Abstract
The generator has a diesel tank installed in a container. The container is transported as a permanent International Organization for Standardizationcontainer. The diesel tank is connected with the diesel generator. Container wagons are equipped with electrical lines and connections, so that the wagons comprise an electrical line network. The diesel generator is provided in the container wagons, where the generator is connected to the electrical line network. An independent claim is also included for a train comprising a wagon series consisting of container wagons with a diesel generator.
Description
[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft einen mobilen Dieselgenerator und einen Zug mit einem solchen Dieselgenerator.
[0002] Dieselgeneratoren werden im Strassenverkehr und im Schienenverkehr benützt, beispielsweise um Kühlcontainer oder Tankcontainer während des Transports auf der Strasse mit elektrischer Energie zu versorgen. Während Kühlcontainer die Ware während des Transports kühlen müssen, ist es bei Tankcontainern oft erforderlich, den Tank zu heizen, um den Tankinhalt auf einer vorbestimmten Temperatur zu halten. Dabei wird für jeden Container ein eigener Dieselgenerator eingesetzt. Ein Container ist ein Grossraum-Behälter zur Lagerung und zum Transport von Gütern, wobei im weltweiten Verkehr vor allem Container nach der ISO Norm 668 eingesetzt werden.
[0003] Der Erfindung liegt das Ansinnen zugrunde, den Transport von Kühlcontainern auf der Schiene zu vereinfachen und zu fördern.
[0004] Die genannte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss gelöst durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 und 2.
[0005] Die Erfindung schlägt vor, einen Dieselgenerator im Innenraum eines Containers, beispielsweise eines 20- oder 40-Fuss ISO-Containers, zu installieren, so dass der Dieselgenerator wie ein normaler ISO-Container auf einen Containertragwagen gestellt werden kann, und weiter Containertragwagen mit elektrischen Leitungen und Anschlüssen auszurüsten, so dass eine Wagenfolge aus mehreren Containertragwagen zusammengestellt werden kann, die ein gemeinsames elektrisches Leitungsnetz haben, das von dem im Container installierten Dieselgenerator mit elektrischer Energie versorgt wird und an das die Kühlaggregate der Kühlcontainer und/oder die Heizungen der Tankcontainer angeschlossen werden können. Ein Zug kann eine einzige solche Wagenfolge oder mehrere solche Wagenfolgen aufweisen.
Auf diese Weise kann die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Schienentransports von Kühlcontainern und auch Tankcontainern deutlich verbessert werden.
[0006] Der Container mit dem Dieselgenerator enthält auch einen Tank für den Diesel, der mit dem Dieselgenerator verbunden ist. Eine Tankfüllung reicht aus, um mehrere Kühlcontainer und/oder Tankcontainer während mehrerer Tage Bahntransport mit elektrischer Energie zu versorgen.
[0007] Es ist nicht erforderlich, dass der Container mit dem Dieselgenerator ein geschlossener Behälter ist. Es genügt, dass der Container ein Rahmengestell mit den mechanischen Befestigungselementen eines normalen ISO-Containers hat, da es nur darum geht, den Dieselgenerator wie einen normalen ISO-Container auf einem Containertragwagen platzieren und befestigen zu können. Unter dem Begriff Container ist daher ein Behälter zu verstehen, der wie ein gewöhnlicher ISO-Container transportierbar ist, unabhängig davon, ob der Container Seitenwände und oder ein Dach aufweist. Bevorzugt ist der Container zudem mit gewöhnlichen ISO-Containern stapelbar.
[0008] Die Anforderungen der Kühlcontainer und der Tankcontainer an die elektrische Energieversorgung können sehr verschieden sein. Es gibt Kühlcontainer, die über eine 4-adrige Leitung mit Strom versorgt werden müssen, und Kühlcontainer, die über eine 5-adrige Leitung mit Strom versorgt werden müssen. Eine 4-adrige Leitung enthält z.B. drei Drähte für die drei Phasen bei der Versorgung mit Dreiphasenwechselstrom und einen Draht für die Erde. Eine 5-adrige Leitung enthält z.B. drei Drähte für die drei Phasen bei der Versorgung mit Dreiphasenwechselstrom, einen Draht für die Erde und einen Draht für den Nullleiter.
Die elektrische Ausrüstung der Containertragwagen und des Dieselgenerators, d.h. die elektrischen Leitungen und Anschlüsse, sind dementsprechend ausgeführt, d.h. es ist durchaus möglich, dass die Containertragwagen verschiedene Leitungsnetze aufweisen. Diese Leitungsnetze werden vom gleichen Dieselgenerator mit elektrischer Energie gespeist.

The invention proposes to install a diesel generator in the interior of a container, such as a 20- or 40-foot ISO container, so that the diesel generator can be placed like a normal ISO container on a container wagon, and further container wagons equipped with electrical lines and connections, so that a train of several container wagons can be put together, which have a common electrical line network, which is supplied by the diesel generator installed in the container with electrical energy and to which the refrigeration units of the refrigerated containers and / or the heaters Tank container can be connected. It is not necessary that the container with the diesel generator is a closed container. It is sufficient that the container has a frame with the mechanical fasteners of a normal ISO container, since it is only about the diesel generator as a normal ISO container to place on a container car and fasten. The term container is therefore to be understood as a container that can be transported like an ordinary ISO container, regardless of whether the container has side walls and / or a roof. Preferably, the container is also stackable with ordinary ISO containers.
The requirements of the refrigerated container and the tank container to the electrical energy supply can be very different. There are refrigerated containers that need to be supplied with electricity via a 4-core cable and refrigerated containers that need to be supplied with power via a 5-core cable. A 4-wire line contains e.g. three wires for the three phases in the supply of three-phase alternating current and a wire for the earth. A 5-core lead contains e.g. three wires for the three phases in the supply of three-phase alternating current, a wire for the earth and a wire for the neutral conductor.
