Descrizione
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un ablato-re per uso odontoiatrico realizzato in resine sintetiche rinforzate, caratterizzato da ciò che dette resine sintetiche sono resine poliammidiche rinforzate da fibre metalliche o non metalliche, disposte in modo sostanzialmente parallelo all'asse longitudinale dell'ablatore stesso.
Gli attuali ablatori che servono principalmente per allontanare il tartaro, la placca batterica ed il cemento radicolare, sono fabbricati, in metallo, generalmente in acciaio.
L'uso di questi strumenti in metallo comporta molte volte una eccessiva asportazione di materiale dentario sano, il che può causure delle ipersensibilità della dentina.
Questo viene evitato, realizzando, secondo l'invenzione, l'ablatore in resine sintetiche e più specificatamente in resine poliammidiche rinforzate. Ovviamente la forma, la resina ed il materiale di rinforzo debbono evitarne la rottura. Tale azione di rinforzo, viene ottenuta mediante l'inserimento nell'ablatore di fibre che si dispongono in modo sostanzialmente parallelo al suo asse longitudinale.
Tali fibre possono ad esempio essere in vetro, in carbonio, al limite anche metalliche, ma esse sono comunque, completamente annegate nella resina sintetica dell'ablatore.
Il disegno allegato rappresente una preferita forma non limitativa di realizzazione dell'ablatore oggetto dell'invenzione.

L'ablatore è realizzato in resine sintetiche termoplastiche come resine poliammidiche e simili, rinforzate da fibre dirette parallelamente all'asse longitudinale AB (fig. 1). Le fibre possono essere in vetro, carbonio, al limite anche metalliche, ma comunque, completamente annegate nella resina, il tutto in modo da resistere alle sollecitazioni di flessione ed evitarne la rottura.
Claims (2)
1. Ablatore per uso odontoiatrico, realizzato in resine sintetiche rinforzate, caratterizzato da ciò che dette resine sintetiche sono resine poliammidiche rinforzate da fibre metalliche o non metalliche disposte in modo sostanzialmente parallelo all'asse longitudinale dell'ablatore stesso.
2. Ablatore secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato da ciò che le suddette fibre sono in vetro o carbonio.
