<tb>Fig. 1<sep>einen Einschiebmechanismus gemäss Stand der Technik;
<tb>Fig. 2<sep>einen Einschiebmechanismus gemäss Erfindung;

The invention is in the field of fittings and relates to a fitting for a piece of furniture with a slide-in flap, and a fitting system and a piece of furniture with a corresponding fitting or fitting system.
In the furniture sector, especially in office furniture, a fitting is used to close flaps fronts of furniture flush or swing when opening can.
Previous fittings allow a simple from bottom to top opening the doors, the door is inserted after opening into the piece of furniture. The door is attached laterally with hinges and is guided in parallel by means of a connecting rod. Disadvantage of this fitting is that the furniture cover must be flush-mounted, i. a front does not run across the entire furniture height. Due to the simple turning mechanism, in which the furniture door is rotated when opening and closing around a pivot point, it is not possible for reasons of space to mount the door at the same height as the furniture piece cover.
Fittings in which a flap front aufschlägt on the lid ("flush-mounted") so far only allow an opening of the flap, but no insertion. This is disadvantageous because constantly relatively much space is needed and also there is a risk of accidents due to the above flap.
The invention has for its object to develop a fitting with which a front of a piece of furniture after opening in this is inserted and with which at the same time the front in the closed state hits the lid of the piece of furniture, so a "cover flush" construction of a Furniture flap allows.
The object is achieved by a fitting with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.
The fitting has a flap hinge with a front element for attaching a front, for example, a door of a piece of furniture, and connected to the front element side member. Furthermore, the fitting has a guide rail in which the side element is guided. The guide rail is attached to the inside of a piece of furniture, so that a front can be inserted over the guide in the guide rail in the piece of furniture.
In order to guarantee in a closed state a flush of a front with a lid of a piece of furniture and at the same time an insertion, the flap hinge is designed so that a superimposed movement of the front element is feasible. This movement is preferably a superposition of at least two, preferably three rotations about different pivot points. The front element is thereby moved from a closed vertical state to a horizontal and slightly outwardly and downwardly offset position corresponding to a fully opened state.
The flap hinge preferably has a plurality of pivot points, wherein a single pivot point for rotating the front element from a horizontal to a vertical position is used, so the actual opening and closing of a front element attached to the front. A second, third and preferably further pivot points are provided for forward and downward displacement of the front in the flap hinge. The slight forward movement away from the furniture ensures that a top end of a front does not collide with an outer end of a lid of a piece of furniture during the opening and closing movement. Such a displacement away from the furniture corresponds to about 1/3 or half of a front depth. An offset down substantially corresponds to the height of a lid, so that a front as possible to lie directly below and parallel to a lid.
With the inventive fitting, it is now possible to create "cover-flush" pieces of furniture, which allow insertion of a front, but have no additional, optically and design often undesirable joints. In particular, existing pieces of furniture can be provided with retractable fronts, which otherwise might not be possible without major changes. Also can be minimized with a cover flush construction dust deposition in pieces of furniture.
The fitting is also compact and space-saving design, since just in office furniture optimal space utilization is of central importance. In contrast to doors, the slide-in flap is stored in the interior of the furniture, where the storage space for folders and various office materials is located. This means that the fitting should not limit the capacity of the piece of furniture further, or the outer dimensions of the furniture should be maintained. This is especially true in modular systems. In addition, the inventive fitting usually allows almost complete insertion of the front. This also applies to office furniture with existing standard dimensions, even if a front height increases in comparison to known insertion flaps in a front impact construction.
The side member is guided in the guide rail preferably by means of positive elements on the side member and in the guide rail. These elements are preferably formed by the lower and, if desired, by the upper edge of the guide rail. The side member has correspondingly attached and corresponding guide parts. These can also be integrated into the page element. Positive-locking guide elements are particularly preferred because they can be designed very space-saving compared to guided in rails rollers and also are cheaper.
A guide at an upper edge of the guide rail can for example also by means of known roller guide or by toothed upper edge, which cooperates with a gear, be configured. The gear is preferably guided in or on the side member. The gear can also be provided with a connecting rod which connects two fittings on opposite sides of a piece of furniture. Such a connecting rod has the task of leading a front parallel, so that no jamming occurs when inserting the front. For narrow fronts can be dispensed with a parallel guide or these can be integrated directly in a less pronounced form in the connection of the side member and the guide rail.
If a positive guide used, this can preferably be combined with a simple additional support for load distribution on or in the guide rail.
Furthermore, the fitting may be provided with a protective strip. This has the task to protect the fitting and its parts on the inside against the contents of a piece of furniture, or vice versa, to protect objects from tangling in the fitting.
Examples of the invention are illustrated in the drawings and described below. Show it:

Fig. 1 shows very schematically a furniture construction in which the lid 1 of a piece of furniture, for example a shelf, front flush (a) is mounted with a front 2 of the piece of furniture. The fitting has for this purpose a simple rotation mechanism with a single pivot point 4. The flush-mounted area with pivot point is also shown enlarged. When opening the front 2 is rotated around this pivot point in the arrow direction, essentially until it is horizontal.
Since the front is already in the closed state below the lid 1, the front can now be moved along a mounted on the inner sides of the piece of furniture rail (not shown) into the piece of furniture.
Due to the simple rotary mechanism no other than a flush mounting is possible. Turning the front otherwise would not be possible, ie with the lid mounted at the same height. Such a flush-mounted arrangement is often not only desirable for visual and design reasons, but also leaves several gaps and joints open, through which dust can penetrate into a piece of furniture.
Fig. 2 shows the opening and Einschiebemechanismus, again shown very schematically, with a fitting according to the present invention. A furniture front 22, is in the closed state "flush-mounted" (b) mounted; i.e. the front covers the entire front area of the furniture. The cover-flush or front-hinged mounting is also shown enlarged here together with several pivot points 4.1-4.4 When opening the front is so rotated and moved away from the furniture (arrows horizontal and vertical) that it does not collide with the lid 21 of the piece of furniture. It is also moved so far down that it comes to lie substantially parallel to and below the lid. Subsequently, the front can be inserted into the piece of furniture.
Thanks to the simple and simple construction of the fitting, the front, despite its size, can also be pushed completely into the piece of furniture, as in the case of the much lower front 2 according to FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a fitting for the right side of a piece of furniture, once obliquely from the front and even from behind obliquely. The fitting is shown in a closed state. A front member 31 and a side member 32 constitute the flap hinge. The front element has attachment means, here openings 34, to be attached to a front. Furthermore, the fitting has a guide rail 33, in which the side element is guided. A front can be inserted into a piece of furniture via the guided in the guide rail side member.
The guide rail and the side member have mutually corresponding, here form-fitting, guide elements 35,36. The guide member of the side member is substantially helically shaped and attached to the side member, for example screwed, welded or otherwise releasably or firmly connected thereto. The guide member 36 of the guide rail 33 is designed as a double right angle bent lower edge of the rail. The upper edge 37 of the guide rail is serrated. Along the edge extends a gear 38, which is integrated in the side member 32.
The gear axis is part of a connecting rod 39, which forms the other end of the gear axis of another gear of a corresponding fitting for a left side of a piece of furniture. This connecting rod guarantees a parallel guidance of the flap hinges and prevents them from tilting in the guide rails.
The flap hinge has a plurality of fulcrums 40.1, 40.2, 40.3, 40.4, wherein these are essentially superimposed on two different rotational movements about two pivot points 40.3 and 40.4. This can be seen in Figures 5a-c, where a fitting is shown closed (Figure 5a), opened 45 ° (Figure 5b) and fully open (Figure 5c). The two different sized and offset from their center arranged circular movements, superimposed in such a way that the front element and an attached front performs a movement away from the furniture and down. The pivots for this superimposed movement coincide with the one ends of two hinge arms 41, 42. The hinge arms connect the front element and the side element.
The rotational movement of the front element, through which a front passes from a vertical closed to a horizontal open position, is done in accordance with the two pivot points in the front element. The hinge also has a spring 44, which pulls the furniture front in the vertical, closed state to the furniture housing and this closes flush.
A roller 45, at the height of the guide rail is attached to a front furniture and serves as a support for an inserted furniture front. A pad can also be designed differently, for example, as a protruding pin on which a furniture front can rest.
To see in the figures is a protective strip 43, which protects the fitting or parts thereof against objects located in the piece of furniture. It also prevents, for example, folder edges from being damaged in the fitting. A protective strip is also secured to the sides of a piece of furniture and preferably has a width which is equal to or at least equal to the width of a side element including the hinge elements, except for the front element.
In Fig. 6 the fitting is shown in an open, but not inserted state. The same reference numerals designate the same elements.
Figs. 7 and 8 show a rear view of a right fitting in a closed and an open state. Good to see the design of the guide of the side member in the guide rail, and the compact design of the entire fitting. This is important because with the fitting an interior of a piece of furniture should be as little as possible affected or reduced. With the fitting according to the invention, it is possible to provide a flush-fitting, insertable front, wherein the fitting has a lateral extent of typically less than 50 mm, preferably less than 30 mm, for example an extension of 15 mm to 40 mm, e.g. 20-25 mm.
In Figs. 9a and 9b, the flap hinge is indicated as a unit and in an exploded view. Long 41 and short 42 hinge arm, spring 44, guide member 35, front member 31, and recess 46 for a connecting rod are shown in their mutual arrangement. For assembly reasons, the connecting or parallel guide rod is preferably used as the last in the recess 46 and secured by means of securing element 47.
