Description

The invention relates to a lost formwork with a first formwork section which has a downwardly open receiving shaft for receiving a roller shutter, a blind or the like. comprises according to claim 1 and with an adjacent second formwork section.

A lost formwork is a formwork that remains in the building after it has fulfilled its formwork function. It is already known to design such lost formwork in such a way that they have a receiving shaft open at the bottom for receiving a roller shutter or the like. Such formwork is then used in particular as lintel formwork.

Such known lost lintel formwork has a receiving shaft that is open at the bottom as the first formwork section and an adjacent shaft that is open at the top as the second formwork section. The known lost lintel formwork, which form roller shutter boxes, usually consist of walls made of fiber concrete or another lightweight material. However, the mechanical stability of these materials is limited, so that additional supports or formwork are required for larger lintel spans (for example, 2 m or more).

The object of the invention is to provide a lost formwork, in particular lintel formwork of the type mentioned, with which walls or lintels of large span can be formed without additional support, cold bridges being avoided at the same time in the finished state.

According to the invention, it is therefore proposed in a device of the type mentioned at the outset that the load-bearing walls of the receiving shaft consist of metal, preferably of galvanized steel sheet, and that the second formwork section comprises at least one thermal insulation element.

With regard to the good thermal conductivity and thus poor thermal insulation properties of metal, there is a general prejudice in the construction world against the use of metal and especially steel in places where cold bridges are to be avoided. In the case of the receiving shafts for receiving a roller shutter on the side of a blind or the like, the situation is exacerbated by the fact that the wall thickness behind it is reduced by the depth of the shaft and that a cold bridge from the cold shaft to the warm interior is even more to be feared. The invention now overcomes this prejudice and uses metal for the supporting walls of the receiving shaft, but at the same time, instead of the masonry otherwise lying behind it, a second formwork section, which is formed from one or more thermal insulation elements made of thermal insulation material.

Through a generally U-shaped profiled receiving shaft with walls made of metal, preferably sheet steel, a high static strength is achieved, which makes it possible to form larger lintel spans without additional support. Thanks to the large-dimensioned thermal insulation elements behind it, which form the second formwork section, heat transfer figures can be achieved that are still better than that of the normal masonry behind, despite the use of metal for the walls of the receiving shaft.

Further advantages and details of the invention are explained in more detail in the following description of the figures.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross section through an embodiment of a lost formwork according to the invention.
2a, 2b and 2c show schematic cross sections of wall parts from which the receiving shaft in FIG. 1 is formed.
3, 4 and 5 show further exemplary embodiments in a schematic cross section.

The lost formwork shown in FIG. 1 has a first formwork section A and an adjacent second formwork section B, which together have a width which corresponds to the raw wall light. The formwork section A, which essentially takes on the static carrying function, comprises a receiving shaft 1 open at the bottom for receiving a roller shutter, not shown, a blind or the like.

According to the invention, the load-bearing walls 2, 3, 4 of the receiving shaft consist of metal, for example of galvanized sheet steel. Thus, the generally U-shaped profiled receiving shaft 1 has a high static strength. In order to avoid cold bridges despite the use of the highly thermally conductive metal for the walls 2, 3, 4, it is further provided according to the invention that the second formwork section B is formed by at least one thermal insulation element made of thermal insulation material. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, two thermal insulation elements 5a and 5b are provided. Each of these thermal insulation elements is constructed in a sandwich-like manner, a preferably porous or fibrous thermal insulation material 8 (preferably mineral wool or rock wool) being arranged between plate-shaped carrier parts 6 and 7 (preferably made of cement-bound wood wool).

Such sandwich-type thermal insulation elements have an improved static strength compared to loose thermal insulation materials such as sheer mineral wool and can therefore support the static function of the formwork, in particular if they are installed with vertically standing support parts 6 and 7, as shown in FIG. 1. In addition, such thermal insulation elements 5a and 5b can be easily handled and cut to the desired size. The top and bottom end faces of the thermal insulation elements 5a, 5b are covered with plates 15 (for example made of cement-bound wood wool). This also improves the static properties and provides a plaster base. Overall, the fibrous thermal insulation is nowhere exposed, but is enclosed on all sides by plate-shaped parts.

The receiving box can consist of several wall parts, as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. By combining different such wall parts, you can adapt to different shaft depths and shaft heights. In the embodiment shown, a substantially L-shaped profiled wall part 9 is advantageously provided, which comprises the walls 2 and 3 of the receiving shaft 1. Furthermore, an essentially flat wall part 10 is provided, which forms the wall 4 of the receiving shaft 1. While the wall part 9 is formed from a sheet steel sheet, the wall part 10 consists of a perforated plate, which allows moisture to pass naturally.

The two wall parts 9 and 10 can, for example, be screwed together or spot welded in order to form the essentially U-shaped receiving shaft 1 shown in FIG. 1. In the connection area, the wall 3 of the wall part 9 can be angled upwards, as shown in FIG. 2a.

In order to achieve good thermal insulation upwards, the upper wall 3 of the receiving shaft can be covered with a thermal insulation element 11 (carrier parts 11a filled with thermal insulation material 8). A thermal insulation material and / or plaster base 12 can be attached to the front of the metallic wall 2. It is advantageous if the lower end 2a of the front metallic wall 2 of the receiving shaft 1 is bent outwards. A pre-fabricated, excellent edge protection made of metal, in particular steel, is achieved.

At the lower end 4a of the rear metallic wall of the receiving shaft, a holding element shown in FIG. 2 and in FIG. 1 in the form of an L-profile 13 is fastened, which can hold a window or door frame 14. The lost formwork is thus used not only to form the receiving shaft, but also to hold or fasten window or door sticks.

The outside of the rear wall 4 of the receiving shaft 1 is connected to the thermal insulation element 5, more precisely the plate-shaped support part 6 of the thermal insulation element 5a can be glued to the wall 4. The thermal insulation element 5b can then be glued to the thermal insulation element 5a in order to form an overall formwork unit. This can then be used as a unit on the building site and used to formwork a wall or a lintel with the width of the two formwork sections A and B.

In order to achieve a favorable thermal insulation effect, it is advantageous if the thermal insulation elements 5a and 5b extend over at least 70% of the shaft height of the receiving shaft 1. It is particularly favorable if, as shown in FIG. 1, the height of the thermal insulation elements 5a and 5b essentially corresponds to the height of the rear vertical wall 4 of the receiving shaft 1. Particularly suitable thermal insulation materials are those whose thermal conductivity is <0.05 W / mK, preferably <0.035 W / mK.

3, 4 and 5 further exemplary embodiments of the formwork according to the invention are shown.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, a continuous plate 11 min with thermal insulation 8 extends over both formwork sections. It thus covers the top of the receiving shaft 1 and the thermal insulation layers 8 lying to the side. This creates a formwork unit. The front end face of the thermal insulation board 11 min is covered by the board or the plaster base 12. The rear end is covered by a plate 16, which can also serve as a plaster base. A slot 17 is sawn into the lower support plate 11a of the heat insulation plate 11min, into which the angled region of the wall 3 and the wall of the receiving shaft extend. A special intimate connection of the receiving shaft with the thermal insulation board is achieved for 11 minutes.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 4, spacers 18 are provided to reduce the relatively expensive thermal insulation material, which result in a cavity 19 behind the outside of the wall 4. This cavity 19 does not need to be filled with thermal insulation material in order to achieve the required heat transfer coefficients with the usual wall thicknesses and the available thermal insulation materials. The spacers can for example consist of cement-bound wood wool.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the saving of thermal insulation material also plays a role. It is provided that the receiving shaft has a bulge 1a, which faces the second formwork section. In addition to reducing the need for thermal insulation material, the bulge also allows an enlargement of the receiving shaft and thus the accommodation of functional elements for the roller shutters or blinds, as well as other elements such as lighting.
