Una chiusura composita (1) per accessori d’uso personale 1 comprendente un braccio di base (2) provvisto di una prima estremità (2a) stabilmente vincolata ad un primo elemento dell’accessorio, un braccio di articolazione (3) dotato di una prima estremità (3a) girevolmente accoppiata ad una seconda estremità (2b) del braccio di base (2), un coperchio di finitura (4), girevolmente accoppiato tramite mezzi di rotazione (5) ad una seconda estremità (3b) del braccio di articolazione (3), adatto ad essere vincolato ad un secondo elemento dell’accessorio ed ad essere manovrato dall’utente per movimentare il braccio di articolazione (3) da/a una posizione di esercizio, in cui il braccio di articolazione (3) è fisso rispetto al braccio di base (2) e la chiusura (1) è chiusa, a/da una posizione di rilascio, in cui il braccio di articolazione (3) è mobile rispetto al braccio di base (2) e la chiusura (1) è aperta, e mezzi di aggancio (6), associati in parte al braccio di base (2) ed in parte al braccio di articolazione (3), adatti a mantenere il braccio di articolazione (3) nella posizione di esercizio. Claims

1. Composite closure (1) for accessories for personal use comprising: - at least one base arm (2) provided with a first end (2a) adapted to be stably connected to a first element of said accessory; - at least one articulation arm (3) provided with a first end (3a) rotatably coupled to a second end (2b) of said base arm (2); - a finishing cover (4), rotatably coupled by means of rotation (5) to a second end (3b) of said articulation arm (3), able to be constrained to a second element of said accessory and to be maneuvered by the user to move said articulation arm (3) at least from an operating position, in which said articulation arm (3) is fixed with respect to said base arm (2), to / from a release position, in wherein said articulation arm (3) is movable with respect to said base arm (2); - coupling means (6), associated in part with said base arm (2) and partly with said articulation arm (3), suitable for maintaining said articulation arm (3) in said operating position, characterized in that said coupling means (6) include an idle tubular body (7), coupled by means of said rotation means (5) to said articulation arm (3), and a transverse undercut (8) formed in said arm of base (2), in which said idle tubular body (7) is at least partially engaged in snap action in said operating position.

Closure (1) according to claim 1) characterized in that said transverse undercut (8) is identified by a retaining tooth (9) with which said idle tubular body (7) cooperates by rolling friction, jutting out towards a transverse recess (10) which houses said idle tubular body (7) and is formed in said first end (2a) of said base arm (2) in a linear direction (Y1) orthogonal to the main development axis (X) of said arm basic (2).

6. Closure (1) according to claim 5) characterized in that said idle tubular body (7) is interposed between said shaped blades (30, 31) of said articulation arm (3) to which it is coupled by means of said rotation means (5).

7. Closure (1) as claimed in claim 5) or 6) characterized in that said idle tubular body (7) is provided with side edges (7a, 7b) mutually opposite each other arranged close to the inner lateral face (30a, 31a) of said shaped blades (30, 31) of said articulation arm (3).

Closure (1) as claimed in claim 7) characterized in that said rotation means (5) comprise: - a bar with elastic means (36) which identifies a transverse rotation axis (W) and connects together said finishing cover (4), said shaped blades (30, 31) and said idle tubular body (7); - adjustment means (37), coupled to at least one of said shaped blades (30, 31) and to said bar with elastic means (36), partially protruding from the external lateral face (30b, 31b) of each of said shaped blades (30 , 31).

Closure (1) according to claim 8) characterized in that said bar with elastic means (36) is provided with a central hub (38), interposed between said shaped blades (30, 31), and a pair of pins terminals (39, 40) inserted in a pair of first through-holes (41, 42) coaxial, obtained at said second end of said shaped blades (30, 31), and in a pair of second holes (43, 44) coaxial to each other and to said first through holes (41, 42), formed in the inner wall (45a, 46a) of a pair of lateral sides (45, 46) mutually opposite of said finishing cover (4).

10. Closure (1) according to claim 9) characterized in that said idle tubular body (7) coaxially surrounds said central hub (38) of said bar with elastic means (36) and the appendix (39a, 40a) of said terminal pins (30, 40) is contained in said second holes (43, 44) of said finishing cover (4).

Closure (1) as in any one of the claims from 8) to 10), characterized in that said adjustment means (37) comprise a pair of linear sleeves (47, 48) arranged coaxial to each other and to said bar with elastic means ( 36), each of which provided with a first portion (49) stably inserted in one of said first through holes (41, 42) of said shaped blades (30, 31), and of a second portion (50), monolithic to said first portion (49) with respect to which it is larger and protruding from said external lateral face (30b, 31b) of said shaped blades (30, 31).

12. Closure (1) as in claim 11) characterized in that said first portion (49) is inserted by mechanical interference in one of said first through holes (41, 42) of said shaped blades (30, 31).

13. Closure (1) as in claim 11) or 12), characterized in that said second portion (50) has a variable length so as to adapt said base arm (2) and / or said articulation arm (3) to various widths of said first and second elements of said accessory.

Closure (1) as in any one of the claims 11) to 13) characterized in that said second portion (50) of each of said linear sleeves (47, 48) is provided with a first side edge (50a) arranged to back of said external lateral face (30b, 31b) of said shaped blades (30, 31) and of a second lateral edge (50b) placed close to said inner wall (45a, 46a) of said lateral sides (45, 46) of said finishing cover (4).

Closure (1) as in any one of the claims from 11) to 14) characterized in that said second portion (50) of at least of said linear sleeves (47, 48) has a notch passing in thickness (51) able to allow the user to access at least one of said linear sleeves (47, 48) to operate an annular collar (52), externally coupled to at least one of said terminal pins (39, 40) and cooperating with said elastic means of said bar (36), and release said finishing cover (4) and said articulation arm (3) from said rotation means (5).

16. Closure (1) as in any one of the claims from 11) to 14) characterized in that said notch passing through thickness (51) is obtained starting from said second lateral edge (50b) of said second portion (50) to be hidden when said finishing cover (4) is fully assembled to said articulation arm (3).
