- das Eindrücken des Schliessbolzens über einen ersten Bewegungsabschnitt bloss bis hinter den Riegel und das dadurch stattfindende Verriegeln mit dem Gehäuse;

The invention relates to a device for the releasable connection of two objects according to the preamble of claim 1.
Objects in the sense of the invention are components which are to be connected to one another and then to be detached from one another again. This includes, for example, doors and door frames, couplings of hoses, ropes, rods, etc. , devices to be attached to walls or the like. , Wall panels, covers etc.
Devices similar to the preamble of claim 1 have become known in a wide variety of variations, for example as a trunk or hood closure, or as connecting elements for two components provided with aligned openings, as described, for example, in German Offenlegungsschrift 3,511,070. In all these known systems, one-hand operation is only possible when the device is closed, but when loosening, at least a second sequence of movements is required, such as pulling an opening lever in the vehicle or pressing a pin or the like. (compare the DE-OS).
There are also devices or Furniture fittings are known which are equipped with a toggle lever mechanism and thus enable the opening and closing of doors only by applying pressure. However, these devices are relatively complicated to manufacture and have a large number of components.
In addition, when the toggle lever is stretched out there is a strong cracking noise in some cases. B. in the bedroom area can be felt as uncomfortable.
In addition, one also knows snap locks with a spring-loaded locking element, e.g. B. Ball snappers that are easy to use in both directions, but offer hardly more resistance in the opening direction than in the closing direction.
The invention has for its object to provide a device that can be manufactured in a simple design with few components, but nevertheless a secure connection, for. B. when closing, a door, a firm closed hold and easy release should be allowed and operated with one hand. In addition, the disadvantages of the known devices are to be avoided.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. According to the invention, the entire device thus consists of only four components: a locking bolt, an unlocking part, a resilient bolt and a receiving part having a housing. The objects to be connected are each attached to the locking bolt or attached to the housing so that both can be connected together.
A locking bolt in the sense of the invention is preferably designed as a turned part, but any other shapes are also within the scope of the invention. The only thing that is decisive for the locking bolt is the presence of a shaft with a certain length, as will be explained later, for the storage of the unlocking part or the bolt. If the unlocking part is mounted on the shaft of the locking bolt, it also has a displacement part or a displacement contour on the or which is able to press the bolt - which is then stored in the housing - into its open position during the closing in order to thereby allow the locking bolt to penetrate, and which on the other hand must be able to be locked with the bolt when it rests under spring action his closing position has come back.
If the bolt is mounted on the shaft of the locking bolt, the displacer part on the locking bolt can be omitted, although a tapered contour at its tip can facilitate closing.
Within the scope of the invention, all those components can act as resilient latches which are resiliently pressed in their closing direction, which can be pressed into an open position by a displacement contour and which then automatically move back into their closed position. As mentioned, they can be mounted in the housing or on the locking bolt.
In the variant with the bolt on the locking bolt, the normal extension of this displacement contour to the direction of movement is at least as large, but preferably larger than the displacement contour of the locking bolt.
In other words, the device characterized by claim 1 knows 3 types of movement:
- The locking bolt is pressed in over a first movement section only up to behind the bolt and thereby locked with the housing;
- The deeper penetration of the locking bolt over a second movement section into the housing and thereby the opening or spreading of the bolt through the unlocking part or the displacement contour of the unlocking part; and
- The subsequent retraction of the locking bolt into the released position, the bolt - guided by the unlocking part - its counter bearing on the locking bolt or can skip in the housing.
Claims 2 and 3 characterize or describe the inventive design of a device with the bolt on the locking bolt, which is to a certain extent a technical reversal solution to that in which the bolt is mounted in the housing.
The gutter ensures that the bolt takes the unlocking part with it when it is pulled back as far as it will go (the displacer part formed by the inwardly turned housing). The connection between the bolt and this channel essentially corresponds to that of a conventional ball catch. An annular groove on the locking bolt allows the use of a relatively cheap spring washer as a bolt, which can also be easily exchanged, while a hole with a latch-like bolt is particularly advantageous for acylindrical locking bolts.
The optional feature of claim 2 and the features described in the characterizing parts of claims 8 and 9 guarantee an absolutely secure release of the device as soon as the unlocking part has displaced the bolt, the start slope usually provided on the displacement contour of the locking bolt automatically cooperating with an entry slope of the bolt , so that the locking bolt is pushed out of the housing. In the design with the bolt on the locking bolt, when the bolt is opened, it cooperates with a run-on slope designed as a displacement contour on the outer edge of the housing which acts as a displacement part.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device for releasable connection, which can be operated with one hand, with the locking bolts and the housing are to be automatically spaced apart from each other when releasing, so that, for example, a door after releasing the connection is at least a distance automatically opens, as is known in known toggle lever systems for furniture fittings. In addition, a force opposed to the release should be provided, which a certain or adjustable effort required by the person who wants to accomplish the release.
This latter task is particularly important in the area of child safety for doors. In many cases, even if there are locks, the children get the keys and thus prohibited access. The latter task is solved in a simple manner by the features of claim 4. Depending on the force overcome to release the device, appropriately strong springs can be provided. The adjustable or interchangeable springs allow constant adaptation to the existing conditions (age of the children), while a lock enables permanent locking. In the sense of the invention, a lock is to be understood as meaning components which can be brought into engagement with the displacement part of the locking bolt in some way in order to prevent its movement.
Any resilient material such as conventional spiral or leaf springs can be used as springs in the sense of the invention.
Further features and advantages are described in the characteristics of the dependent claims.
The features of claim 5 ensure easy interchangeability and uncomplicated assembly of the spring, while the features of claim 6 characterize an optimally integrated solution, a particularly simple design and inexpensive spring material.
The features of claim 7 enable the pretensioning of the spring to be adjusted simply and quickly, so that it can be changed if necessary (visiting by strangers, but also, for example, reducing the spring force when the user is convalescent, etc. ).
The features of claims 10 and 11 represent different construction variants, which also guarantee secure unlocking and have an uncomplicated shape. The arbitrarily actuated linkage can be used for those special cases in which the device should not be released by pressing directly on the locking bolt.

The same parts are provided with the same reference number, similar parts with the same reference number and different index. The figures are described comprehensively and coherently.
According to the essence of the invention, the device consists of a receiving part 1 and a locking part 2, the latter of which has a locking bolt 9, which corresponds to the Fig. 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 13, 16, 18, 19 and 21 to 27 can be mushroom-shaped and has a cylindrical shaft and a - corresponding to the cap of the mushroom - conically widened displacer part 12 which is against the direction of movement (Arrow 57) acts as a jack, as will be explained later.
The locking bolt 9 according to the Fig. 33 to 36 is cylindrical without a mushroom cap because it does not have to be displaced.
The locking bolt 9a in the Fig. 3 and 8 is hook-shaped, the projecting part of the hook forming the displacer part 12f.
The displacer part 12g in FIGS. 21 to 27 has on its side facing away from the receiving part 1 a recess 59 for partially receiving an unlocking part 11 d-f, while the other displacement parts 12 in this area have a flat end face in a plane about 90 ° to the axis 6 of the locking bolt 9.
The displacement part 12e according to FIG. 10 is also mushroom-shaped, but axially provided with a bore 14 in the middle.
All displacer parts 12 have a displacer contour 13 which is essentially conical or cambered.
The displacer contour 13 is used to first push back a bolt 5 when connecting the parts, to overcome it in the direction of movement (arrow 57) and then to latch with it. The displacement contour 13e; f and the displacer 12i; k is not on the locking pin 9 but on the housing 2n; m trained. The relevant bolts 5k and 1 are pressed inwards by the contours 13 e and f, while the bolts 5a-i are always pressed outwards by the contours 13e-d during locking.
As with the locking bolts 9, the bolts 5 have a wide variety of training variants which are essentially determined by the displacement processes occurring during the closing process and by the connecting forces to be transmitted between the two parts. The most massive design of the bolt is in the Fig. 1, 2 and 9 and 12 are shown. In these cases, the latch 5a or 5b from three identical ring segment-shaped elements which are supported by a spring or centered by a rubber ring 16 and held pressed against the axis 6. Due to the elasticity of the spring or of the rubber ring 16, the bolt 5a and b can thus be pressed radially apart and a passage of the displacer part 12a or allow d.
After the displacement part 12a or d has passed with its widest point (greatest extension normal to the direction of movement), the latch 5a or b due to the spring force of the rubber ring 16 again. Of course, instead of three ring segments, several or only two can also be provided.
In cases where less forces have to be transmitted, simpler one-piece bolts 5c, as shown in FIGS. 3, 6 and 8 are shown. In these cases, the bar 5c is a component with a trapezoidal cross section.
Production technically simplified to manufacture and yet with a good power transmission ratio, the bars 5d are shown in FIG. 4, 14 and 17. The bars 5d essentially consist of an integrally formed, annular leaf spring which is cut in a star shape on the inside and in which the cut segments 34 are bent at an angle to the planar extent of the leaf spring. The segments 34 allow the displacer 12 to pass through in the direction of movement by resilient retraction. As soon as this has happened, they return to their starting position and thus prevent the device from being released.
Another bolt 5e is shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. The bolt 5e consists of an open conical spring washer, which can be widened by the displacement contour 13 and returns resiliently to its initial position.
The bars 5d and 5e have the advantage over the bars 5 described above that they spring without additional spring elements and are easy to manufacture.
All previously described variants of the bolt 5 have an entry slope 7, which displaces the bolt when the displacer part 12 is pressed into the closing or Direction of movement allowed. This entry slope 7 and the consequently interacting displacement contour 13 are selected such that the friction between the two surfaces is minimal and self-locking is prevented.
The weakest design of the bolt 5h results when it is formed from spring wire and only provides for locking with two retaining lugs (69). However, such a design, like the variants of the bars 5f, g, i, k, which also consist of a bent spring wire, is the most cost-effective, especially since they both lock and spring themselves. The entry slope is given by the mostly round design of the wire cross-section.
The third essential element for the invention is an unlocking part 11, which on the outside 18 of the shaft of the locking bolt 9 or on the inside surface 71 of the housing 3m, n (Fig. 33-36) is slidably arranged. The unlocking parts 11a, b, and d to g according to FIGS. 1; 4 or 2; 7; 9; 10 and 18 and 21 to 27 and 33 to 36 are cylindrical sleeves, while the unlocking part 11c according to FIGS. 3 and 8 is a cubic or prismatic body with a bore for the shaft of the locking bolt 9a. Just like the displacer part 12, all variants of the unlocking parts 11 have a displacer contour 17 which, in the simplest case, corresponds to FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 16, 18, 19 and 36 is formed from a right-angled connection between the end face of the unlocking part 11 facing the displacement part 12 and the outside thereof.
The displacement contour 17a is preferably rounded, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 8 can be seen. A sharp edge of the displacement contour 17 could damage the entry slope 7 if it is operated frequently. Rounding reduces the friction between the entry slope 7 and the displacement contour 17 and thus facilitates the closing of the device. Self-locking between the displacement contour 17 and the entry slope 7 is prevented.
In the Fig. 21 to 27 and 33 to 35 are the displacer contours 17b; c beveled similar to that of the displacer 12. The unlocking parts 11d and e have a ridge 62 following the displacement contour 17b or c and via an adjoining groove 60, or 60b whose rounding is preferably that of the wire of the bar 5g, h or k speaks. When unlocking, the displacer contour 17b or c into the recess 59 or 59a of the displacement part 12g or i and after overcoming the width of the ridge 62 of the bars 5g; H; k briefly into the channel 60; 60b, so that when it is finally opened, it is slightly pretensioned over the ridge 60 or over the gap between the displacer 12g, i and the unlocking part 11d, e, g. This configuration optimally takes into account the spring properties of the bolt 5g, h, k.
A special entry slope is no longer necessary.
The unlocking part 11 is independent of the locking bolt 9c or 9e (Fig. 2 or Fig. 7) or pressed together with the locking bolt 9 against the entry slope 7 of the bolt 5, so that the bolt retreats radially outward until the point of greatest normal extension to the direction of movement of the unlocking part 11 or the displacement contour 17 to the radially innermost surface 29 (Fig. 6) the latch 5 is jammed. In this position, the bolt 5 is in its release position. The locking bolt 9, which slides in the unlocking part 11, can be retracted until it reaches the end face of the unlocking part 11 facing it with its displacer part 12.
If the locking bolt 9 is now pulled further outwards, the displacement part 12 or the latch 5k; i (Fig. 33-36) with the unlocking part 11. In the exemplary embodiments according to FIG. 1-32, the displacement part 12 pulls the unlocking part 11 out of the clamping of the bolt 5. In the variants according to Fig. 33-36 blocks the displacer 12i; k the removal of the unlocking part 11g; h and the latch 5k; l becomes from the clamping of part 11g; h pulled as soon as the unlocking part 11 has left the bolt 5, or conversely, the displacement part 12 takes over the clamping force of the bolt 5.
However, since the displacer part 12 has its conical or convex displacer contour 13, the bolt 5 - moving further into the closed position - slides in the direction of the axis 6 and thus displaces the displacer part 12 and thus the locking bolt 9 into the fully released position.
To ensure that this always works reliably, the dimension 20 of the bolt 5 must be in the direction of movement (arrow 57 in FIG. 1) correspond at most to the play 19 of the unlocking part 11 in the direction of movement on the locking bolt 9 (see FIG. 3). Using the Fig. 10 it can be seen that the dimension 20 is to be measured from the point at which the unlocking part 11e becomes effective when the spring bolt 5e is moved to the right.
In addition, the dimension 30b of the bolt 5 in the direction of movement in its area closest to the locking bolt 9 must not be smaller than the minimum distance between the displacer contour 17a of the unlocking part 11c and the displacer contour 13a of the displacer part 12f, measured from the point from which the displacer contour becomes its greatest width reached perpendicular to the direction of movement (Fig. 8th).
Finally, it is of course necessary that the extent of the unlocking part 11 normal to the direction of movement is at least as large as the greatest normal extent of the displacer part 12. In the Fig. 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10, the unlocking parts 11 are shown with approximately the same outside diameter as the displacement parts 12, while the unlocking part 11c according to FIG. 3 and 8 have a slightly larger outer diameter than the displacer part 12f and on its end face 27 facing the displacer part 12f has an undercut 28 which is suitable for partially accommodating the displacer part 12f.
As a result, when unlocking, the locking part 11c is pushed in against the entry slope 7b of the locking bar 5c or after subsequent locking of the latch 5c on the displacer contour 17a for an elegant removal of the locking bolt 9a from its closed or locked position. With such a design, the bolt 5c can be particularly narrow (seen in the direction of movement of the locking bolt).
The variants according to the Fig. 1 to 18, as well as 23, 30 and 31 also show a spring 10, which opposes the insertion of the locking bolt 9 or at least the insertion of the unlocking part 11, a resilient resistance.
In the Fig. 1 and 18, a spring 10b is shown, which is fastened to a pressure plate 8, which is attached to the shaft of the locking bolt 9d and projects radially therefrom. The spring 10b is formed from a sleeve-shaped foamed elastomer and is arranged concentrically with the shaft of the locking bolt 9d. It is glued to the end face of the pressure plate 8 facing the displacer 12d.
The spring 10b can, if required, be replaced at any time by a spring with a different spring characteristic, but with approximately the same dimensions (10c, 10d), see FIG. 5, to be replaced. Different hard settings can be achieved, which close or Difficult to loosen the device or facilitate.
On the side facing away from the pressure plate 8, the spring 10b is supported in the closed state on the outer wall 35 of a housing 3a, which has the bolt 5a and a bore 4 for the locking bolt 9d or whose displacer part has 12a.
In the variant according to Fig. 18, the spring 10b is supported on its side facing away from the pressure plate 8 against the border of a bore in a door 36a. In this application, the spring is attached to both the pressure plate 8 and the door 36a, for. B. glued and thereby holds the locking bolt 9e captively. The bore in the door 36a is so wide that the unlocking part 11f is also received therein and its sliding movement on the shaft of the locking bolt 9i is not hindered. The closing or Release movement is in the variant according to Fig. 18 thus carried out by direct pressure on the pressure plate 8, while in the variant according to FIG. 1 in the case of a door lock, the pressure plate 8 is fastened or integrated on the inside of a door and the closing or Loosening is done by pressing the door itself.
Such a variant is shown in Fig. 16 indicated on the door 36b.
The housing 3a is in the case of FIG. 15 and 16 integrated in the door frame 37. A reverse design, in which the locking bolt is attached to the door frame and the housing is accommodated in the door, is of course also possible in special cases. In both cases, a pressure plate 8 can be dispensed with if the end 38 of the shaft 9b facing away from the displacer 12 is designed, for example, as a screw, as shown in FIG. 16 indicated. In such a case, however, the attachment of a sleeve-shaped spring 10b is also unfavorable, so that one of the spring variants described below is used.
In the Fig. 2 to 4 and 6, as well as 15 and 16, the spring force is formed by a spring 10 lying inside the housing 3, which spring acts as a helical spring (10a in FIG. 4; 10g in Fig. 2), tubular foam spring (10c in Fig. 6) or block-shaped foam spring (10h; l in Fig. 3; 33) is formed. In Fig. 2 also shows a cylindrical foam spring 10f which is inserted into the spiral spring 10g to increase the spring force thereof.
All springs 10 can be replaced, or as in Fig. 2, can be amplified. In the Fig. 4 and 6, however, preferred variants are shown in which the spring force is adjusted by an adjusting screw 25 or an adjustment eccentric 26 is adjustable.
The adjustment is made by turning an adjusting knob 39, which is connected to an eccentric cam 41 via a shaft 40 (FIG. 6), or designed as a screw 42 and screwed into a thread in the housing 3c. Both the eccentric cam 41 and the screw 42 act on an abutment 24a; b; c for the spring 10c; a; l. In Fig. 4; 33 is another abutment 43; 43a shown, which on the abutment 24b; c opposite end of the spring 10a; l is provided and the transition between the displacement part 12a or the locking bolt and the spring 10a; l forms.
Another adjustment of the spring force is particularly advantageous in the embodiment according to FIG. 30 and 31, since it can be made there by means of a screwdriver 68 from the side of the locking part 2. A screw 42a carries a rubber composite disc 66a made of metal, to which the spring 10k made of rubber is glued. At the other end of the spring 10k there is also a rubber compound disc 66b, in which a screw slot 67 or a cross hole slot is formed. The screw 42a is adjustably screwed into a thread in the housing 3k.
In the Fig. 7 shows a variant in which the locking bolt is divided into two parts 9e and 9f. The parts of the locking bolt 9e and 9f are non-detachably connected at their separation points with a spring 10e. The unlocking part 11e bridges both parts 9e and 9f. The part 9e which carries the displacer part 12c is thus captively connected to the part 9f which in turn carries the pressure plate 8. When the device is released, the pressure plate 8 is pressurized, as already described above, whereupon the distance between the two parts 9e and 9f is reduced against the force of the spring 10e, so that the unlocking part 11e against the entry slope of the bolt, not shown is pushed.
In the Fig. 9 to 12 and 19 no springs are shown, since in these variants the resilient force can possibly be dispensed with. In the Fig. 10, however, a rubber seal 44 is shown, which under certain circumstances can also have a resilient effect. The rubber seal 44 forms a transition between the drilled displacement part 12e and the housing 3g, which in turn is tightly connected to a hose 45. Since the pierced locking bolt 9h is also connected tightly to a hose 46, the variant according to FIG. 10 an undisturbed passage light between the tubes 45 and 46 in the closed state.
All in the Fig. 1-32 shown housing 3 have suitable receptacles for receiving the bolt 5 and for receiving the locking bolt 9, which requires a depth of penetration 21, which is designed in accordance with the characterizing part of claim 1 (cf. Longitudinal extension of the displacement part 12f, game 19 of the unlocking part 11c on the locking bolt 9a in Fig. 3).
Now to the further details in the embodiments: The variant according to Fig. 1 has in its housing 3a a slot 47 which projects radially outward from the axis 6 and which receives a sliding lock 22 with an approximately rectangular cross section, with the aid of which the penetration movement of the locking bolt 9 can be prevented. The lock 22 could also be connected to a lock, not shown, so that only persons who have a suitable key have access. Another lock could also be provided parallel to the spring 10b.
In the variant according to Fig. 2, the unlocking part 11b is connected to a linkage 15 which is guided axially in a bore in the shaft of the locking bolt 9c. In the area of the unlocking part 11b, the Schliessbol zen 9c has a slot 48 in which two radially outwardly projecting parts of the linkage 15 are displaceable in the direction of movement. These outwardly projecting parts of the linkage 15 are rigidly connected to the unlocking part 11. A pressure in the direction of movement (arrow 57) on the linkage 15 thus causes the unlocking part 11b to be displaced against the entry slope 7a of the bolt 5a and thus to release the lock. This variant can be provided wherever there is an unwanted pressure on the locking bolt, so that unintended solutions could also take place.
In this case, however, two-handed operation is required.
The housing 3c according to the variant according to FIG. 4 is a pressed part which has an edge 48 at its end facing the pressure plate 8, which is pressed inwards during the mounting of the receiving part 1, that is to say when all parts are installed in the housing 3c. The original condition is shown in dash-dotted lines. By pressing the edge 48 inwards, a washer 49 is pressed against the spring washer, which is designed as a latch 5d, so that it is permanently and captively fixed in the housing 3c.
For the installation of a receiving part 1 or of the housing 3 in a door or a door frame, a thread can also be provided on the circumference of the housing 3c, so that the housing can be screwed in.
See also Fig. 28 with the door frame 37 and a door 36b, in which a blind hole for the end 38 of a locking part 2 is provided. If the receiving part 1 cannot be inserted into the door frame, a receiving sleeve 63 according to FIG. 29 provided that 65 slots 64 on its base surface for screwing to a door frame o. the like having. In such a receiving sleeve 63, any receiving pieces 1 can be used, preferably screwed who the. A receiving part 1 according to FIG. 31
The springs 10b to 10d according to FIG. 5 are made of the same material and have different strengths (10b and 10c), or Made of a non-foamed elastomer, which has wedge-shaped receiving rings to control the spring characteristics (10d).
The spring 10c in the variant according to FIG. 6 is held in the housing 3d by holding shoulders 49 coaxial to the axis 6 of the locking bolt 9b. The bolt 5c is held captive in the housing 3d by a known and not shown measure, so that it is not lost after the locking bolt 9b has been removed. In the direction of axis 6, it is held pressed by a spiral spring 50. The displacer contours 13c and 13d of the displacer part 12b and 12c in FIGS. In contrast to the other displacement contours, 6 and 7 are of purely conical design.
The variant according to Fig. 9 and 11 serve for the releasable closing of two cable ends 51a and b, the cable end 51a being soldered to the locking bolt 9g and the cable end 51b being soldered to the housing 3f which essentially forms the receiving part. The unlocking part 11e has a conical bevel 52, which facilitates pressing it against the bolt 5b. A similar bevel 52b is attached to the locking part 11e in the hose coupling according to the variant in FIG. 10 trained.
The Fig. 15 and 16 show schematically illustrated hinges 53 for mounting a door 36. An adjustment mechanism according to the Fig. 6 is indicated by the knob 39b. The receiving part 1 consists of the housing 3 and the bolt 5 and is recessed in the door frame 37.
The in Fig. 19 shown rear of a vehicle has a push device 54, in which a receiving part 1 is integrated. With a locking bolt 9g according to FIG. 9, it is thus possible in the simplest form to connect a tow rope or the like to the push device 54.
Such cable attachments are also used in trucks to secure the load.
In Fig. 13 shows a broom 55, which is symbolically held on a ceiling 56 by means of a device according to the invention. Of course, a wide variety of objects can be attached in this way.
The unlocking part 11c according to FIG. 20 shows an additional spring 58 which is clamped between the displacement part 12 and the unlocking part 11c. This additional spring 58 thus ensures the starting position of the unlocking part 11c. The unlocking part 11c is thus basically in the position facing away from the displacer part 12 and is only pressed against the bolt 5 by exerting the desired release pressure on the locking bolt 9. To better guide the additional spring 58, the unlocking part 11c has a concentric undercut facing the unlocking bolt 9, which receives the additional spring 58.
The housing 3h according to Fig. 21 has a groove 61a on its outside, which keeps the latch 5f captive. The latch 5f could be similar to the latch 5h according to FIG. 24 be formed.
The housing 3i according to FIG. 22 has a groove 61b on its inside. The latch 5g protrudes into this groove 61b at at least two points and is thus held captive there. The remaining parts of the groove 61b serve as a diverter when connecting or Unlock.
The latch 5i according to FIG. 25 and 26 is bent rectangular so that it allows locking at four points, while the bolt 5h according to Fig. 24 locked in only two places.
From Fig. 27 shows a locking surface 70 which is formed in one piece with the unlocking part 11f and prevents it from being able to be pressed completely into the receiving part 1, as a result of which it would be impossible to open the device.
The invention is not restricted by the figures shown and by the description. For example, instead of the rubber spring 16, annular spiral springs can also be provided. For special applications, the bolts 5 themselves could be made of elastic material, so that they prevent the penetration of a locking bolt or allow them to be released by the unlocking part 11.
The limiting part of the housing 3i next to the groove 61b could also be formed by flanging the edge, possibly after inserting a washer, to ensure the freedom of movement of the bolt 5g.
The different design of the devices of FIG. As already mentioned, 33-36 is the technical reversal solution of the one shown in FIGS. Principle 1-32 described. The bars 5k or 51 are on the locking bolt 9m or 9n in a groove 60a or held in a bore 74. This latch 5k; l lock in their closed position with a displacer 12i; k, the 3m on the housing; n is formed. The mode of operation and the retention strength are essentially identical to the other variants. The bars 5k, 1 shown are only described by way of example and could be replaced by any other, such as leaf springs, locking cams, locking balls or. the like be educated.
In the Fig. 36 shows how latch-like bolts 51 can be secured against loss: the captive lock 72 essentially has a threaded bolt for each latch-like bolt 51, which can be screwed into the locking bolt 9m, for example by means of a screwdriver 68, and has a length with which it in the bore 74 or engages in a slot-shaped recess 76 of the bolt 51.
The bolt 51 is acted upon by a spring 77 in the closing direction and thus to the outside, but is prevented from falling completely out of the bore 74 by the threaded bolt. The bolt 51 has a catch-like bevel, so that the unlocking part 11h does not have to be chamfered on its end face. A groove 60c on the inner circumferential surface 73 of the unlocking part 11h also serves to tension the bolt 51 so that it, or the locking bolt 9n can pull the unlocking part 11h against the displacement part 12k.
