Abstract

The middle part (1) of this watch case comprises a cylindrical face (2) against which a ring (3) made from plastic for mounting the glass (4) is gripped by a metal L-section ring (5). This ring (5) has a frustoconical outer face (7) on which a rotating bezel (8) having a frustoconical inner surface (9) of identical diameter and identical angle to the frustoconical face (7) is notch-mounted. The ring (5) also comprises an annular clearance (10) for receiving an annular spring (12) which is curved (undulating) relative to its plane and bears, on the one hand, against the bottom of the clearance (10) and, on the other hand, against an annular part (15) of the rotating bezel (8). Arms (14) are cut out from this annular spring (12) in order to engage in a positioning groove (16) cut out along the inner edge of the annular part (15). <IMAGE>
