Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung, umfassend ein Substrat, eine transparente Schutzbeschichtung und eine Oberflächenreliefstruktur, wobei das Substrat die Oberflächenreliefstruktur aufweist und die transparente Schutzbeschichtung auf der Oberflächenreliefstruktur aufgebraucht ist, wobei die transparente Schutzbeschichtung einen Brechungsindex aufweist, der grösser als der Brechungsindex der Oberflächenreliefstruktur ist, oder wobei die transparente Schutzbeschichtung die gesamte oder einen Teil einer Oberflächenreliefstruktur bildet. Für jede Alternative umfasst die transparente Schutzbeschichtung Teilchen mindestens eines Metalloxids mit Primärkristallitgrösse von 1 bis 100 nm. In der ersten Alternative ist die Oberflächenreliefstruktur mit der transparenten Schutzbeschichtung überzogen, sodass eine plane Oberfläche entsteht. In der zweiten Alternative ist die Oberflächenreliefstruktur mit einer transparenten Lackbeschichtung überzogen, sodass eine plane Oberfläche entsteht. Die transparente Schutzbeschichtung hält so den optischen Effekt der Oberflächenreliefstruktur aufrecht. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenso ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Sicherheitsvorrichtung.
