe einer Klosettbürste die Schüssel zur vollständigen Reinigung mechanisch bearbeiten. 



  Diese etwas aufwendige Arbeitsweise wird vielfach als äusserst unbequem empfunden, insbesondere auch deshalb, weil das Applizieren von Reinigungsstoff auf der einen Seite und die mechanische Reinigungsarbeit mit der Bürste auf der anderen Seite schwierig ist und eine gewisse Übung erfordert. Für den Fall, dass zuerst der Reinigungsstoff aus einer Quetschflasche aufgebracht und erst danach die Bürste in Tätigkeit gesetzt wird, kann relativ viel Reinigungsstoff ungenutzt in den Abfluss gelangen, bevor die Bürste in Aktion tritt. 



  Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die genannten Schwierigkeiten und Nachteile zu beheben und einen verbesserten und weiterentwickelten Spender vorzustellen, mit dessen Hilfe die Reinigungsarbeit für den Bedienenden, insbesondere die Hausfrau, ganz entschieden erleichtert wird. Durch die neuartige verschiebbare Bürste/ Schwamm ist es des weitern möglich, den Spender wie bisherige Quetschflaschen und bekannte Spender zu verwenden und den Reinigungsstoff z.B. an schwer zugängliche Stellen (Rand der WC-Schüsseln usw.) zu spritzen. Zudem ermöglicht der weiterentwickelte Spender die sparsame und effiziente Anwendung des  Reinigungsmittels für solche Anwendungsfälle, bei denen sich die verstellbare Reinigungsbürste auf der Höhe der Austrittsöffung des Auslauforgans befindet.

  Für diesen Fall kann gezielt Reinigungsstoff appliziert werden und gleichzeitig mit dem mechanischen Reinigungsvorgang begonnen werden. Darüber hinaus soll der verbesserte Reinigungsspender möglichst einfach sowie preisgünstig herstellbar sein. 



  Die Abdeckung des vorhergenannten Aufgabenbereichs gelingt dadurch, dass am verlängerten Auslauforgan der Quetschflasche eine verstellbare Reinigungsbürste bzw. -schwamm befestigt ist, welcher je nach Bedarf über die Mündung des Auslauforgans geschoben werden kann. Dies ist aus dem Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs 1 ersichtlich. 



  Im folgenden sind Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert, wobei die Zeichnungen folgendes zeigen:

  Durch die oben aufgezeigte Konstruktionsweise gelingt es in grossem Umfang unnötige Verluste des Reinigungsstoffes während der Reinigungsarbeit zu vermeiden, da der Reinigungsstoff aus dem Mundstück 5 heraus direkt auf die Reinigungsbürste 6 bzw. die Reinigungsfläche appliziert werden kann. Zum Zeitpunkt des Austrittes des Reinigungsstoffes aus der \ffnung 5 wird dieser mit der Bürste 6 bereits verteilt und entfaltet somit in optimaler Weise seine Reinigungswirkung an gewünschter Stelle. Durch die abgewinkelte Ausführung des Auslauforgans 3 wird die Arbeit zudem an schwer zugänglichen Stellen, wie z.B. unter dem Rand der Klosettschüssel usw., wesentlich erleichtert.

  Ebenfalls aufgrund der abgewinkelten Ausführung des Auslauforganes 3 ermöglicht diese Konstruktion gegenüber herkömmlichen Quetschflaschen die Applikation des Reinigungsstoffes an höher, jedoch aber auch an tiefer gelegenen Stellen. Durch die optimale Auswahl des Winkels zwischen der Längsachse 9 des Tauchröhrchens 11 und der Längsachse 10 der Quetschflasche 1 konnte erreicht werden, dass bereits mit geringer Neigung ein aufwärts gerichteter Flüssigkeitsstrahl erreicht wird als gegenüber konventionellen Geräten zur Reinigung bzw. Desinfektion. Des weitern weist die Quetschflasche 1 im Bereich des Überganges Flasche/Auslauforgan 2 eine Vertiefung/Kragen 4 auf, in welcher die Reinigungsbürste/-schwamm 6 bei Nichtgebrauch teilweise versenkt werden kann.

   Dadurch wird verhindert, dass nach Gebrauch und Zurückschieben der Reinigungsbürste/-schwamm 6 und nachträglichem Hinstellen der Quetschflasche 1 auf ihren Boden 8 Flüssigkeit über die Flasche läuft. In Ergänzung zu diesem Tropfenfänger 12 besitzt die Flasche noch einen Schraub- oder Kappenverschluss 7, welcher im Bereich des Kragens 4 aufgeschraubt oder aufgesteckt werden kann. Zur vorteilhaften Handhabung der Quetschflasche kann diese einen integrierten Haltegriff 13 oder eine der Hand angepasste Vertiefung 14 in der Flaschenoberfläche aufweisen.

  The invention relates to a container for a cleaning agent, in particular for cleaning and / or disinfecting toilet bowls and similar sanitary installations with a squeeze bottle made of plastic containing the cleaning agent liquid, pasty or in powder form with an angled outlet element and a cleaning brush and / or sponge mounted thereon.



  With conventional dispensers for cleaning agents on the market for the abovementioned application area without the integrated cleaning brush / sponge, the operator has to operate the squeeze bottle with one hand and mechanically process the bowl with the other hand using a toilet brush for complete cleaning.



  This somewhat complex method of working is often perceived as extremely uncomfortable, in particular because the application of cleaning material on the one hand and the mechanical cleaning work with the brush on the other hand is difficult and requires a certain amount of practice. In the event that the cleaning agent is first applied from a squeeze bottle and the brush is only activated afterwards, a relatively large amount of cleaning agent can get into the drain unused before the brush starts to operate.



  The invention has for its object to remedy the difficulties and disadvantages mentioned and to present an improved and further developed dispenser, with the help of which cleaning work for the operator, in particular the housewife, is made considerably easier. Thanks to the innovative sliding brush / sponge, it is also possible to use the dispenser as previously used squeeze bottles and known dispensers and to use the cleaning material e.g. Spray in hard-to-reach places (edge of toilet bowls, etc.). In addition, the further developed dispenser enables economical and efficient use of the cleaning agent for those applications in which the adjustable cleaning brush is located at the level of the outlet opening of the outlet element.

  In this case, cleaning agent can be applied and the mechanical cleaning process can be started at the same time. In addition, the improved cleaning dispenser should be simple and inexpensive to manufacture.



  The aforementioned task area is covered by the fact that an adjustable cleaning brush or sponge is attached to the extended outlet of the squeeze bottle, which can be pushed over the mouth of the outlet as required. This can be seen from the characterizing part of patent claim 1.



  Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below, the drawings showing the following:

  Due to the construction method shown above, it is possible to a large extent to avoid unnecessary losses of the cleaning material during the cleaning work, since the cleaning material can be applied directly from the mouthpiece 5 onto the cleaning brush 6 or the cleaning surface. At the time when the cleaning material emerges from the opening 5, it is already distributed with the brush 6 and thus optimally develops its cleaning action at the desired point. Due to the angled design of the outlet organ 3, the work is also carried out in places that are difficult to access, e.g. under the edge of the toilet bowl, etc., much easier.

  Also due to the angled design of the outlet member 3, this construction enables the cleaning substance to be applied at higher, but also at lower points, compared to conventional squeeze bottles. Through the optimal selection of the angle between the longitudinal axis 9 of the immersion tube 11 and the longitudinal axis 10 of the squeeze bottle 1, it was possible to achieve that an upward directed liquid jet is achieved with a slight inclination than compared to conventional devices for cleaning or disinfection. Furthermore, the squeeze bottle 1 has a depression / collar 4 in the area of the transition from bottle / outlet member 2, in which the cleaning brush / sponge 6 can be partially sunk when not in use.

   This prevents liquid from running over the bottle after use and pushing back the cleaning brush / sponge 6 and subsequently placing the squeeze bottle 1 on its base 8. In addition to this drip catcher 12, the bottle also has a screw or cap closure 7, which can be screwed or plugged on in the area of the collar 4. For advantageous handling of the squeeze bottle, it can have an integrated handle 13 or a recess 14 adapted to the hand in the bottle surface.

1. Dispenser for a cleaning agent, in particular for cleaning and / or disinfecting toilet bowls, urinals and similar sanitary installations with a squeeze bottle (1) made of plastic containing the cleaning agent liquid, pasty or in powder form with an angled outlet element having a mouthpiece (5) (3), characterized in that an adjustable cleaning brush (6) or a cleaning sponge is attached to the outlet member (3), which or which is displaceable between the mouthpiece of the outlet member (3) and the squeeze bottle neck.
